Beston Inn Seattle

The cameras and gates make it feel more secure in a very troubled area of the city. The parked car is conveniently outside the door to be watched and heard if someone is tampering with it. The water pressure and flushing could use some improvement. The management is reasonably accomodating.

While the staff person was friendly and very helpful, he even offered to upgrade our room for free. Our room was very cold, lacked lighting, had no heat in the bathroom, and many of our outlets didn’t work. We didn’t have hot water in the bathroom sink, the sink leaked into the under cabinet. It’s a very basic room and was not super clean. The beds and bedding were alright. For a cheap one night room we would stay again. We also felt the fenced in parking lot was safe.

Room was clean, property was quiet, parking right in front of the room, very kind owners. I had the queen bed for 2 and we had a wonderful time coming and going as we please. Would definitely recommend and come back for sure.

The kids loved the pool.

When I first got there the room I was put in had a weird odor and was not very clean. You could see fingerprints on the door and also there was a piece of toilet paper that had not been flushed in the toilet. The floors look so dirty that I did not takeoff my sandals. The bed look nice and I didn’t see any bugs. I tried to take a shower and the water was ice cold. I put a towel on the floor so I got the water that I had made. When I picked up the towel, It was filthy. Doesn’t look like the floors have been cleaned in a long time. I went to the manager and he moved me to another room promptly and that was a lot better, but still overall a very rundown property. I debated just taking the loss of money and going home. It was very loud at night with people, yelling outside and loud cars. I woke up several times throughout the night and ended up just getting up to leave at 4 AM as I figured a rest stop would be more restful. I’m not sure if the motel six would’ve been better.

The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and clean! Pleasantly surprised!

Bed was broken when we got there, theres wifi for your phones but you can't connect the TV to it. They say they have live channels, but you can't watch it unless you have wifi... So unless you have a hotspot your out of luck. Floor was sticky, and they never cleaned out the coffee pot so there was a moldy coffee filter left in there... But hey, at least there was no bed bugs.

Affordable and clean and not too far from the city. What else do you need. Highly recommended!

This is a very dirty hotel. There was dirt everywhere in the room. The chair has pine needles and dirt all over it. The bed was rock hard and overall it was disgusting.

The poor owner is a sweet man but we stayed in the double queen suite and the sheets and pillowcases were still dirty, fresh drool marks and everything. The room smelled like cigarettes SO BADLY I could hardly breathe. The area is DISGUSTING prostitution and druggies every where. I thought we were in an episode of grand theft auto. Super ghetto, dirty, smelly, so nasty… it was around midnight when we finally got there and we couldn’t switch hotels. We counted down the hours till morning and left as soon as the sun came up. Pictures were very very deceiving.

I didn't even stay it was so gross. Room smelled so strong of smoke and couldn't get my refund. Was there maybe ten minutes

Appliances were beat up broken and dirty TV did not have a remote first unit I was assigned to didn’t even have anywhere to hang our clothes or a dresser to put it in construction was done substandard

The shower was set really far into the wall and wasnt very tall, felt really claustrophobic and too dark as light couldn't reach in

I love this place, the owner deliver warm welcome. The facility inside is new. AC available . Even the location look close street, but I did not hear anything during my stay. The big Asian food market and a lot of Asian restaurant just 15 min walking distance. Great stay with good price

I should have checked first but there was no AC just a fan. The room was small with a smell. The bed was not comfortable at all and there were people talking until 3 am and then started again at 6 am. We got no sleep.

No ac just Walmart fans there was liquid on my bed cords coming out the walls back window was so dirty I couldn’t see out of it and waited 20 mins for Help and got the wrong room and had to ask for the one I ordered

We showed up to get our keys to the room we reserved but they were closed (never had the front desk be closed in other motels no matter what time we arrive) our flight arrived late but that has never been an issue before in other motels but it was in this one since the front desk was closed and had to sleep in our car that night.

My only conplaints are that we did not have hot water to shower with and the frost on the bathroom window was peeling. I dont know if there are people who live behind the building but it made me uncomfortable that someone would have the ability to see in the bathroom. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay and staff at Beston. I would stay there again.

We paid for 2 nights then they came banging on our door claiming angrily to us we didn't pay for the second night. They showed us a pice of paper to tell us we only paid one night. I told the guy when checking out we were staying both Saturday and Sunday. He was yhe one we already paid online and had us sign the piece of paper. It was entirely ugly experience . The sewer gas coming from toilet and no air conditioning and no proper amenities, no housekeeping, extremely tiny room, on top of all this they said an hour and a half before checkout time we had to pay 2nd night which was not correct. Our billing statement from expedia/Orbitz.com showed we paid for 2 nights. It was the worst experience ever along with Seattle downtown experience.

This was during a power outage, and they were one of the few who would book last-minute room. Front desk person was very nice.

No one was at the front desk when I came in after 20 minutes someone finally came ( they reeked of cigarettes) I tell them

Once arrived, the family and i looked at eachother and knew this area was not what was shown in pictures. Cig. Burns in bed spreads. The lady at desk, tina, was supportive and called the owner and approved a refund. But they wont answer phone with expedia staff to reverse my charge. Still waiting!!!

The best between Downtown Seattle and Shoreline.

Not sure why the reviews online are a 10 but this place had so much prostitution. Naked ladies walking in and out. Not safe. Super sketch people
