Courteous and Professional staff. Regarding the elevator, I noticed the inspection is due on this very important equipment, according to the sticker, it was checked in 2022. Rooms were cleaned when I returned from work. My client, who was required to travel for a meeting, was pleased with their room. I am recommending this America's Best Value Inn and Suites to prospective guests contemplating a visit or visits in Brunswick, GA.

This hotel was disgusting. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom especially over the shower area. The sink and mirror were filthy. The mattress wa hard as a rock. The blinds were broken and the windows outside our room were broke. The water in the bathroom stunk horrible. The pool…… absolutely gross and loaded with green algae and water was all green.

Property does not have guest laundry, no operating vending area, no breakfast and the pool area is poorly maintained as well as the rooms. The laundry room is full of dollar general shopping carts instead of operating washers and dryers, room had trash and used soap from previous guest and beds are hard as a flint stone slab bed.

Courteous and Professional Staff provided excellent customer services. The bed was comfortable, room was maintained, but the handle on tub needed attention, and there were two missing bulbs in the room for the duration on nightstand lamps. Moreover, my concern rests with the condition of elevator at facility, (i.e., slow and the inspection date of 2022). Nevertheless, I'm recommending the America's Best Value Inn and Suites to guests contemplating a visit or visits there. Thank you for the opportunity to complete this review.

I didn’t like anything about this property. The room was disgusting. There were holes in the sheets, dirt on the walls, stains on the sheets, and the bathroom was horrible there weren’t enough towels for the amount of guest that were assigned to the room. I was not able to get a refund because we went and had dinner after we checked in and didn’t see the room until after dinner and it was more than 30 minutes after we checked in. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Someone puked in the bed and it hasn’t been cleaned like this for god knows how long. We checked in very late in the night and in the morning we discovered it. In the bathroom the door doesn’t even close. The entire room smells like mold and disgusting. Avoid this hotel in very possible circumstances.

The shower curtain in our room was moldy the bathroom door would not shut the refrigerator was missing in our room we rented two rooms with joining doors and the second room had a very old and Rusty refrigerator in it the air condition filters were so thick with crap did the air conditioner could hardly blow I had to wash out the air conditioner filters to get our room to cool off the hallway stunk like mold and sweaty ass the security doors did not lock at night I don't know what else to tell you

When we first arrived, the grass was overgrown, and it looked run down, however, after checking, we noticed that they were getting ready to mow the grass and it turned out okay. We did see a roach, I wasn't too concerned.Our beds were clean, the bathroom was clean. However, there were some things in there that had rust on it. You could tell that the hotel has not been kept up. I didn't want to complain.We were only there for 1 night. But I don't think we would stay there again. Even though our room was a non smoking room, the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming along with another odor of marijuana. When we got in the elevator I think that's when my mind changed about the hotel. And the only reason I stayed was it was just for 1 night and we left very early in the morning! I would not recommend this establishment to anyone else.

The queen bed was a double. No breakfast no vending no ice no drinks no microwave. The hairdryer was broken. The television didn’t work. Nothing was comped or credited or even fixed. This day was for two days. The television didn’t work the entire time that we were there. They didn’t care for two people they gave two very flat pillows when I asked for extra pillows and extra towel towels because we had the Jacuzzi suite she gave me one pillow and one towel. The pillow was for a standard or twin bed and we were supposed to be sleeping in a queen bed and it was a double at BEST. The staff was rude unhelpful. The owner was abrasive when I asked for ice he opened a bag and told me to stick my hand in it and get the ice that I wanted out because they took everything out of their vending machines and out of the ice machine so you could not get a snack or anything the vending was completely broken. There’s no microwave in the room.

The main lights didnt work in our room, we had to use the bedside lamp, just the one because the other didnt even have a bulb. The lock on the door was broken like it had been kicked open at one point. The screen to the window was completely gone. It was musty, dank smelling through they whole hotel. Local drug addicts hung around, hanging out the screenless windows smoking. Overall felt so unsafe with my three kids. The beds where hard as rocks. Blankets had stains. It is truly my fault for forgetting to check these other reviews. I needed something last minute and the price looked good and so did the pictures... its false advertisement in every way. This place looks rundown, smells moldy and gross, and is extremely unsafe (again, why is there a broken lock on our door??) Its located in such a sketchy spot hidden away between a liquor store and a smoke shop. Save yourself the time and go somwhere else.

We were given 2 towels, 1hand towel, 1 washcloth for our 3 night stay. Our shower and sink were clogged with hair. We bought a small drain tool and cleared the clogs ourselves. The floor was dirty in our room as well as in the lobby and elevator. No tv guide in the room so we had to look up the Directv guide on our phones. And lastly, we only had 1 lamp because the others had blown bulbs.

The weather was great. The hotel room was too small. The it didn't have any lights but a few back. The bathroom light and a bedside table light and then one of the bedside type of lights didn't have a bulb and it had wires sticking out of it. The hair dryer did not work. It was ended off by. It still had The Wire on it on the hair dryer, but it had little things to. No off the wires, so the hair dryer piece was gone, she couldn't use it. We had asked for towels. Our room was not ready when we got there. And the pool closed at dusk.

Room had roaches. Had the most uncomfortable bed imaginable that had burn stains on the linens. Pull out couch was covered in what looked like blood stains. TV did not work. Fridge did not work. Smells like cigarettes. I should have just slept in my car.

CHIEF COMPLAINT IS DOUBLE BOOKING WAS BROUGHT TO EMPLOYEE'S ATTENTION IN A TIMELY MANNER on Aug. 15th, HE DENIED IT. Expedia can substantiate this, management was very rude to them also. This ABV in Brunswick, GA has unprofessional staff, has the most dirtiest, dingiest, linen, towels, wash cloths, and poor lighting I have experienced, each time I am there, I look for improvement, not so.

Rate was paid twice for one stay, uncooperative when requested refund in a timely manner on day of double booking, employee denied his when I bought it to his attention. Never staying again, will not recommend this ABV in Brunswick,GA. Employee was very disrespectful to Expedia,staff, also. Numerous other anomalies exist at this ABV, really needs to be evaluated by the American Hospitality/ Hotel and Lodging Association immediately to I address cleanliness of linen, towels, wash clothes, and facility maintenance as a whole.

I had a concern with double booking, this particular motel will not ever be visited, I am not recommending prospective guests because a rate concern arose prior to leaving for my flight on Thursday, August 15th, and the employee denied this occurred, the receipts and hotel surveillance can substantiate this conversation and validate the over payment. I was not surprised, because this has occurred in the past, I thought they would have changed for the better, but not so. In addition, linen were not clean, as were the towels and wash clothes, the elevator is noncompliant, and numerous concerns. This establishment requires a thorough evaluation IMMEDIATELY!

For a 2 night stay with 4 people he didnt want to give towels. Kept saying they are some in you room which was only 2. Had to go 2 different times to get towels and only gave 1 when he did give any. Smell of smoke and maryjane was aweful will not be back.

Please refer to previous reviews I have submitted, the manager refused to refund my overbooking; Expedia substantiated that on stay was paid twice. I communicated with the employee in a timely manner, he denied this was the case. I am not recommending this ABV in Brunswick, GA to anyone, there are numerous anomalies in addition to the above stated, I thought they would improve, but not so. Breakfast is advertised, not offered is one complaint, take the sign down if this is not offered.

The price was fabulous, but the room was not. My non-smoking room had a cigarette burn in the bedspread, the towels were thin and tiny, and my shampoo and conditioner bottles were 1/2 empty. At 6:30, I went for my free breakfast offered from 6:00-9:00, and there was nothing out. I tried to check out at 6:45, get a receipt, and grab a pastry to go. Rang the bell 3 times and nobody came to the front desk. When I came back through Brunswick 5 days later, I DID NOT stay here again. I stayed at Super 8 next door and enjoyed a comfortable room with good service and breakfast.

The service was terrible and so was the noise. Well I guess you pay for what you get. First there was supposed to be breakfast in the mornings no muffins and coffee cups at 6am. Then if on bottom floor I heard steps above. It was comfortable slept when others settled down.

Unfortunately I had to spend the night in Woodbine/Brunswick unexpectedly due to the tropical storm Debby. I was well please when I found America’s Best Value Inn. They were able to accommodate me well. They are affordable, have complimentary breakfast and was able to extend my checkout. The pool was temporarily closed but the weather didn’t permit use anyway. All in all, I would definitely stay again and would recommend this family hotel to any future guest.

This was the most terrible hotel I've ever stayed in. The hallways smelled like garlic in the mornings and marijuana in the evenings. The so-called breakfast from 6-9 was a joke. The opened up muffins from a wrapper from a convenient store... Only 1 of the 3 mornings I was there. Swimming pool was not a available when I was ready.

On the positive side the price was great. However there were some issues with the room. Several light switches didn’t work, tv remote volume control didn’t work, the washer was broken and there was no ice. But the thing that really sucked was no breakfast. Supposed to be 6-9 am.
