Absolutely fantastic hotel to stay at while hitting the slopes at Hanazono. Meters away from gear rental and lifts. Plus the benefit of an indoor and outdoor onsen was magical. Staff are amazing and friendly. Very convenient and comfortable! Although the only negative is the lifts. They are the slowest ones I’ve used in Japan so far and could easily take 5+ minutes to arrive. So painful

The entire staff was so helpful and went above and beyond in making our stay very special. They booked us cabs and dinner reservations and helped arrange for activities. The club was a highlight and so nice for breakfast and apres ski. The hotel is brand new and so chic and clean. The onsen was incredible too. Highly recommend this brand new hotel!!

Don't worry about the bad reviews. We were a little skeptical, but this hotel has gotten their stuff together and I'm thinking the negative reviews may have been early on in their opening (or just complainers or competitors submitting reviews). My wife and I stayed here for four nights at the end of our trip (stayed in Hirafu for 9 nights prior to this hotel). This place was wonderful. All stays in Niseko are expensive in Winter but this one was one of the more affordable options in any of the four ski areas for two people. And it was perfect! The hotel is very nice and high-end, the staff are friendly and helpful as possible. Harry at the front desk was super helpful scheduling us a ride to a train station when we departed. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the onsen was clean and has everything you need (indoor bath, outdoor bath, sauna, and cold plunge). The proximity to the lifts gives this hotel everything you need for a nice visit to Niseko. The Hanazono area is definitely the most luxurious and not too busy of lift lines. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful, brand new property. The Nino Club offering is great with breakfast included and lounge access (snacks and drinks in a quiet comfortable space). Gym was awesome. Onsen also amazing (no tattoos however). Short walk to Hanazano lifts. Dumped snow the whole time we were there. Park Hyatt Niseko restaurants close by if you need more variety. We will be back.

Obviously, the proximity to the ski lifts is unbeatable. For a $600/night hotel, the amenities were just average. The continental breakfast was average, they only cleaned the rooms every 3 days and didn't even tidy the rooms on the other days due to "environmental reasons". We stayed for six nights in a Club Superior Room with our child and were lucky to have a room facing Mount Yotei. The view was absolutely stunning, especially on sunny days. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even provided ice packs when we needed them after getting sore from skiing, which was a thoughtful touch. The food was fresh, though the selection was a bit limited. The location was very convenient for skiing at Hanazono. There were ski lockers on the ground floor and a small snack shop right next to the hotel, which made everything easy and comfortable.

We loved this hotel as a family of 3 that stayed here for 6 nights. Very convenient hotel for ski hire. Short walk to the gondola. The room we had looked straight to the chair lift and gondola. The hotel is new , clean and near door to the outdoor activities like gondola, zipline, tree walk etc. The staff was very helpful especially the restaurant and Kitchen staff. We are vegetarians and while they have some vegetarian food in menu, they also went the extra mile to customize to our requirements.

Loved the 4 night stay here. The location across the street from the Hanazono lifts is perfect. The breakfast buffet was great but a bit expensive. The room was good soft pillows and two large double beds pushed together. I used the Onsen 3 times and it was nice after a long day skiing. The front desk was super helpful in shipping luggage to Sapporo.
