We stayed at this property one night we were in town. It was inexpensive (under 100 dollars). However, there was blood on the pullout mattress, and no bedding for it until I went to the desk. Also, it’s advertised there’s a continental breakfast but there was coffee and an empty fruit basket. Also the pool was covered and had weeds coming up in it. Not bad for the price we paid and for a short stay. But with a few improvements it could be a 4-5 star!

I was unable to check in. The entire service of the hotel was out. I sat in the lobby for two hours. Nothing. Wasn’t able to check in. Won’t be staying there tonight because they wouldn’t let me

Room was not ready until around 5:30 PM. Hallways smelled and were dirty. Elevators sounded like they could crash down at anytime. Room was not very clean. Only one towel in room. Breakfast area dirty and not really sure how it can be listed as a breakfast.

When walking into the front desk no one was there for 30min. My room was down stairs. The hallway had a funny smell to it. My room it smelled funny. I seen the pictures of this hotel and the rooms was great. I want be coming back. Down stairs side door which is broke so anyone can walk in. Also that glass on the side down is broke. The only good spot was the front desk guy. He was nice . It was loud noise fighting in the hallway

As we walked to our room, we heard NUMEROUS rooms with dogs barking loudly and the place smelled so bad! Our room keys didn’t work. Had to get new ones that worked after 3 or 4 tries. When we opened the door, a half empty Taco Bell cup was on the table and the bed had recently been slept in or sat on as the pillows were a mess and part of the blanket (which was gross) was pulled back. There were large holes in the hallway walls, which also had no air conditioning on a 90+ degree day. We don’t even look in the bathroom! I can only imagine!! We walked right back down and told the clerk we were checking out, explaining all of the above. He shook his head (NO apology…no words at all!!) and thankfully gave us a full refund!! It was as if he had done this many times before! PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES OF THE HOTEL WEBSITE!!! It was NOT EVEN CLOSE TO REALITY!!!

Loud partying and people drinking right outside the lobby. I didn’t see this but my husband said they had guns. Lots of construction smells/supplies around. Our room was partially renovated (new flooring), but the tub was really bad—VERY damaged and dirty. All the room doors down our hall looked quite battered, like someone had taken a hammer to them, and the hall carpet was quite dirty/worn. Just not impressive.

The area leaves a lot to be desired. There are few eating establishments nearby. If you just need a place to stay for a few nights, it's alright and worth the money. The parking lot appeared to be secure. The bed was comfortable. Didn't get the room we reserved (single king) but that happens. The door latch was busted. There is no ice machine. There are two little icetrays in your room freezer that are empty. I have no idea what has been in them, so I refused to use them. There is no public restroom when you arrive so if you have to go, you better be able to wait until they process your room.

Where to begin … my bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain or shampoo, etc. And one towel. I actually went to Walmart and bought a shower curtain so myself and my family could shower without spraying the bathroom with water. I did get more towels from the front desk. Eventually.. The “breakfast” offered was minimal. I wasn’t expecting a big spread. But it was literally coffee, Nutri grain bars, individually packed muffins, and dry oatmeal you would need to take back to your room to heat because there was no microwave in the serving area. That’s it. Not even fruit, juice, milk or cereal? The hallways were very dirty and never vacuumed in the 4 days I was there. Indy 500 weekend. And my room keys did not work every night when I returned to the room. And I know better than to keep my hotel keys next to my phone or in my wallet. No ice machines. The place is rough

Overall the place was in disrepair. Fire alarms were missing from the room. The bathtub was a slip hazard with a concave floor and peeling paint. Recent poorly repaired tile work and peeling paint from existing tile work. Exterior of property had lots of rubbish in parking lot and grassy areas. Malfunctioning door locks on exterior at stair entrance and back entrance of property. Leaking water from ceiling in lobby.

There was gum on the floor and the pillowcase the tub was filthy and pealing. There are some very questionable people that I assume live there and hanging out around the property. The staff was wonderful. They apologized profusely and refunded the night. I was only in the room for 10 mins before walking back out at asking for a refund.

Room was very dirty. Multiple hairs on the towel and ripped condom wrapper on floor. We only stayed for one night so didn’t need the towels and found the wrapper the following morning.

Seriously this stay was awful- and I don’t really know what I need to do to get this made right. At check in, I stood there waiting for 15 minutes because the system wasn’t working. The room was seriously atrocious. Missing cupboard doors, trim falling off, nail polish painted on multiple doors, dirty sheets. Such low water pressure nothing would come out of the shower. Just drops out of the tub faucet. And seriously the bathroom was disgusting. The staff told us they didn’t have replacement sheets, and no rooms around to move us to, and that nothing could be done about the shower. They told us management was there so they couldn’t do anything for us at all- including anything financial. The coffee was out at breakfast, and the list the breakfast included was not accurate. Just muffins and an empty coffee canister. This was rough. I stayed in a hotel room as a family of five with three tired kids- and none of us could shower or bath after a busy travel day. Who do I need to talk to make this right?

This hotel is filthy. I knew from the moment i walked in that it was not going to be nice (The doors into the lobby were very beat up and dirty), but we checked in anyway since it was late 9pm and we only needed a shower and bed for 10 hours. Once we arrived in the room I was shocked at how bad it was. The worn furniture was expected, but the FILTHY bathtub and shower was not. The tub was disgusting and there was hair on the wall of the tub/shower. There were sticky dirty spots on the floor through both rooms from a spill that was obviously never wiped up. Then there was all the nasty stuff in the air conditioning unit as well as the pitiful bedding on the beds. Oh, and don't forget the completely rusted electric oven plates and the filthy dirty chairs at the table. We did NOT stay here. We immediately contacted Hotels.com and got a refund and left.

This hotel was absolutely terrible. Room was disgustingly dirty (floor had not been swept & had gum stuck to it; shower had streaks of grime & hair running down the walls; toothpaste smeared on the bathroom counter; unidentified white smears on the TV). The entire hotel smelled of weed. Everything in the room was falling apart. Furniture was all thoroughly worn; the finish on the bathtub was peeling away; bathroom door was broken (as if it had been kicked in); there was a gap under the hotel room door that a golf ball could have fit under; towel rack was covered in rust. We had no towels in our room when we arrived. When we went down to the front desk to get some, we were initially told that they did not have any available and to double check our room as they should be in there (spoiler alert - they were not). The hand towel that we did have in the room was dirty. They have a sticker posted on the bathroom mirror outlining their 10-point cleaning checklist. What an absolute joke! The windows have zero sound insulation. There were homeless people living in the bushes behind the hotel. I think the only positive thing about the room was that the AC worked well (almost too well!). We asked about changing rooms but were told that there was nothing else available (we were there Memorial Day weekend). We had no other option but to tough it out. I understand that this is a budget hotel, but this was beyond my wildest dreams of how bad things could be.

I was given the wrong room at first. Then the room I was given had a broken deadbolt lock, there was a washcloth on the floor on the other side of the bed, so it clearly had not been cleaned properly, the bath tub was cracked, the water pressure was non-existent, and the room and the entire hallway smelled like mold and mildew.

The entire building is desperate need of cleaning. Appears to have not been properly cleaned in months by the oily finger print stains on all the door surfaces. After checking into the rooms we found towels with literal excrement shoved into the bathroom doors. Grease and food drips and splashes all over walls, doors, floors, headboards. Holes in the walls in rooms. Tub surfaces are peeling. Mopping floors and vacuuming outside of the rooms doesn’t seem to be a priority either.

The rooms was disgusting. Stains on sheets and bedding. Counters were not clean. Bathroom was not clean. Carpet was sticky. Asked to change the room and wasn’t different from the first one. There was no breakfast. Asked to refill the milk for coffee and they said they are out. Horrible experience. This property should not be on Expedia.

This location should be removed from Expedia's website. The rooms need to be renovated, there was a stench of drugs and stale cigarette smoke. The fixtures and bathtub are peeling along damage to the bathroom door. We also found human hair on the bed pillows and linings. I took pictures, so feel free to reach out to me for evidence of these issues.

Switch rooms to a more dirty room. Black mold in the showers first room had old deodorant and napkins in the couch next room had glasses under bed and room wasn’t swept couch was falling apart. Hallways stunk like a$$

Good Location. We booked this hotel because of the extra bed (sofa bed). Downside was that the hotel didn't have any sheets for that bed. The mattress was stained, terrible experience to have had sleep on a dirty mattress without sheets.

I complained about my detector going off in my room and was told all the rooms do it but i walked the halls and never heard any other rooms detectors. My sink in the bathroom wouldnt drain either. I ended up leaving my stay at 1 am because of the detector wouldnt stop beeping.. i wont be coming back to this hotel and wont be recommending anyone to this hotel.

Nothing worked well, the door of the room we stay at wood get stuck all the time, the phone in the room did not work

On check-in, the room we were given had a broken fridge and a broken pull-out sofa. The cushion in the pull out sofa also looked like it was found at a dump. We went to reception and she had us go up and down from reception to check out about six different rooms that had either broken pull out sofas, smelled heavy of smoke, or had broken fridges as well. After a long day of travel, we spent close to 2 hours looking for a suitable room. That's not what I wanted to do. I ended up moving a pull out sofa that was supposed to be OK from another room myself because there was no maintenance people. It too was broken and did not work. The reception person, Megan, said she would report the ordeal to the manager to find us a working pull out sofa but when we spoke the next day to the manager, Jodi, she said there was nothing and she was not willing to do about it because she said they did not offer pull out sofas anymore and that is why the rates were cheap. However, I booked the room for two double beds and a pull out sofa in a room that sleeps 5. I did not get what I paid for! Jodi never apologized or made any effort to correct the situation. We spent the four days there with a broken pull out sofa. Finally, the bathtub faucet was broken and only tepid water was coming out - we did not report this because after the ordeal with the sofa and fridge, we knew there was nothing they would do about it. Never staying at Extended Stay chain. Back to Motel 6 for us!

Our stay started with waiting the desk for almost ten minutes for someone to register us. They were folding laundry. Our room was in need of many repairs and cleaning as the photos show. The curtains wouldn’t stay shut. Air conditioning wasn’t cooling well. The beds were comfortable, but the tv was in the other room where only one chair was provided for viewing. We had to move the dresser and spin the tv around to watch it from the bedroom. The breakfast was terrible. Only watered down coffee, tea bags and hot chocolate packs. Only three packaged muffins were laid out for food.

The tv was broken in the upper corner distorting the picture, if there would have been one. The remote didnt got with the tv and the cable connection was not connected. The latch wouldn’t lock to secure the room and the shower wasn’t in the best condition.

This place was amazing 2 years ago. This stay was HORRIBLE. We got 2 rooms with 2 beds and a pull out couch. Neither had a pull out couch. We had to go buy an air mattress. Place was dirty even though we were told we couldn't check in early because they were cleaning. Cabinet face had fallen off, laminate around the stove was peeling, there was red paint on the doors, tub was peeling and dirty, toilet seat was loose, and not clean, turned on the heat and thought the place was going to catch fire, AC didn't work, found out after loosing food that the freezer didn't work. That's only the one room! Not to mention listening to a woman smacking her children around in the hall and our second room listening to a domestic disturbance at 3am.

No sheets or blanket for the pull out couch, that we needed to use for having 3 people in 3 different beds. Hallways smelled like smoke and weed. I wouldn’t even call it breakfast included. It was only granola bars and packaged blueberry muffins. Oh ya a really gross hot oatmeal. Only stayed a few hours to rest up and take a shower.

Bed was uncomfortable and the ac kept leaking water all over the floor

Megan was great! Our check in was super easy, she took the time to explain everything and had tips on food nearby.

Cant say it was spotless but it was very clean and your front desk girl Megan, was amazing!!!!

The new GM is very nice and sweet she really cleaning this place up and she is very hand on

I was very pleased with my stay. Judy was exceptional. She was not the Judy I had anticipated, as I had jokingly said. In all seriousness, she was wonderful with a great hospitality.

Horrible. Don't do it. Got there and had to wait for the lady at the front desk to finish watching her movie to even be acknowledged. Then she spent the entire interaction telling us how she starts such a better job for $15k more in 2 weeks and just doesn't care. Cool. Get checked in and head to the room, which we had booked for 4 people. There was no bedding for the pull out couch even though I had called ahead knowing that late check ins needing bedding can be an issue. I was told on the phone it would be in the room. Back to the front desk where she hands me a fitted and flat sheet and says there's no blankets. We asked about pillows and there were none of those either. When we insisted we needed them she grabbed some from an empty room. Then the pull out couch doesn't pull out. Like at all. She said she didn't have any open rooms that were clean (so those pillows were dirty?!?!?!?). We finally got it wrestled open and the mattress was COVERED in mouse poop. At that point we asked for a refund and left. Still waiting to see the refund that was supposedly sent.

This property was completely unprepared for the 3 inches of snow that fell the day of our arrival. They did not salt or plow their driveways and parking spots. And because the temps were so low, the slush turned into ice. Also the front desk clerk MaKayla was VERY RUDE and unprofessional. We checked in Friday night and they took payment with no problem. We woke up Saturday morning to enjoy some of the All Star weekend festivities. Once we cameback to the hotel, our keys didnt work. Went to speak with the front desk (Makayla) and she was immediately irritated with us as if we did something wrong. She told me that it shows in the system that we were a NO SHOW & that they refunded our money. Clearly that was a mistske but instead of her saying that and trying to fix it, she told us either we had to pay AGAIN (cause the refund hadnt hit my account) or leave. So of course this infuriated me to the point where I requested a manager. I spoke with the manager and he said he will straighten it out and Makayla should be giving us a new set of keys. Fine right? WRONG! Makayla still wanted to go back and forth with me in regards to the "refund" AFTER her manager said he would handle it. More words were exchanged between us because she refused to just give me new keys and eventually threw the keys at me. NO LIE! By this point i was livid and I cursed her out! She took me completely out of my character. She called the police and we were told we had to leave All because of the their mistake

I really can't speak to the rooms as I never got to see one. I booked my reservation 6 months in advance, but there was no room for me when I got there. They did check me into 1 room, but I discovered folks were already in that room. The assistant manager kept saying there was a problem and he was working on it. After over an hour I got him to admit that the problem was they had no more rooms and there wouldn't be any opening up. He apparently didn't want to tell me that, but thought having me wait was appropriate. He was so worried about helping me find another room that I only saw him one more time as I was leaving - and he was smoking cigarettes at the front door

The positive end of the stay was that it was close to the airport. On the negative side, was the breakfast is only just coffee/tea, and oatmeal. - Where I would rather walk over to the local waffle house near by, to get food.

"It was a convenient distance to the airport." "The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room and absolutely wreaked of smoke." There were two adults with one towel available. We were next to an outside window in which children and their parents were shooting off fireworks and screaming to almost 11 at night. We don\'t care about fireworks or children having fun; however, the establishment should have stopped the activity earlier in the evening. We had to be up at 4 am to go to the airport.

I didn’t like that you can walk to a restaurant or store, I like the front desk service.

It was little smelly, looks like people doing smoke much. Otherwise room was big enough with small kitchen as expected,parking, location and free breakfast I like it.

We were attending a conference at ICC with some 60,000 people in town. All hotels were very expensive for the entire 5 days. This was best value for the cost. Other places were charging minimum double of what it cost here. So, I don't think it would be fair to expect the same kind of amenity. Although there was no housekeeping, no new towels replenished everyday, dated bathroom, our stay was satisfactory. Floor was laminate vinyl with no carpet, towel and bedding was clean, although the bed looked like a FULL size instead of a queen. A/C was working property. There is a large refrigerator and small kitchennett which we did not use. BEST OF ALL, very close to downtown. Uber cost was only about $15. So, if you are on a budget and are OK with less than 4 star service, you would be satisfied.

Breakfast note said none due to "shipping delays," by the looks of things there had been "shipping delays" for a long time. Room didn't seem clean or in good condition, very dated and only a thin blanket. Also, in order to have a cup for water you had to order a package that included dishes, cups, flatware etc. I used a disposable coffee cup from the lobby in the morning. Not favorably impressed.

The property was very noisy, thin walls with people slamming doors at 2AM or kids yelling in the corridors at 7AM. Breakfast was inexistent. We were supposed to have breakfast included but there was no food, no juice, just drip coffee and hot water with a couple of tea bags available.

The lack of staff hurt the facility. Had to bring towels down to the desk to swap for clean ones. The only breakfast option was instant oatmeal with no bowls or a granola bar.... nothing else

The room was great but the complimentary breakfast was non existent. When we got down to have breakfast there was nothing there and when we asked about it the hostess went and put a couple muffins on a plate. Very disappointing
