The staff was kind and helpful, it was clean and stayed stocked up. The pool was open, they had breakfast and coffee. Honestly was pretty peaceful there and in a nice area, I was able to do my class work with no interruptions. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet, clean, peaceful place to stay. Thanks to the staff as well.

There was a guest/family in another room that was either playing the TV much too loudly and/or talking ALL night long and we got no sleep. Three complaints to front desk made no difference.

Air conditioning was not effective. No air was on in the hallways so the room could not cool down. Room was large but bare with no furniture except for a bed. Linens did not appear to be freshly washed. Poor water pressure in shower. Pool was dirty and didn't look to be circulating. There was a major problem with individuals who were not staying at the hotel loitering in the parking lot which did not feel safe. Parking lot was not well lit. We left the first night and found somewhere else to stay. Staff was friendly and manager/owner did their best to curb the unregistered loitering, but I would not recommend the property overall.

When I arrived, my room was not properly prepared. There were no sheets on the bed—only a mattress protector. After I notified the property manager, the cleaning staff was extremely rude. The bathroom sink had hair in it, and the microwave still had old, molded food inside that smelled terrible. I also had to repeatedly request clean towels every day. On top of that, I left my room after placing my food boxes in the trash, and when the cleaning staff came the next day, those same boxes were left on the floor when I returned. Overall, this was the worst stay I have ever experienced.
