I did a quick weekend trip for WNBA All-Star weekend and was probably in the room for 9 hours tops, most of which was sleeping. For that, it was great. Prices were reasonable, room was clean and comfy enough, and it was easy to get to wear I wanted to go. It’s obviously nothing fancy. No breakfast, no pool, the “fitness room” is a small room with two treadmills (one of which was broken) and a set of 25llb dumbbells. I’m not sure I’d stay here if I was dong a long trip. But all do respect, it’s Indianapolis. How often are you gonna be spending more than a few days there. Staff was friendly, would stay again for a short trip.

We stopped at the Red Roof Inn during a road trip with our dog and were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel! As we brought our dog in, they informed us that the first pet is free, and they just needed to change our room to accommodate the dog. The hotel staff was warm and welcoming, and the room was just what we needed for our one-night stay. The bed and couch were comfortable, and the area felt safe. Because we were just looking to sleep for the night, we did not investigate the amenities, but we did make use of the 24 hour coffee and hot water that they provided, and there is a Waffle House literally next door for anytime breakfast. We will be seeking out Red Roof Inn going forward based on this stay.

If you are looking for just a room this would serve you well. It doesn't have amenities other then a fitness center but the staff was nice and the rooms were clean. Housekeeping even realized I drank the in room coffee and left me an extra for the next day. The don't have breakfast but there is a Waffle House and Speedway right next to it. I plan on staying again on my next trip to Indianapolis.

Checked in and immediately checked out. The room was in terrible. No towels. Not cleaned at all, dirt all over the floors. Blood on the floor, stains on the curtains, dirt on the bed, loose hair in the bathroom.

This location is very dirty. This location has nothing but drug addicts running around. We were moved to 2 different rooms that the tv didn’t work. My wife had to cut her hair because she found a bed bug in her hair. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It was TERRIBLE

The room was dirty. The floors were sticky and the tables were stained. The TV and alarm clock did not work. The air conditioner was noisy and smelled bad when air was blowing out so I turned it off. The room did not have a directory in it or a pad of paper and ink pen. Will not stay at this hotel again!

The property was fine with the exception of the ants near the window and the live cockroach roaming the bathroom at night. Highly suggest to spray on a weekly or monthly basis. Other than that everything was fine.

Never ever stay here. Broken window, dirty shower, hair and random fuzz/dust everywhere. Was bitten by something the 20 minutes we sat in the bed. Found bed bugs and cockroaches. Staff was very rude and kept pushing us off and told us we were NOT getting a refund that ‘they bugs were coming from outside’. So you KNOW the window is broken in your room and you’re still giving people this room???? We got Expedia involved immediately before leaving the parking lot after the supervisor of the hotel acted like he wanted to challenge us about getting a refund- we recovered an immediate refund. NEVER STAY HERE!!!!!

We stayed for the annual GenCon in Indy. The room comfortable and had plenty of room for suitcases, costumes, and purchases. The room did have some obvious wear and tear such as small holes in the bedding, a few scratches in the paint at places, and seemed to be missing a chair based on an empty space in the room. Overall, it was a comfortable stay at a good rate with no overt problems with the room.

This hotel is clearly outdated and in need of major upgrades. From the moment I walked in, there was a strong old/musty smell that ended up sticking to my clothes—even after I got home and unpacked. I stayed on the third floor, and my room backed up to the interstate. The noise from traffic was constant and made it really hard to sleep. Better insulation or some soundproofing would go a long way. I tried to buy earplugs locally, but no stores nearby carried them. The nightly rate was affordable compared to other hotels in the area, many of which were over $400 per night, but the lower price doesn’t make up for the lack of comfort. I wouldn’t stay here again unless there were absolutely no other options

We selected this location for the proximity to Lucas Oil Field and because the price was reasonable. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The only downside was the highway noise was noticeable inside the room.

When we did our bookinh online there was never anything about a $100 deposit. It was just 2 adults no kids no pets nothing special at all...this was very unprofessional of tge management. Aa we were checking out we got stopped as why we didn't bribg the $100 i said ww are checking out and the manager still asked me for a deposit now ir qas $20, so itook it our put it on the counter and said we will nevee be back..

Had to leave early and was instructed to contact Expedia for a refund. Expedia contacted the location as they were the ones to do the refund and they refused. Unfortunately I will not be staying at this hotel again and will only be paying through Expedia directly from now on.

Our tv didn’t work we unplugged it plugged it back in. Nothing worked and when I called the front desk they literally did nothing about it. I asked about another room and she said “the other rooms have working tv’s”Just not a great overall stay. I won’t be back to this location.

Just so very pleased with the room in all areas. It checks ALL the boxes!! The lady at the front desk “Kim” was so helpful, friendly and absolutely wonderful!! She definitely has “GREAT” people skills!! I worked 35 years in the industry, where people like her make all the difference in the world! Do what it takes to keep her, don’t ever let her go!! 😊

Mostly seemed like a bad part of town, but hard to say exactly. Not much they can do about that. On the plus side the pub across the street called the Library was a nice upscale diversion.

This hotel was full of extened stays. Its a very unsafe area. Multiple stays were outside participating in drug use and had open liquor bottles chugging away. One was completely passed out on the couch in the lobby. The weed smell hit you as soon as the lobby doors opened. I was VERY grateful the staff allowed us to cancel the reservation and have us direction of a safer area to stay.

The hotel is wonderful, clean and smelled good. The only draw back was no breakfast (waffle house is across the parking lot) and no irons in room, they are kept at front counter. I'll be staying there next year when I return to bowl at All Star Bowl for tournament.

Found pet hair everywhere. Fire alarm triggered many times at night. While asked about that they replied very rudely. Complete disrespect towards guests. And lastly no breakfast at all. Please save yourself from going there.
