We had a fantastic stay at The Chatrium in our 1 bed apartment. The staff were super helpful when needed and the shuttle service to the Gondola and Dot Base was fantastic. The driver took our ski's and poles from us each time securing them on the bus. The bar and restaurants in the hotel were also greaz and convenient. The hotle is located in a perfect position for eating out etc. We had a car and there was free undercover parking that was hassle free. We will def stay here again when we return.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at chatrium! Rooms are spacious and come stocked with fruit and drinks and breakfast foods. Location was great and walkable to many restaurants in hirafu, and the shuttle and in-house rhythm gear rental was so convenient for our ski and snowboarding trip. Yvonne at the front desk was amazing and helped us book taxis as well as onsens. Thank you for the wonderful time!

The room was outdated in that it was cracking on the walls and roof, the shower head was uncomfortably strong or weak, no in between, the second bedroom did not have a charger or bedside table on one side, only one lamp, needing to ask for a air conditioner remote was frustrating, the body wash was not topped up as apart of room service, when we had the full service the robes weren’t replaced so we were left with no robe, the bins were too compact in the draws o we could no dispose of rubbish easily without leaving it around the room. The rooms were serviced very late in the day and the person doing it had a strong odour that was left behind in the room, problem with it being late in the day is that the people are arriving rooms when guests are typically arriving back. Staff member was not able to help operate the oven as they didn’t understand it either. The location was good and the initial greeting was pleasing, the amenities downstairs were helpful, if you opened up the boot dryers to everyone and had more of them switched on that’d be more convenient. The shuttle bus was good when it wasn’t full or you didn’t have to wait a long time, when it was full it was full with people standing which seems unsafe given the road conditions. All these things add up the a negative experience for a higher end hotel, if it was a 3 star hotel I wouldn’t say these things matter so much, if you want to improve and meet a 4 or 5 star hotel they should well be considered.

Personally I will not stay there anymore next time, cos my room is so noisy at night and I suppose to paid for the Mountain View but end up is so noisy. Worst the cleaning is not done everyday. When is due for cleaning, until 7pm also never do it. I must say the good thing is the staffs are super helpful and nice. Tks

I like the two room design, with independent shower rooms. Love the kitchen and the living room, very comfortable. The biggest selling point of the very expensive room rate was the view of Mt. Yotei. But there's a high rise building standing in the very middle of the view, blocking almost 40% of Mt. Yotei view from our room. The room rate was not worth it. Also soundproof was bad too. I could hear clearly how loud the people on the street were at 1am.

Everyone at the Chatrium was so incredibly welcoming! The location was central and convenient. The employees were always so very helpful. It was very convenient to have restaurants on site especially breakfast. The shuttle and drivers were extremely polite and willing to help! The rooms are spacious and as described. We could not have chosen a better place to stay. We plan on booking this property again!

Great location and friendly staff. Easy 10 min walk to gondolas. Great spot for food trucks and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complementary food basket in our room on arrival very thoughtful and helpful. We will be back!

Best family vacation hotel. We had a 2-bedroom apartment. The 2 kids had their own bedroom and bathroom. We had complimentary breakfast in the dining room every morning and even cooked dinner in the open kitchen one night.

Everyone at the Chatrium was so incredibly welcoming! The location was central and convenient. The employees were always so very helpful. It was very convenient to have restaurants on site especially breakfast. The shuttle and drivers were extremely polite and willing to help! The rooms are spacious and as described. We could not have chosen a better place to stay. We plan on booking this property again!

Stumbled onto this place when I could not find a place slopeside. Lucky to have done so. Better to be here just off the center of town with much more to do than slopeside. Place was immaculate and exquisitely thought out. Cannot imagine a friendlier more helpful staff. Eateries were well thought out and designed, and a lot of fun. Would not consider staying anywhere else in Niseko.
