The hotel was very nice and the rooms were very clean, the breakfast was nice even though the variety was not very much, the staff were friendly and helpful and the swimming pool was clean and big, the beach was very quiet and clean and it was the best beach I ever went to

I checked into this hotel late on a Saturday. The room I was given wasn't clean. There were no towels, shampoo, or soap. The bed sheets and pillowcases were dirty and had to be washed. This hotel is a party place with loud music every night until 4 a.m. I barely managed to fall asleep at 4:30 a.m. on my first night. I was assigned a different room and was able to sleep the remaining three nights. Overall, this hotel left me with the worst memories. The two photos below were taken at 3:20 a.m., when I went to the party venue to ask them to turn down the music because the noise in my hotel room was keeping me awake. It's a shame the photos don't convey the loud noise.

Nothing to say about the comfort, the cleanliness, the welcome, the dedication of the staff. The setting is pleasant, there is a very large swimming pool. The breakfast services are acceptable given the very economical price, although the offer is rather low-end. Given the tourism situation in Tunisia, the management's effort to keep its hotel upright should be highlighted. But there is a very big problem, and it would seem strange if I were the first to point it out: The hotel is part of a fairly large resort, of which it seems that the first argument of attractiveness is... the nightclub , frequented by many more external guests than there are guests in the rooms, which delivers a deafening flood of sub-bass decibels and rhythmic vibrations, which renders all hope of sleep and rest vain from 19:00 and until 02:00 in the morning during the week, and until 04:00 at night from Friday to Saturday. This is not a mild inconvenience, but a severe medically-harmful nuisance. It should be be more than appropriate and professional to warn customers of this inconvenience at the time of booking. Imagine the disappointment of customers having booked for a long stay, focused on relaxation during the day and a sleep cure at night.... Think about families with young children! This is a real commercial trap, harmful to psychological and physical health.

Das Essen ist Katastrophe. Man bucht Halbpension und hat 5 Gerichte zur Auswahl von denen keines vegetarisch ist und 4 nicht mehr verfügbar sind. Man bekommt für Erwachsene 30 Dinar fürs Abendessen und Kinder 15 Dinar. Was man darüber bestellt muss man nachzahlen. Allerdings habe ich beim buchen der Halbpension für alle den selben Betrag bezahlt. Wir sind zu dritt angereist, kamen in der nacht um 1 uhr an und es gab im Zimmer nur 2 Kissen. Für meine Tochter war kein Bett vorbereitet. Dies mussten wir dann noch organisieren, was sehr lange dauerte da das Personal nur französisch oder arabisch spricht. Das Hotel hätte großes Potenzial, doch leider wird dies nicht genutzt. Wie es z.B. zwei Wasserrutschen gibt, welche nicht genutzt werden und ein Baum im Auffangbecken wächst. Der Strand ist wunderschön und leer doch ab 18 uhr sollte man dort nicht mehr hin, da wilde Hunde einen angreifen. Mysteriöse und dreckige Katzen werden direkt auf der Restaurant Terrasse gefüttert und laufen auf den Tischen. Das Zimmermädchen hat auf sich warten lassen und kam manchmal gar nicht. Handtücher sind mangelware wir mussten betteln damit jeder ein Handtuch bekommt. Die Zimmer stinken, Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht und unter kostenlosen badartikeln versteht man dort eine kleine Seife und ein mini mini Duschgel.

Hôtel ayant un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Chambre rénovée jolie. Piscine et plage bien entretenues. Personnel très professionnel et sympathique.divertusdement

Séjour sous les meilleures auspices... Parfois musicales, mais en tout cas en terme de convivialité, de propreté des locaux et d accueil... C est parfait. Certes, il faut mieux avec une voiture ou rechercher les taxis pour profiter du territoire de proximité... Fort agréable également

Det var mye røyk lukt overalt og veldig skittent. Rommene var helt ok. Hotellet så ikke ut slik som på bildene når det gjelder utsiden. På vinteren var også bassenget og skliene stengt, dette var ikke nevnt noe om i bookingen. Anbefales ikke på vinteren.

Bien, très bonne localisation. Des infrastructures correctes. Comme partout en Tunisie, gros problème de déchets aux alentours de l'hôtel (ne pas aller sur le balcon pour la vue si on n'est pas face mer ou piscine)

Hôtel très agréable et très calme en basse saison. A part la musique de la boîte de nuit qui s'entend jusque dans la chambre (109) et toute la nuit ! Restauration très limitée. Personnel très aimable. Chambres de très bon standing. Environnement de l'hôtel assez sale.

Pros: rooms are clean and modern Cons: there is a loud beach club that is open until 4am in the morning.

Tu bruit de 22h jusqu'a 3h du matin musique forte et hotel juste pour les l9caux brnznt consommer de l'alcool Chaise cassée dans la chambre.

Bon personnelle honnête

Personnel disponible, accueillant, discret et honnête. Menage fait tous les jours. Établissement agréable, décoration sobre et moderne, belle piscine et belle plage. Peux de touriste, j'espère bien voir plus pour que cet hôtel résiste. Qualité prix correct.

I reserved room with 1 double bed and 1 twin bed they give us 1 double bed and sofa and refused to change my request to change as I paid higher for that room Very noisy

Not so good room for three kept needing to ask for towels and got nothing had to give towels from our room so they can shower. We asked 4 times at night said they'll bring them, asked again in the morning, nothing, breakfast was not at a good standard for international visitors. The beach was the only redeeming part of this whole thing a d it was a bit of a walk behind the hotel no room in hotel is really on the water.

Fonctionnel, mais pas luxe. Sauf en soirée, il n’y a qu’un restaurant au menu limité, et le service est minimal. Il n’y a rien à moins de 2 km pour se ravitailler. La douche n’est pas fermée, toute l’eau se retrouve au plancher. La clim est très fonctionnelle.

Very affordable, good service, good quality price ratio restaurant. Best value for such price.

Le petit déj est clairement allégé. Très peu de choix. L'hôtel est mal entretenu. Il y a des malfaçons dans les chambres qui pourraient être réparés. Le personnel n'est pas souriant ni sociable. Dommage car il y a une belle plage. Je trouve cela cher pour le service. C'est un hôtel hors saison très triste .

Je conseille de fuiiiiirrr! passer votre chemin vous allez regretter le séjour, j’ai voulu me détendre après un travail acharné toute l’année, je n’ai pas dormi des boites de nuits dans l’hôtel une devant une à la piscine jusqu’à 4 h du matin les murs tremble impossible de dormir horrible. L’alcool coule à flots à la piscine que des gens de l’extérieur qui viennent passer la journée à se bourrer la gueule !! Quelle image pour nos enfants !! L'équipe de l'hôtel est exécrable, en particulier la femme qui prépare le petit-déjeuner. Il n'y a jamais de pain, on vous donne des croissants qui ont déjà été servis la veille. C'était affreux, je n'ai jamais connu une telle chose dans ma vie, et j'ai beaucoup voyagé ! Fuyez je vous en conjure sinon vous allez le regretter ? Aussi la demi pension ce sont des tickets repas vous allez au village et vous prenez à manger ( 10 euros adulte et 7 euros par enfant) à l’hôtel vous avez le choix entre escalope, pâtes bolognaise ou poisson et nuggets frites pour les enfants tout les soir ne vous attendez pas à bien manger !! Mon fils a fait overdose de nuggets frite !!!Je suis épuisé après des vacances gâchées par l'insomnie, provoquée par les boîtes de nuit à ciel ouvert !!!!. Les serviettes de bain qu’on me laisse 3 jours d’affilée 😱car plus de serviette! Un grand merci à l'équipe de réception et au jeune qui assure le service du petit-déjeuner pour leur disponibilité et de leur compassion, c'est une chance qu'ils soient intervenus !
