Needs to update the photos. Hot tub is cemented over and the pool had toilet paper in it and was not clean. Breakfast area has 4 tables and was so over crowded we just passed on it. Staff was great

DIDNT LIKE IT AT ALL THAT WE HAD NO SHUTTLE SERVICE AT 8:15 P.M. THIS LACK OF SERVICE SHOULD BE GIVEN AT TIME OF REGISTRATION. GUESS WE WERE LUCKY WHEN THE COOK HAD TO TAKE US TO THE AIRPORT ON THE MORNING OF OUR FLIGHT. ALSO NOT ONE PERSON AT THE DESK...MANY TIMES..WHATS THE DEAL?

I booked this hotel with the intention of being able to unwind, relax, and use the hot tub. But once I got there, I found out that the hot tub was cemented over and not available for use anymore. I asked for some sort of discount and was told I had to talk to Hotels.com. Had I known this information beforehand, I would’ve booked with a completely different hotel. I feel I should get some sort of compensation off of my bill for the false advertising, which was not my fault. Thank you.

Condition of bathroom was the most disgusting thing ever. BLACK MOLD in the shower, on walls, curtain. Informed hotel of Mold situation and got an apology. Also, if your flight arrives late, expect the shuttle to not be in service. Took a $25 taxi from the airport for a 1 mile ride.

no hottub - recently filled with cement. The repainted tub was peeling. Fingerprints on mirror and counter. The phone would not call the front desk. None of the light fixtures were working. Text prompt to write in for needs, 30m later got a text apologizing for the delay but never got any further response.

Paid to park and fly and when I got back I called the hotel for a shuttle ride back and they said the shuttle ended at 5pm. I was never aware that they had a stop time or I wouldn’t have paid for the park and fly. The first time I stayed here we came in late and didn’t have an issue getting back to the hotel for our vehicle. Will not be staying again. Staff is rude.

Dropped a car at airport around 7:00 pm and was looking for a ride to hotel. Desk clerk said shuttle stopped for the night, but she would come and get me if she was free. Phone number she gave me didn't answer. 1 mile cab ride cost me $25

Let me preface this review with the fact that we only stayed in our room for 10 minutes. The room was absolutely filthy. There were blood stains on both box springs, blood stains on the carpet, bugs, mold everywhere in the bathroom, and generally the hotel was in complete disrepair. I would encourage anyone thinking of staying here, maybe choose the nearest highway overpass as it may be cleaner and more inviting.

The room stunk like urine, we went and bought car air freshner spray and sprayed the room down. The shower curtain had mold on it. The person behind the desk acted like you was an inconvincing her witj a question. Pool needs a good cleaning, husband loved the hot tub, but it needed cleaned also. I think the best part of the stay was the breakfast, but that even had knats flying in the bread holder. Next time would be hard pass at staying here.

I was disappointed in this hotel after I read reviews and decided to stay. The floors in the room werent clean, the shower curtain had black stains, the ceiling in the shower was warped, the phone in the room didnt work. We werent given any towels, and since the phone didnt work, we went down to the front desk to ask for some. After an hour no towels were brought. We had to ask adjoining rooms for extra towels while kids drip dried in the bathroom. The sheets were thin and not warm. Ill never book here again. $160/night was ridiculous for the service and cleanliness they claim they provide.

The building is aging, which I would be okay with if it was kept clean, but the bathroom was very small, dirty, there was hair and a live spider in the tub and our sink was clogged so that we had to spit in the toilet when brushing our teeth. The phone in the room did not work to call the front desk and staff failed to provide the password for WiFi. Staff was not attentive when we had questions and they did not know the price of snacks and soda at the front desk. All in all it appears that management does not pay staff or housekeeping well as there is a lack of interest in hospitality and customer service. I do not recommend staying here.

Waited at front desk to check in and no one around, no bell or sign. Once the lady did show up at the front desk, there was no greeting. She was very brief abrupt no customer service. The room was dirty. Dropped a piece of food on the floor and went to wipe it up and the cloth came up disgustingly dirty. So at that point I just the washed all the tile floor myself. Urine on back of toilet. Walls were noticeable dirty, especially in bathroom. Light bulbs out. It was later at night and it was just easier to deal with it than have the most pleasant lady at the front desk change my room. I will say I did have a good experience when I checked out at 4:15am in the morning. The lady that was working at the front desk had the best personality and wonderful customer service.

Ugh… where do I begin? The room smelled, the beds were uncomfortable, the toilet didn’t flush, the shower was weak and the floor was dirty. I’m glad we were only there for a few hours. The staff at the desk was friendly and helpful, but other staff were not. I had much higher expectations from Country Inn and Suites… I know it’s not the Hilton… but it should be better than a motel 6!

The place is very dirty Looked like muddy water splashed on the outside of the tub. Bathroom floor gross. Room probably has not been dusted for years. Carpet is from the 70’s . The sheets were worn out. The pillows had nothing in them. I had a nice lady shuttle me to the airport. She was also in charge of the breakfast. Breakfast was good. Area was clean. Everything else in the hotel was not clean.

Door did not lock properly. You must slam the door multiple times in order for it to lock. Shower curtain had mold on the bottom. Dirt ring around the tub. My room was the only one that i saw with a label on how to turn the handle to enter the room. But once you enter or exit it take multiple slams to actually activate the locking mechanism. Im a truck driver and if it wasn't for my drive time being over for the day I would not have settled for this. Never again will I patronize this facility. Just sad.

Convenient to airport. Our room was by the elevator and we were kept awake by it. We could also hear toilets flushing and water running in other rooms. The staff was great and the breakfast area had something for everyone. Coffee was fresh and hot.

I would say this hotel needs some work. Carpet was dirty. Walls were dirty and old flooring in the bathroom. The air conditioner was not working properly, but we finally figured out how to keep it cool in the room. We have family close by and stay in this area all the time, but I feel the accommodations are declining which is sad. Front Desk Staff was friendly.

The rooms were very outdated and worn. The hallway carpet had bleach stains all over it. The bed was clean and comfortable, but the room had a musty smell. The free breakfast was good with the typical options. Not the best place, but we just needed a clean bed for the stay, so it was fine.

I would have left an excellent review across-the-board however I asked for a 4 AM wake up call and never got it. I had gotten in really late at night and wasn’t sure that I would make my flight by the grace of God. I naturally woke up when waiting for the shuttle asked why I didn’t receive my wake up call I was told oh sorry I forgot….. other then that was a great stay!!

When I tried to get into my room, someone was already in there! The night manager said that wasn’t the first time that had happened, and had no idea who it was. I had to go to another hotel and was just lucky that they had room for me.

The only reason I didn’t give them a higher rating was because when I initially entered the hotel to check in there was a group of young people (toddlers-teens) leaving the pool area and getting on the elevator. I mentioned to the receptionist that I’d rather not be on the same floor with them- I was exhausted from driving all that day and had another long day of travel ahead of me. She said, ‘I don’t think they’re on the same floor.’ IMMEDIATELY when we got off the elevator I heard them running up and down the hall, doors slamming, talking loudly… We were not only on the same floor, we were on the same hall. They had every room on the hall but one and we were in that one. I went down to the reception desk and asked to be moved. The receptionist did it, but acted like I was bothering her unnecessarily. She put us one floor down, but put us by the stairwell and I SWEAR those kids were in and out of the stairwell half the night! Not overly loud, but still- doors slamming every few minutes. I remember being on a trip as a teen- I know they were having fun and I wasn’t angry with them. What bothered me was that I told the receptionist I didn’t want to be close to them and she put me on the same floor; when I asked for a different room she acted like it was a bother and put me a floor lower, surely knowing that it would still be loud; and the hotel didn’t seem busy so why wouldn’t she give me a room on the other hall, farther away from the kids?

The staff were wonderful. After being stranded due to a diverted flight, they took good care of a plane full of people. They even had a complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste since the airline wouldn’t release carryon bags. Breakfast was delicious and the shuttle service was super helpful!

I have stayed at this hotel a couple times. It is close to the airport which makes it so convenient for those early morning flights. The staff has been so nice and we usually end up chatting for awhile. I will stay here again when in Iowa.

I like that I could take the shuttle in the morning to the airport was disappointed that on my return it only runs to 5 PM so I will need to Uber from the airport to return to the hotel. I don't consider this necessarily shuttle service. The desk personnel that checked me in was distracted. I watched her dismiss without concern other guests with questions she failed to follow up on a policy. I asked about for parking stating she needed to talk to her manager about how it worked and would let me know never wrote down wake up calls, which I did not get and neither did any of the other guests that evening as evidenced by the wonderful top-notch employee, Kimberly that greeted me the next morning and showed me the sheet with no wake up, calls on it and it had multiple complaints from other guests who did not get wake up calls as well so the evening staff who checked me in shouldn't be in guest services the morning staff was excellent

The staff was very friendly, and the property was extremely clean. The rooms were comfortable and tasteful. The only thing I would change is that they update their TV to include Roku or streaming services instead of just cable TV

My one night stay was excellent. I have no complaints. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff is very friendly. Got a ride to the airport anytime I wanted, so convenient. Breakfast was the usual fair. The breakfast area was clean. I would definitely stay there again.

On Friday, Aug 29, men's bathroom was "HORRIBLE"!! Advertised pineapple juice in the morning for breakfast-- none was ever available. Morning coffee was always cold--had to heat in microwave. One morning there was no hand paper towels in the women's restroom, informed the desk clerk, her reply was "don't know how to do that" --- We have stayed there several times before but will not go back --

They had a good breakfast, warm and cold options. the hotel was clean, the pool and hot tub looked decent but we didn't use it. The only problem we had was we were in a room that had a connecting room and the people in that room decided to leave at 4AM and were very loud talking the whole time they were getting ready.

Night checkin staff not personable, but got the job done. Hotel did not seem busy, but had no hot breakfast in the morning besides waffle maker. Milk, orange juice, and apple juice were also all unavailable. Free transportation to airport was quick and on time, but driver never left van and passengers had to load annd unload their own luggage in the back.
