Embassy Suites by Hilton Cleveland Rockside

Excellent breakfast. Prompt response to most requests, (extra pillows and coffee, and toilet paper since only 1/2 roll upon arrival) Only one remote contol but 2 tv, no remote for sitting room, and the the plate in the mictowave was the wrong size. it fit with door vlosed but yurning nubs did not match and did not turn , plate was about 1 inch too big and when used spun under plate scratched and grumbled. I mentioned twice to front desk and left house keeping notes but not resolved durring our stay. Also they did apply my hilton rewards number at check in and made me sign up and now i have 2 accounts that i need to call and combine which is now a hassle .

The hotel was beautiful. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was amazing.

The staff were awesome and the breakfast is always world class.

PROS: Room was clean. Breakfast was overall average. CONS: Customer service at desk wasn't too friendly. Bathroom fan didn’t work, addressed issue at front desk with Alethia both days; haven't been fixed. People setting up breakfast weren't very friendly. Pool had no heat. Pool area was warm, but water wasn't warm. Overcrowded pool. People yelling, very loud at night.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. I would definitely stay there again.
