The pool is cold and water was not changed a long time. It is unsafe to go in! The reception is not welcoming: he was giving us kyes and continued talking on the phone with his friends on his own language. It is terrible! I asked for second floor but he gave me the first one saying it is very good. It is NOT good: electrical plug was broken and one day the hotel will catch up on fire!! Spa was presented on the picture but it is a lie: spa has been removed at all. Sauna is used as a storage for old pipes. Very bad!!

The pool was broken with no water in it. This was why I booked this place for my son. The lobby is not well lit and very small. I requested an early checkin and they charged me $20. The best part was the room as it had been recently updated. The hallways did have a smell of hooka and/or weed at times. The free breakfast was a huge disappointment. They had 2 kinds of cereal, muffins, toast, no butter anywhere, and waffles. They had scrambled eggs that had some crust looking stuff on top of it that I wouldn't feed to my dog and a place for sausage, which there was none. The kitchen area was very messy. If my wife was with us, we would have not stayed here.

The hotel was a great price so that is the reason we stayed. Upon arrival the halls did smell of weed pretty bad (I had to kids with me). The room itself did not smell and was clean which I was happy about. The location of the hotel was convenient. The pool was unfortunately not heated. The overall condition of the hotel did need some TLC. Service was good. I though would probably not stay here again but it was not a bad experience and it was good for the money.

The hotel was of much lower quality than i expected. The pictures are VERY flattering! The indoor pool, that looked very nice in the pictures, was closed due to maintenance (murky water with various buckets of chemicals sitting around it). All areas of the property looked very “used and abused”. There were several smells that filled the hallways and seeped into the room. I thought I got a “deal” with the price… I didn’t !

Property was a little run down and very noisy, but it was ok. Photos show a hot rub, but there was not one. Hotel wanted to charge a $50 cash deposit, but I had no cash so they waived it.

Area where hotel is ok. The carpet in the hallway is horrible old, and smelled old.The pool area is in poor condition the chairs look like something they pick up from dump. I wish I could upload a photo of the area where the pool is.

This was a quick booking while driving through and in hindsight I should have looked more. This is such a dodgy hotel. Woke at 4am after a quick sleep so we could get out of this place. Had an odd smell, beds horrible, never took our socks off and they were black when we left.

This is the worst Quality Inn I’ve ever been in. The rooms we booked for my family were disgusting, dirty, and smelled like old smoke. We were switched to two equally gross rooms and chose to leave. We were denied a refund and Hotels.com was equally unhelpful. I wish I had the presence of mind to take pictures.

Good location (… if you are a traveler ) *This hotel was a complete shock to the senses. It was apparent when we arrived that the “standard” room wasn’t clean. There were crumbs on the table and floor. The side stand lamp bulbs were burnt out. The heater was so loud that we couldn’t hear the tv. When we pulled back the sheets to get into bed, we were shocked to see a ziplock bag of pot! So apparently the beds were not changed between clients! When we took this to the front desk to complain the man told us sorry and he didn’t know how it got there. I told him it wasn’t acceptable since the sheets were not fresh! Only then did he offer me another room. When we went to the new room we checked the sheets and they seemed clean but the floors hadn’t been swept. We looked under the bed and there were old sprite bottles, a tennis ball and other trash as well as cobwebs and a little gummy bear left behind on the sink. The only good thing was the indoor pool was warm-ish and fairly clean.-- Be all you can be, learn all you can learn

Place has excellent location for travelers. Rooms were ok. Need some cleaning put not a picky person. Bad thing of all was the smell when you walk in and wonder around. I was about to leave and lose my payment but decided with my wife to see if room smelled the same. Room did not smell so we stayed. They did have free breakfast but the smell was soo bad I did not go my wife went and brought the food up to me. I dislike the smell of body odor which was pretty bad. My wife tells me people left without eating because of the smell. It smelled like cumin and body odor. They need to adjust this. Also the place needs a bit of renovation. Would I stay again ? Probably not unless I’m caught in an emergency again.

Get to hotel and ask to see room prior to checking in and pictures on site do not depict what rooms actually look like. Room had roaches and as we got back to front counter to decline the room another customer was complaining about roaches as well. And OF COURSE THEY REFUSED TO REFUND OUR MONEY!!!!

The best part of our brief one night stay was the comfort of the bed and cleanliness of the room. On the flip side, we were given a room with a single King bed, although I reserved a room with two Queen beds. The clerk would not acknowledge that, and refused to exchange the room. I could not get the TV to change channels from Accuweather. The breakfast bar was limited.

The staff is very friendly. Had an issue with checking in at no fault of the hotel. The room was clean but definitely had a smoke smell. The TV had a big black line across the bottom where it looked like someone punched it. Could really use an update.

The staff here were nice and helpful but the walls are paper thin. If it were just the fact that you could hear footsteps above or water running in the bathroom next to you that would be one thing... but we heard the couple in the room next to us fighting LOUDLY until 4 am.

The room was supposed to have a couch but did not. The cable in the room didn't work. The walls in the room were in bad condition with holes. Won't go here again! Bad look for a quality inn!

It was very noisy. Other guest were talking loudly and children running up and down the hallway. But the worst was it seems that they were moving furniture in the room above my room at 1 AM in the morning. It was a very unpleasant experience. I needed the room due to an emergency with my home plumbing so I dealt with it. But I would never choose this Quality Inn again.

This place looks like it used to be a very nice place to stay, but it stopped being nice probably 30 years ago. There are patches on the walls, chipped paint and cocking, old fixtures and the old-house smell. The pool towel was stained and the breakfast area was not clean. I went for breakfast at 6 am (when it opens) and there's no explanation why the tongs had old food caked on them and the syrup bottle was stuck to the base. Although it's a non smoking establishment, the first room I was given smelled like an ashtray. I liked that their pool is enclosed so you can enjoy it rain or smile but it needs to be resurfaced and probably cleaned. My room had a tub. The water at the sink didn't ever get hot, just kind of warm, but the shower did. This place has potential but it's not even worth $100/night. I could have stayed at a lodge.

Older hotel and outdated. Beds and sheets were clean and comfortable, but overall property just comes from a different time. Staff was friendly, bfast was okay. Some fresh fruit would go a long way. We appreciated the newer flooring in the room as opposed to old carpet.

Checked in at 930pm and no one at front desk. Phone was constantly ringing behind the desk. Someone finally came 20 minutes later. Hotel smelled of marijuana smoke so bad it made eyes water. Several lights were not working in bathroom. No vent fan and the sink had been ripped from the wall and was now held up by a 2x4. No towels were provided in the room to dry off. All night long we heard people yelling and talking outside.

When we got to the hotel they had given our room to someone else even though we had already paid for the room. They had room 223 assigned to us but someone else was in it. They brought them to the desk right in front of us and ask them to pay for their room.

The daytime staff and receptionist are always friendly and they look out for their customers. The property is not run down but it’s not 5 or 4 stars either. Regardless you get what you pay for but the staff make up for any issues you might have. Great staff!!

It was very average. Clean but extremely basic. The outside security door was broken, meaning anyone could walk in the building. When we arrived, it was late and there were people walking around the parking lot and they had backpacks. Very suspect.

The Room was clean and nice. The Staff was GREAT!!! the Breakfast in the morning was BAD!!! The area and the parking lot was not safe in our minds. We went out to leave for dinner and it looked like a deal was going down in the parking lot. Didn't feel to safe.

The room was acceptable for a nights rest and break from travelling. The reception area had a stench we noticed during check-in. The morning breakfast was a joke, runny scrambled eggs, there was a tray with only 2 muffins on it that were dried out, coffee was not drinkable, asked for ketchup and there wasn’t any, no jam for toast. We were the first two guests fo breakfast so it wasn’t as if everyone had breakfast before us for them to run out of everything.

Pulled off the highway after a long day of driving quickly booked this hotel. What a mistake. Service was polite coming in, room was clean. Seems that they rent rooms as long term stays for some questionable clientele. Room smelt fine hallways smelt terrible. Very unkept in main lobby past main desk. Don’t even bother staying for breakfast it’s not any sort of selection and what they do have tastes stale and awful.

Hotel was exactly as pictured. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good just not enough choices. Indoor pool was heated which gave us a chance to swim in 30 degree weather. Rooms are very modern. The only negative is the smell of weed at every exit

Clean but very run down. Long wait for breakfast prep area to prepare my waffle. Coffee not hot and first mouthful had grounds! .Ran out of syrup and batter for waffles but employee was attentive and helpful and refilled. Low on food. No fruit.

For me experience was not good. Sink was blocked which was temporarily fixed for me within 30min. One of bed, near door (Room #203) is broken , like split in half. Could not sleep properly. Breakfast is just namesake, only 6am to 9am, and practically not refilled after 8:30am. Apples, banana, oranges, oatmeal, eggs were not refilled. Fortunately coffee, waffles , milk, cereal was available. Also can't take breakfast in room, but you can throw in trash.
