Only open 3 months so very clean and modern. Breakfast was good. Comfy beds!

It was nice and clean. Well stocked bathrooms. Breakfast options were good as well. I wish it had more pantry items for purchase when you get hungry in the evening but we bought a soup and it was ok.

We arrived after 11 pm on our drive coming home from Florida. Hotel is a bit hard to find as it is up on a hill and there is not great signage. When we arrived there was a sign on the door that said you had to be buzzed in after 11 pm. I liked this because it felt safe but on the other hand made me question the area since I’ve never experienced having to be buzzed in before. Check in was easy and the young lady at the desk was super friendly! She even asked us our floor preference, placing us on the 8th floor which was super quiet! Brand new hotel, only 3 months old! You could smell it was brand new! Excellent room, super comfortable beds, pillows, and linens. Only complaint was that the bathroom was not clean. To tile area both in and out of the bathroom was visibly dirty. You could see sticky, circles of something which was disappointing since everything else was top notch. Breakfast options were the best yet out of the 6 Holiday Inn Express hotels we have stayed at on our trip. My 17 year old certainly gets his money’s worth eating and packing extras for the road! Multiple egg choices, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, grits, cinnamon rolls, breads, fruit, juice, coffee, etc. young lady serving breakfast was very friendly as well. We repeatedly stay at Holiday Inn Express because we know what to expect and love the full breakfast! Definitely recommend this location!

Beautiful hotel, modern, fresh and very comfortable. The moment to drive up it looks classy with great exterior landscaping, plentry of self parking and baggage carts if you have a lot of luggage. The rooms are pristine, and although only 9 months old there are no signs of usage, scuffs or damage, the hotel is beautifully maintained and I would highly recommend a stay here if in the area 5*****

Nice new property. Front desk staff was kind. Dove products available in bathroom. Large shower. Easy parking. Overall a great experience.

I am a person that has to have a clean hotel. This hotel was so dern clean, til it was scary. The furniture was clean clean, beds were so comfortable . Atmosphere was all of that. The customer service waa Excellent I went for one night, and extended my stay. You wont be disappointed.

I enjoyed my stay, however, l was planning to take a nap when I got to the room, was unable to because there were no curtains, only a shade, and the sun was shining brightly through the window, l was unable to sleep. You may want to consider making sure that the rooms accommodate daytime sleeping.

I booked a room advertised as a suite. Definitely was not a suite. It was 1 medium to large sized room with 2 queen beds. No privacy, no additional tv, nothing about this room was a suite.

We were on a short one-night family trip. The room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfy.

the hotel was overbooked. they gave me a room with no AC. i never used the room.

Hotel was nice .BUT ac fanon ac was so loud we had to use earplugs to sleep. NEVER HAVE WE HAD A NEW HOTEL WITH AC AO LOUD.Couldnt shut it off.

My only complaint was our heater in the room was very noisy.

Walls are pretty thin. So make sure you don’t have loud neighbors

Then came breakfast. And oh, dear reader, this is where the train not only derailed but skidded into a ditch, caught fire, and was looted by raccoons. The “hot” offerings included cheese omelets, potatoes, turkey sausage, bacon, biscuits, and gravy. Sounds promising, right? Alas, the omelet bore the color and texture of a well-worn kitchen sponge, and—much like the rest of the spread—it was served with all the warmth of an abandoned igloo. The only exceptions? A cinnamon roll huddled beneath a heat lamp for dear life, and a machine that cheerfully ejected pre-made pancakes like some dystopian slot machine jackpot. Thinking salvation might lie in the humble boiled egg, I reached for protein redemption. Plot twist: the eggs were spoiled, rubbery, and so offensive that one bite was promptly—and dramatically—spit out. Even the coffee, usually the unsinkable hero of any hotel breakfast, tasted like hot water with a hint of bitterness, as if the beans themselves had given up on life. In short: come for the rooms, stay for the peace and quiet, but bring your own breakfast—or risk a culinary adventure that’s more horror story than happy ending.

We stay here about once a month, when we come to the area, to visit the grandbabies. Everything is always great except Kat who works the desk. She is very rude to guests. Everyone else is very friendly and helpful. The first few times we stayed I chose to ignore her additude as she just seems like an over all unhappy person. But this time I also saw here being rude to other guests, while waiting for my husband to get out luggage. Maybe she just doesn't need to work with the public & I'm sure as nice as the rest of the staff are, Holiday Inn probably has better standards than this & is unaware for her rude behavior.

They canceled our room. They haven’t given me my refund yet and they gave our room away.

The fire alarm went off at 1:00 am and no one from the hotel staff seemed to be around. It took 20 min for a fire truck to arrive. The alarm went off again at 2 am and 2:30 am. Everyone had to stand in the parking lot and no one knew what was happening.

Check in was easy and great. The hotel was nice, clean and smelled wonderful throughout! Room was great and beds were comfortable, we loved it as always. Breakfast was wonderful and out of all the hotels we have stayed at, this hotel had the best tasting and great selection hands down. The breakfast hours were a bit longer than most hotels also. I recommend this place to anyone in the area that wants a safe, good night sleep with family. Staff, cleanliness, convenience, comfort, safety is all 5 out of 5 stars in my opinion!

Outstanding customer service and environment. We felt very welcome and cared for from check-in to check-out. The room was very comfortable, all the halls and open spaces were clean and fresh, and the breakfast is unbeatable.

The customer service by the front desk and manager was terrible. They consistently mad me aware that I booked through a third party vendor and denied every request initially because of that. The GM was rude and unprofessional and many held conversations while on their cell phones. The hotel is new and was in excellent condition but the customer service was terrible. The housekeeping staff spoke little to no English but you could tell and feel they wanted to help. The front desk and management team could learn a lot from them.

All property personal was awesome and accommodating, from guest services, breakfast to owners/management. exceptional

Very clean hotel in a nice area. Was in town for a concert at the amphitheater and it was in perfect distance. Several restaurants within a 5 min drive. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in town for another concert.

The Hotel is conveniently located close to the I75. The staff was friendly and they serve a decent breakfast. The price is a little high for what they offer, but overall, a good place to stay.

The hotel was very clean and in good condition, although our room needed some minor drywall repair. The woman that checked us in was very friendly. They needed another person to help with the breakfast. Half of the food choices had been depleted and were not being refilled in a timely manner. The pancake machine needed a new belt, so it wasn’t working. The one trash bin was overflowing. The person working the breakfast area was obviously trying to keep up, but couldn’t do it on her own. Overall a a good experience and we would stay here again.
