I’ve seen in a lot of hotels. I’ve stayed in a lot of queen size beds. Also, the queen size bed was a little small to be a queen size of you. In my opinion. The whole tails elevator shakes. The food was OK.

The hotel itself was average. The pool was cloudy and smelled bad. A huge turn off was arriving and finding that one of the comforters was dirty, and the other had holes in it. The staff was extremely friendly. That is only reason I do not rate this hotel with two stars. Breakfast was good and again, staff member tending to the breakfast area was very friendly and ready to help. However, I have young children, so the pool was a major factor for us during the summer, so we won't be returning here. The comforters were changed out, no problem and we did complain about the pool, but they seemed to think it was clean per Expedia's conversation with them. It was not, not remotely close or sanitary.

The pool was disgustingly dirty..and obviously closed. Stay was for a softball tournament, the guests there for leisure were very open about how they felt about it! Friends of ours moved hotels as their room was completely dirty and musty/moldy smelling...our room was decent and slept some...difficult though with the traim that passes often. Also, we booked a 2 queen room...there were 2 sets of towels, and when asking for more, the desk clerk was less than pleasant since we were interrupting her face time sesh!! Place served the purpose as we were barely there and exhausted when at the hotel, but will NOT be staying again!

This place looks great on the outside and rooms, hall ways, walls, towels, bedding, and terrible pillows were all NASTY. Its scary to sleep on less than clean sheets, and impossible to sleep on dirty sheets.

The property wasn’t the cleanest. The beds were dirty. There was no concern about how the rooms were kept up. The bed smelled like old pee. No towels….when I asked for towels that told me there wasn’t any but after I told the person sitting at the first desk so towels appeared. Lights do not work.

The room was filthy!!! Had a horrible odor, the manager on duty was SUPER helpful and understanding, she put me in a different room after 3 attempts due to the other rooms were filthy and smelled bad also, there was hair on the floor and in the sinks in the bathrooms and hair and stains on the sheets in the bed, the walls, the doors, and the shower floor was FILTHY!! This is the 2nd time I’ve experienced this with Comfort Inn, I will not stay at or recommend this brand again

I like the convenient location for where I was visiting. The breakfast was as expected. Coffee was good. Shower was small, but hot. I didn't like that a train passed right outside blowing it's whistle at 9p.m. and 1a.m. Nothing the hotel can do about that, but be aware. I didn't like that, at 11 when I got in the bed for sleep, I noticed the mattress reeked of weed. I haven't smoked in like 12 years and the smell made it incredibly difficult to get rest. I did tell staff the next day. They'd make a note. I didn't want to request a room change so late at night, so I just slept from about 1:15 or so (thanks train) til 5ish. Not a bad hotel, but the trains...

Sheldon would love this place…Train track runs behind the parking lot. Train schedule is: 2:45, 4:00 and 6:38AM. Might think twice if you are a light sleeper.

Our first room smelt like a basement! It was musty and muggy and gross. The bedding all felt wet too. There was mold in the shower. We got moved to a new room that was a little better. Definitely not worth the price we paid. We only stayed one night on our way to our vacation.

The front desk clerk was fantastic! Her name is Veronica. After a very tough and long day she made my stay great and memorable. She is a great asset to to the comfort inn. The room was as I expected it to be. There weren’t any surprises. It was a very pleasant stay. We will come back

Would not allow me to choose a room on the second floor, because I booked third party. No extra towells, blankets, or pillows. Housekeeping tried to enter my room twice without knocking, before. check out time. Breasfast was decent, but room was way overpriced.

When I arrived there was a problem with my booking and it had not been sent to the correct email address for the Hotel. The front desk clerk was the sweetest most patient person in helping me get the situation taken care of. She got me the information for who to call and made sure I was taken care of. Awesome staff even the night clerk was extremely friendly and every time I enter I was greeted. I wish every hotel worker could see how these two ladies worked. They took their jobs seriously and with pride. The facility itself might not have been the greatest and may be in need of a few repairs but if the service remains this good I will stay here again.

The property and our r9omwas clean, convenient, and well kept by the staff on duty. Veronica at the front desk was very friendly, personable and knowlegeable of her job. She was the epitome of what hospitality should look like. We really appreciated the time she took to attend to our needs.

Room was good, I was given a handicap room. the roll in bathroom light didn't work. I informed the front desk. No one came to fix it. I took a table lamp & put it in the bathroom to shower. Flushed the toilet & the chain broke. I didn't bother to report it as the bathroom light was never fixed when reported.

Veronica the staff was excellent She was very helpful and knowledgeable of what was going on anything that she could help with she did.. my biggest issue is that when the cleaning crew takes your towels, it’s hard for you to get replacement towels in when I have to go out to the store to get towels because my friends and family doesn’t have towels that part is unacceptable. That was my biggest problem. Everything else was fine, but that was a big issue when you have to take a bath and you have no towels to take it and the front desk can’t give you any because they don’t have any to give.

OK, so I read the other reviews on this hotel and I’m gonna say all the negative reviews I experienced none of that. The place is really clean. The breakfast was very good staff was welcoming room was super clean. Everything about this place was on the positive. The location was super convenient. It was in a residential neighborhood which to me makes it seem a little bit more safer. It’s not in just an industrial area which you have a lot of bums walking around this place was not like that.

Memorial Day and the pool was green, gfi in room would not work so no coffee maker, and railroad tracks with trains blowing their horns all night long, they ran out of breakfast and the toilet seat was loose and when they straightened up the room they didn’t leave any towels, shampoo or conditioner!
