Smooth check in process. Clean room. Bed was comfortable. Shuttle to airport was scheduled at checkin and also scheduled pick up from airport. Shuttle service is free but they did charge $5 a day to park at their hotel which I was unaware of. If it was on the site somewhere then that is on me but still much cheaper than parking at the airport.

The room is so humid and had a weird smell. Carpet and bedding felt wet because of the humidity. Front desk was very nice. Changed our room immediately. Sadly the new room is also just as humid, the toilet won't stop running there was debris on the carpet looking like it hadn't been vacuumed and the ceiling has paint falling in multiple areas.

This place was terrible. I actually had to find a different hotel. I couldn’t sleep there not even for one night. It was dirty and smelled terrible. We found cigarettes butts on the floor in the room, stains on the walls and in the tub.

The original room they gave me smelled musty and wet. One of the walls appeared to have mold on it. They ended up switching me out and upgrading to a suite. Which was nice of them. But the condition of the original room left a really really bad impression.

The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. Walls had dents and a hole behind the door. Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the furniture was used, chipped, and looked like some secondhand office furniture. Drywall ceiling was coming apart. The tub was dirty, and/or stained. The paint on the walls you could tower they just tried to touch up things. This is an $80 hotel at the most.

Interesting place. You could see that bathrooms were beautifully remodeled recently. But the room was not. Also, the queen bed seemed small (more like full), so 2 of us were smacking each other every time we moved. If anyone is above you, you hear them. It met the need for a place to crash. Also worked great for us as a Park and Fly in the past. Not much protein on the breakfast bar. Not a vacation destination. Depends on your needs!

Very convenient for our one night stay, however. Shower was very slippery with no grab bars for safety. Bed, was uncomfortable. Too soft, acted like a memory foam, but it was not. Sheets were "weird" almost like flanel sheets, but could not turn in bed-like the sheets would 'grab' your night clothes. Pillows had my neck at a strange angle. We both kept waking up over and over. We ended up just getting up early and leaving. Everything was clean and maintained.

The room was well-appointed. I liked that it had a queen bed and a couch instead of the two queen beds I usually get even when I am the sole occupant of a hotel room. My early-morning ride on the shuttle to the airport was on time and uneventful. My hearing is not the best and I had trouble understanding the driver even though we are both native Hoosiers, but I think he was putting a racist spin on the day's news.

Shuttle driver seemed drunk and just talked about his political racist view the entire journey from the airport. The front desk just shoved me a key and didn’t say a word? The hallways had trash left and room was old and felt very dirty. Breakfast was inedible

The property was close by to a Mexican Restaurant where the food and service were way above expectations. Also a Sam’s Club is located within walking distance…the hotel itself was clean and rooms comfortable. No issues with AC or Hot Water. There is a guest laundry on 2nd floor and you can purchase supplies from the front desk or across the road itself. I would definitely recommend as a stay for any family or person travelling on business…

Only stayed one night and arrived after 11pm. Hotel was clean and comfortable but the area around the hotel that late at night seemed very sketchy and questionable at best. Front desk person was a big bouncer like dude watching like 15 different cameras of the building which added to that “how safe is this area really” feeling?

Stayed one night. Wouldn't mind staying longer if needed to. Close to the freeway and the airport. Not much places to eat locally. The Mexican restaurant next door wasn't that good except the tortilla chips and salsa. The room was clean. The toilet, hot water, and AC worked. The bed and pillows were good too. However, for few hours, I smelled urine from the AC vent and needed to keep the windows open. The breakfast was very limited. I didn't expect much so no surprise. Better than none. Other than that overall was above average.

We went for breakfast and attempted to make our own pancakes and the machine was broken. i told the person at the front desk and he opened it up to reset and i noticed the ants crawling in it and on top of it. i told him there was ants and pointed them out to him and he just took a rag and wiped them off. so disgusting so we had to go elsewhere for breakfast.. also you could hear everything in the room above us. rundown hotel stay elsewhere.

The room is clean and the staff are very friendly. The facilities are little outdated but function well. They don’t have USB or C plug in, so you need to bring your own. The rate is well priced and affordable. It’s a good choice for saving money. Now the 2 drawbacks: 1. Their breakfast sucks. They don’t have scrambled egg, not even boiled egg. No protein at all. The only hot food they offer is biscuits. 2. There are not too many restaurants near by. Only 1 Mexican restaurant right by the Hotel. The owner might be the same as the hotel.
