We enjoyed the stay overall. Bolero should invest in dehumidifiers for the rooms. A second elevator would be smart. Other than that and some small stupid things, we enjoyed bolero. The indoor pool is a huge plus for those rainy days. The hot tub is nice also but the jets weren’t strong at all. Staff was really great. Front desk excellent. My cleaning lady was a sweetheart. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and quiet. Liked 24 hour concierge. Vending machines on every floor. Perfect location. 1 Block from boardwalk and beach. Outdoor pool was great. Gets crowded after 3 pm. The indoor pool was misleading. Photo shown is not real. Indoor pool is small. Hot tubs were very dirty. Parking was convenient and monitored. Overall we would stay here again.

I was not sure what to expect after reading some of the reviews, but I liked this hotel and would stay there again. The room was clean and comfortable. I was in the “motel” section, and I liked it. I was able to sit outside in the evening and enjoy the view of the lit-up ferris wheel. The service was friendly. I loved the pool bar. The location was ideal - not right on the boardwalk but within a short walk of a few blocks. And there’s a used bookstore around the corner -perfect to stop at before hitting the beach. There is an indoor and an outdoor pool, and I took a swim in both. It was great to swim indoors at night and view the lights of the boardwalk and the town. I stayed by myself and was very comfortable. I did not find it noisy as some said. There was some music playing during the day and early evening, but people are on vacation so that did not bother me. At night it was very quiet, and I had no trouble sleeping. I took a nap one afternoon also and did not find it noisy. Overall, I thought it was a great place to stay. There is also a restaurant. I only ate there once, and my meal and drinks were good.

Stayed with husband and my 2 8yr olds… I thought it was Great for families with nice indoor pool ((for those rainy days and u need a plan B- which we needed)) and outdoor pool. Close to boardwalk/Moreys piers/ waterpark (when in-season), walking distance to anything and everything .. Staff was wonderful… from Michael at the front desk to the Lovely, friendly attendant Lady at the gym/pool area in the 7th floor to the maintenance guy who helped us out with an insignificant mishap. Rooms in motel side where great ((which is where I stayed)), updated, clean and comfortable beds. Def will recommend n will try Tower rooms next time just for the ocean view. I feel bad reviews I read before staying there have come from complicated /needy people.. I loved the place and will def be my go to place when visiting wildwood.

Overall, we enjoyed our 4 day, 3 night stay. The hotel was lively, with karaoke our first night, a dj at the outdoor pool, and daily happy hour. Our room had central air which worked beautifully, and the maids brought fresh towels daily. The pull out couch was dirty and made my son uncomfortable so I bought bed bug spray from the local store. The bathroom ceiling had mold on the drop tiles, and some of them were damaged, and disgusting to look at. Almost all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, except for 1 waitress named Katarina, or something. Our first night, we weren't sure how to order take out from the restaurant, the bartender told us someone would be over to take our order, and just stand on the side. After about 10 mins, I said "excuse me" to the waitress Katarina, and she tried to ignore me. When I said "hello" she turned around with the deadliest stare and I almost said nevermind. She was rude and uninviting, and if it wasnt already late, we wouldve left and went elsewhere. The food was delicious, and they have daily specials. If it wasn't for the bathroom issue, Katarina the waitress, and no breakfast for guest, we would stay here again. They should at least offer a discount or something.

Everything was great. Food was good. Only complaint was that there was hair on our towels. Not like a strand but quite a bit of hair. I went to dry my face off and got a face full of hair

We just did a 1 night stay, so it got the job done. Bed were comfortable and ac worked great. The noise was definitely a problem though, our neighbors were sitting out front until 1 am and smoking. The smell kept coming under the door and was stinking up our room. It also just felt very moist in the room. We took a look at the menu they had in the room and ir had mold on it. Overall, the stay was fine and got the job done for 1 night. Probably won’t be back though.

Unfortunately our stay was not good due to poor room conditions, non-existent amenities and poor cleanliness. Upon arrival our room had dirty sheets, with stains and tons of hair on them, our bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t close at all, and there was mold and holes in the walls. We did call and they sent someone to address the door matter, but we had continued problems with the door the whole trip. The room didn’t have much as far as items to use, no hair dryer, no safe, no place to store travel cases etc. the grounds were filthy, garbage everywhere everyday. The inside pool was tiny and filled with screaming kids all the time, and the two small hot tubs, one of which didn’t work, was dirty and way too dangerously hot. The only good things here were the hotel restaurant, amazingly good food, and the our cleaning lady Myra, who we tipped generously for her caring and service. We are not coming back, would not recommend.

The room was gross. The floors were updated but everything else in the room was not nice. Tiles in the ceiling were absolutely disgusting. Bathroom was so gross and vents had mold in them. Staff wasn’t friendly at all. Disappointed in the room for how much they charge for it. Plus parking isn’t ideal. Won’t be staying here if we come back again.

This was perfect the first night only downfall they stuck us next to the pool and the dj goes until 7pm but it worked for us because we weren’t in the room until later. The room was super clean and spacious. The second night was bad… no Fault to the hotel but we got no sleep our neighbors were soooo loud. The walls are thin and you can here everything outside.

No wifi.. or not offered. Door had a gap on the bottom so very loud when anyone went by. Bathroom very small and toilet ran. But.. pool was great. Room was big and beds were nice. Loved the amount of pillows.

Bare basics at this hotel. The two room suite was claustrophobic. No window in the room with the beds. The beds were glorified sofa beda with metal frames and were small. The sofa bed was actually wider. The sofa bed frame bent downward so your legs angled down from the knees when lying down. It's ridiculous that the noise from the "club" was prevalent even on the third floor. That went on until midnight! I do not recommend this property at all.

Place is a great location for beach and boardwalk. Calling it a resort is a stretch. Staff was great. Outdoor pool was nice as was the fitness center. However , the room was damp. Non working fan in the bathroom with a drop ceiling is a recipe for disaster. Two room suite in the tower has no balcony so tgeres no where to hang anything wet. No access to coffee until 8 am when the restaurant opens. Our 2 room suite had a tiny fridge and no coffee pot. The absolute worst part is the elevator situation. 1 elevator for 7 floors . This includes the service employees with housekeepers carts . There were times we gave up and took the stairs. No big deal but it could be from the 7th floor. Also , i emailed them about discounted tickets for the amusement parks. I was told they have discounts but when i got there they said they havent had them in years . Not a bad place but there is better.

The resort was conveniently located to the Boardwalk and beach. My suggestion would be adding grab bars in the showers and adding more handicap parking spaces. We brought my mother, and she was worried about falling in the shower. Also, the pullout sofa is NOT a good sleeping option (unless you want an achy back). Other than that, we were very pleased with our stay.

One elevator is a little pain in the butt. Sixth floor is very noisy with rolling carts all day and night and whatever is going on upstairs on the seventh floor. It’s a luxury room bed shouldn’t be right by the door.

Hotel advertised open dining online, and even had a scrolling neon sign constantly advertising outside but dining was closed. The vent in the bathroom was very caked with dust/dirt. The best part of the stay was the pleasant attendant at the gym and pool.

We enjoyed our stay however the front desk staff the first night at check in was not very helpful or friendly however the next day they were wonderful and same with check out. We had a terrible experience Saturday morning at the Grill next to the hotel/connected but it was fixed and we ended up having a really great experience Sunday morning at no cost thanks to the hotel staff making sure to fix it and Shirley went above and beyond to make sure we had a great breakfast and we were so thankful! The place was beautiful, the view was awesome, and the kids and I plan to return sometime!

As Normal, I say this as it has become tradition to return to this establishment on annual, regular basis now. We usual stay here about 2-3 times a year. While everything about the Resort is great, on the Hotel end, the Restaurant lacks alot of personal and customer service skill. Still not has changed. Food not all that invitingly either. Drinks at bar side however is on key

We had an issue with the full size fridge and the manager ensured that the maintenance engineer came that night, after 10pm, to bring us a new one. I was a bit skeptical before arriving based on the other reviews, but this place exceeded my expectations.

The amenities were delightful. Indoor and outdoor pools open until 10:00 and 11:00, live music in the on-sight restaurant, a couple blocks from the boardwalk and 1 block from an event venue. I would stay again.

We stayed in the hotel. The elevator is slow, but convenient. The indoor rooftop pool was amazing. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool and tiki bar. Across the street is a buffet which was perfect for breakfast. What we didn’t like was how loud it was into the night. In our room we still could hear the music across the street and in the bar/restaurant downstairs. Otherwise it was a great place to stay! Oh one other thing…there are no hooks or shelves in the bathroom. That was annoying when needing to shower and there is no place to put your things other than on the toilet. Gross!

Had to ask for a blow dryer. And then using it blew a breaker for both our room and the room next to us as they used theirs at the same time. Minor inconvenience but if you stay here, plan for not need a blow dryer. Also- turn on your fridge as soon as you walk in the room. They are turned off in between guests- which we didnt realize and our food/drinks were warm by the next morning as well as the ice from the freezer had all melted onto our floor. Great location to the boardwalk and fireworks. Food in restaurant was delicious. DJ at tiki bar was fantastic. Drinks great but bartenders could use some help in how to manage a bar full of people needing drinks.

The beds were huge and comfortable. The coffee and breakfast at the Bolero restaurant was really good. The waitress was very friendly as well. The motel is older but has a good location near the boardwalk and beach.
