Close to eateries and some shopping/ convenience stores. Decent area surrounding. A little age so interior was dated. Elevator ran a little rough and noisy. Overall good stay. Room was clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Didn’t utilize free breakfast due to my itinerary. Coffee was available in the early hours before breakfast was served tho.

1) No hot tub as listed 2) No phone in room 3) TV has 1 real channel all else are paid advertising 4) you Can be barefoot on the tile around the pool, however go barefoot to breakfast and get yelled at by Manager you Can’t do that on the three wide tile row by breakfast 5) Breakfast not so good unless you like mediocre steam plate food 6) Scary elevator with issues good stuff 7) close parking to building 8) within 1/4 mile of highway ramps

The facility was clean, however, we were very concerned about the possible germs being spread at the property. Our room did not have any hand soap to wash our hands after using the bathroom, etc. I went to the front desk and asked if they had hand soap. They answer was no. I thought maybe the attendant had misheard my question, so I asked the same question again. The answer was no. If the rooms have no hand soap in them how many germs are being spread in the facility? We did not have enough washcloths in our room. We went to the front desk and asked for additional washcloths. The attendant said that there were no washcloths because their washer was not working. She said that the laundry needed to be taken to the laundry mat. We did not check in until 6:30 pm. In my opinion the hotel would have known that there was a washer problem early in the day and should have gone to the laundry mat earlier in the day so hotel rooms could have been appropriately stocked. We chose not to eat at the facility knowing that rooms were not stocked with hand soap.

The staff was very welcoming, hotel was very clean from the parking lot, inside lobby and the room was perfect! Highly recommend. Bed was comfy and room was spotless. My only suggestion would be having brighter light bulbs in the sink area. Otherwise, greats place and would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful hotel. We had an issue with the television in our room and they offered to move us immediately. We declined because we weren’t going to be in the room very much but the fact that they responded so quickly was very much appreciated. Staff was very friendly. Very clean hotel. We would definitely start again.

This seemed very new and clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The room we rented was supposed to have a King and a double pull out couch, but the pull out was way too small for two. Other than that , it was excellent

I booked a stay for our sons soccer tournament in my name, not knowing who was going to be taking him, and upon checkin they wouldn’t allow my husband to check in because the reservation was under my name. Every other hotel just checks them in. But I had to scramble and contact hotels.com and have it changed so that they had a room. After a 6 hour drive. Not acceptable

Customer service at this location is top notch! The staff were all so nice and helpful! Had a late check in during their shift change and they were both very nice and they apologized for the wait (it was literally like maybe 3 minutes) which was not a problem at all but did appreciate the communication about what was going on. All the staff we encountered the entire weekend were all very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was good and fresh and the worker kept it nice and clean and well stocked. The pool is small but was a good temp so that made the weekend even more enjoyable. There is a patio right outside the pool for smoking so we could step out and still keep an eye on our child (she is a good swimmer and old enough to be in the water for a few minutes without us being right there). The location is nice. It was peaceful at night with the windows open (as long as the sound of traffic doesn't bother you). It's close to several restaurants and shopping. It's not far from downtown and is right by a main highway so easy to get around the city. We will definitely be staying again!

When I checked in Jalen at the front desk had me do a $150.00 ghost charge to my debit card seeing as how my reservation was done through a 3rd party website. But when I brought it up in the morning the man at the front desk said that Jalen should not have done that and quickly went in and refunded it. I hate to say it but that was the only negative thing. And I believe on the Expedia app it indicated that the hotel had a hot tub. There wasn’t one for the guests to use.

We had been on an extended vacation camping, and with frigid temps, decided to sleep in comfort for the night. We were not disappointed. They gave us a list of food delivery places and we hunkered down in a warm cozy room. Hot coffee and breakfast in morning, was cherry on top!

Great place for the price! Staff was great! We experienced a problem with the window unit, the staff didn’t hesitate to fix the issue and immediately compensated us for the inconvenience. Clean, quiet and great area for shopping and many restaurants to choose from, all near by!! Overall a GREAT experience!
