Extended Stay America Suites - Indianapolis - Airport

Let me start by saying the staff was very nice and it is not their fault that whoever owes this hotel does very little to keep it looking nice. I think it is about time to tear this one down and start all over!!! Definitely will have to mark Extended Stays of America of my list of places to stay!! The breakfast consistent of prepackaged pastries. Room was as clean as it could be considering the condition of the carpet and floors were sticky in the bathroom.

Room was dirty from a birthday party before us and was never cleaned, upfront desk guy was awesome, but will never book here again

I will never go back. We didn’t get any of the help we needed, despite hotels.com reaching out to them. I would not book with them — they are not helpful at all!

Room 219 had a strong odor. Room 229 bathroom door won’t open. Room 329 window won’t close

Reserved a room with hotels.com but told at check in none were available. Totally inept staff.
