Absolutely beautiful property. The staff was excellent—friendly efficient and accommodating. Rooms are very clean, updated and quiet. Location is adjacent to the BSU campus. There is a lot of traffic around that area, but roads and travel was very easy. We had the opportunity to see Tim McGraw (he was live at the BSU ExtraMile venue)—we walked to and from the concert. Really great time and we will be back to stay at the Residence Inn.

The room was NOTHING like the Orbitz picture. It was like an old apartment, with an ancient, unacceptable pullout bed. What was advertised was what the NICE Residence Inn's are like (we just stayed in one in Missoula. We check out after an hour, left at 8:55, and went to Town Suites next door.

The staff were so kind. We had a first floor suite and there is no noise insulation. The person above us woke up at 4:00 and was, it sounded like, stomping around for an hour…. Couldn’t sleep after that :/

Two new people were at the checkin desk and I was the only customer and it took about 15 minutes to get checked in as they apparently didn’t understand your computer system. You should have at least one person on staff at all times who knows what they are doing.

The room was clean. The property was like an apartment complex. There were residents who looked like they'd been there for quite a while. Toys and all kinds of stuff were sitting under the stairs with spider webs on all of it, so it must have been sitting there for quite a while. Not my idea of a Hotel stay
