Altogether a very nice hotel, in a very convenient position. If arriving by car, it can be a little tricky to navigate to somewhere close enough to the hotel to unload your luggage, however, the location of the hotel is excellent for exploring Biarritz

Agréable, mais pas vraiment un 4 étoiles. L'hôtel coche toutes les cases (cafetière, coffre-fort,etc.) et pourtant on sent et on sait que ce n'est pas un 4 étoiles. Arrivée compliquée. Stationnement près à pied, mais accès labyrithique en voiture. Déjeuner dans la belle moyenne, sans plus.

Overall a very fine choice in the Port Vieux area. Staff were great and accommodating. Breakfast buffet with excellent variety of sweet and savory items. Our superior room appeared fairly standard and a bit on the small side. Beds are comfortable and everything was very clean. Recommended!

La habitación estaba linda y limpia pero ruidosa en la noche, el resto de la propiedad dejó que desear: demasiado ruido y alfombras de los pasillos visiblemente sucias y manchadas. El desayuno “buffet” fue una gran decepción: solo dos tipos de pan, café muy malo, huevo y salchicha como únicas opciones. La mesa de servicio era tan pequeña (del tamaño de un escritorio mediano) que daba la impresión de escasez. Si te servías huevo, parecía que dejarías a los demás sin comer. Una experiencia muy pobre para el precio. La ubicación es excelente, pero por el potencial del lugar, la impresión general quedó muy por debajo de lo esperado.

For the price, I must say I expected a little more. Rooms were nice and tidy with a great view but lacked storage options. We knew that the room was going to be small, but we struggled to even open our suitcases on the floor - we had to put them on the bed. The breakfast was ok but lacked finesse. The options were quite few which I normally like, as long as the overall quality is good - but I definitely had higher expectations. I would have loved to see a barista, eggs cooked-to-order, more vegetables and fruit options (now it was more or less just whole tomatoes and bananas in a bowl). The three cereal options was straight out of the box - a homemade granola would’ve been nice. Also, the machine coffee was undrinkable. We had to get our coffee from a nearby café. Service was good apart from some awkward moments when the hotel manager at two separate times asked us to rate our experience at the hotel, and whether we’d give them “a 9 or a 10”. It felt a little invasive and unprofessional.

Très bon séjour. Superbe petit déjeuner. Literie et produits d’hygiène de qualité. Excellent emplacement. Personnel très gentil. Cependant, Climatisation problématique dans l’établissement en annexe. Très bruyante même avec des bouchons d’oreille. On pouvait entendre le bruit des climatisations des autres chambres. Très peu de dégagement pour les jambes devant la toilette. Nous devions nous assoir de côté. Et faire attention pour ne pas nous cogner la tête.

Hôtel vieillissant, pas de TV et trop chaud (clim non fonctionnelle en Novembre), mais va être rénové pour l'été prochain donc sera parfait pour 2024. Personnel très accueillant et commerçant, vue mer en regardant par la fenêtre, proche du CV animé.

Etablissement renové en 2024, avec beaucoup de goût. Accueil très professionnel, et pour couronner le tout, quelques petits cadeaux de bienvenue. Petit déjeuner très qualitatif. L'emplacement idéal en plein coeur de Biarritz, et à 50 m de la plage. J'oubliai, une literie exceptionnelle fabriquée en France, pour le meilleur des repos.

Un séjour de rêve grâce à Lisa et Thomas et son équipe , tres pro et accueillante. L’hôtel est très bien placé, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Je ne peux que recommander ce petit coin de paradis en plein cœur de Biarritz et 50 m de la plage . Hâte de revenir vous voir.

Absolutely a fabulous location, walk to everywhere. Staff were very helpful, friendly and kind! The only thing I didn't like was leaving! It's such a beautiful village and so close to the sea!

Absolutely a fabulous location, walk to everywhere. Staff were very helpful, friendly and kind! The only thing I didn't like was leaving! It's such a beautiful village and so close to the sea!

La habitación estaba linda y limpia pero ruidosa en la noche, el resto de la propiedad dejó que desear: demasiado ruido y alfombras de los pasillos visiblemente sucias y manchadas. El desayuno “buffet” fue una gran decepción: solo dos tipos de pan, café muy malo, huevo y salchicha como únicas opciones. La mesa de servicio era tan pequeña (del tamaño de un escritorio mediano) que daba la impresión de escasez. Si te servías huevo, parecía que dejarías a los demás sin comer. For the price, I must say I expected a little more. Rooms were nice and tidy with a great view but lacked storage options. We knew that the room was going to be small, but we struggled to even open our suitcases on the floor - we had to put them on the bed. The breakfast was ok but lacked finesse. The options were quite few which I normally like, as long as the overall quality is good - but I definitely had higher expectations. I would have loved to see a barista, eggs cooked-to-order, more vegetables and fruit options (now it was more or less just whole tomatoes and bananas in a bowl). The three cereal options was straight out of the box - a homemade granola would’ve been nice. Also, the machine coffee was undrinkable. We had to get our coffee from a nearby café. Service was good apart from some awkward moments when the hotel manager at two separate times asked us to rate our experience at the hotel, and whether we’d give them “a 9 or a 10”. It felt a little invasive and unprofessional.

Overall great experience, but parking in July and August is a nighmare. Breakfast was excellent, location couldn’t be beat for beach, local shopping, and food. Family friendly but rooms just big enough for 2.

Overall a very fine choice in the Port Vieux area. Staff were great and accommodating. Breakfast buffet with excellent variety of sweet and savory items. Our superior room appeared fairly standard and a bit on the small side. Beds are comfortable and everything was very clean. Recommended!

Agréable, mais pas vraiment un 4 étoiles. L'hôtel coche toutes les cases (cafetière, coffre-fort,etc.) et pourtant on sent et on sait que ce n'est pas un 4 étoiles. Arrivée compliquée. Stationnement près à pied, mais accès labyrithique en voiture. Déjeuner dans la belle moyenne, sans plus.

Etablissement renové en 2024, avec beaucoup de goût. Accueil très professionnel, et pour couronner le tout, quelques petits cadeaux de bienvenue. Petit déjeuner très qualitatif. L'emplacement idéal en plein coeur de Biarritz, et à 50 m de la plage. J'oubliai, une literie exceptionnelle fabriquée en France, pour le meilleur des repos.

Un très bel hôtel familial, à quelques pas de la plage du Port-Vieux à Biarritz. On apprécie les petites attentions et le service. Excellent petit déjeuner. Chambres confortables et calmes malgré la proximité de la rue.

We arrived very late to the hotel and were accidentally put into a wrong room. It was immediately sorted in the morning and we got an upgrade to even better room that we had booked! The breakfast was delicious with local pastries, juices etc. The room was very clean. We enjoyed the quality bedding and decoration. The location was also great: close to the beaches and restaurants but still very calm. Would love to stay in this hotel again!

Everyone is super-sweet & helpful. The hotel is wonderfully decorated & immaculately clean. The location is perfect if you are looking to hang-out in a relaxed manner. Breakfast is perfect.
