Property manager and staff were all friendly and helpful. Location was great, just a block to the boardwalk. Plenty of on site parking, great restaurants nearby. However, there was a lot of loud music outside our room almost all day; the bed sheets were paper thin; the floor in our room was just persistently sandy; the motel has a pool, but it was ice cold. As a place to just change out of wet clothes/rest your head, its not bad.

Property and room were clean and every staff member we met was super friendly. They even let us park there early before we checked in. We needed a second parking spot and the price was reasonable. Beach and boardwalk are right there and it is a great location. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect. We travelled with kids, they loved the pool, and boardwalk was across the street. Pharmacy/convenient store across the street. Plenty to eat walkable distance. The rooms were clean, plenty of cooking and eating supplies, wifi was good as i had to work. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The grilling area was perfect. And seating area on balcony above as well as we had a large group to hang out and eat together. No complaints, kids and everyone was happy, would stay here again! FYI THEY ARE PET FRIENDLY at an additional cost per day.

We liked Happy Hector and Marco the owner was very accommodating. What we didn't like was the pool had debris floating and needed some attention, perhaps it was because of the time of the year.

This property is too close to the boardwalk, owner was so nice and accommodating. The only downside is that they don’t have elevator. Unfortunately our room was on the 3rd floor, but overall the room was clean and not smelly.

Where do I begin…. As soon as I arrived, my cousin noticed there were mouse droppings in the room which made me feel very unsettled.. then we had a horrible gnat problem and random ants/ant flies that invaded the room… it was very uncomfortable sleeping and I barely slept to be honest… someone must’ve been playing tricks on us too because our “do not disturb” sign was left in front so no one came to check in on us or clean our room… my cousin went to grab clean sheets & towels when he could but we ended up getting yelled at by staff. I would never recommend this place. I’d never stay here again ever again. Even when I was checking out I was around another patron complaining about how staff was yelling at their kids. I myself got yelled at because my cousin was simply getting fresh towels to shower. I understand it’s the shore but I booked this place based on reviews and I was deceived.

The owner and motel staff were very nice and welcoming. However, you can tell the motel is old & outdated and they desperately need new housekeeping staff. The sheets, pillow covers, towels and comforter all had some types of stain on them. They weren’t even subtly dirty it was obvious, clear housekeeping does not care about their jobs. They didn’t even collect our dirty towels when leaving us new ones. Overall, not the worst motel in Wildwood. The location is very convenient and allowed us to do so much with our time. If only the place was cleaner…

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service and conditions I recently experienced. During interactions with the manager, I found their conduct to be discourteous and unprofessional. Specifically, the manager exhibited disrespectful behavior towards guests during phone conversations and appeared to avoid direct accountability by utilizing a camera when approached in person. Furthermore, the state of the accommodations was unacceptable. I observed insects in the bathroom, and there were cockroaches in close proximity to the beds.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment. We had plenty of room. The 2nd bedroom could use an air conditioner, but the ceiling fan helped. The boardwalk was close and there a good breakfast restaurant right up the ramp from us. I would definitely stay here again.

The Nantucket is an older property but has a 60's feel, very clean and kept up well. What stands out is it's closeness to the boardwalk. Walk across the street to the ramp up to the boardwalk....

Hardly anyone there on Palm Sunday but no upgrade was even mentioned which may have me book there again. Room was ok but the temperature fluctuated alot. AC/heat was loud. Staff was super nice though

Got a room with a southward city view, looking somewhat toward the sunset. Manager was friendly, conversant. Good location, near some cafes and diners and a short walk to the beach and pier.

It was a typical king room. The tv was a little smaller than expected. It was outdated and could use a little "pick me up," for instance the bedding was lack there of. There wasnt a comforter, it was like a 'cover' that was extremely thin. We noticed that 2 of our pillow cases had holes in them. But like I said, it was an average room, I dont think the price goes with what you get however. You cant argue the location though, and thats a huge positive!

The worst hotel I had ever been. Very rude front desk staff. Arrived at 2:45pm, politely asked front desk to check in, I was told I had to pay $35 to check in..it is crap! The hotel has no any level service. Second day around 8:30am when I was still in dream, the emergency alert burst out with recording broadcast "an emergency reported, all customers need to be evacuated, not using elevator". People had rushed out, many elders struggled to walk down for highrise building, when you walked down, no any staff, there was emergency. I asked the front desk manager, she said she was not aware of any emergency alert, nobody knew anything, OMG, it was a total scam... When I checked the terrible hotel, they charged me $35 resort fee, but my reservation shows $28.

Owner / desk person does not know federal laws pertaining to legal service animals.. Ask for paperwork ..its illegal to ask …then said for $35 I can have my service dog ..He said “thats how I make my money” He then got mad and refunded me my money and we were left scrambling for a place …complete idiot runs that place

When we checked in, I asked to clarify about being asked to pay for an additional park spot, as this was not listed on the booking, nor was it included in the rules I received directly from the property when our booking was completed. The owner came out and yelled at me without allowing me to explain that it isn't listed- we could have had a conversation in which I likely would have understood his reasoning and been comfortable paying. Instead we were yelled at and told that if we don't like it he would cancel our reservation and leave us with no place to stay. I wasn't able to speak as he continued to yell several different things at us. I was so uncomfortable at this point that I felt unsafe staying there. If I could have gotten a refund we would have left immediately. The desk clerk profusely apologized to us, clearly knowing how inappropriate and unnecessary it was. To add to this, the door to our room did not lock all the way. We got to the room to find no toilet paper. The sheets in the bed didn't fit the mattress, leaving us uncomfortable every night. Save yourself from being uncomfortable in possible way and stay somewhere else.

The property is located just minutes off of the boardwalk which made it very nice. Also I would like to add that Hector, the onsite fella that does it all is absolutely a wonderful person!! Hector was always super helpful and accommodating, and he always did it with a smile.

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and accommodating with our request for an earlier check in, if possible. Room smelled and looked very clean upon our arrival. The outside area (pool, etc) was also well kept.

I asked for a soap and bottle of water. The staff only gave me the soap with much hesitation. He told me to complain if I want to. This happened on Monday night around 10:00 pm. We will never book again in the future.

The bed sheet didn’t fit just like everyone said. There was food left in our fridge from the prior occupants. When we arrived the man at the desk was rude because he realized we paid through Expedia. That seemed to really irk him. He was less willing to help assist our needs once this was noticed. The location is phenomenal but the pool wasn’t heated at the hotel, freezing and rather small. Everything else about wildwood was extraordinary. The older man at the hotel was not helpful or friendly with us or me at all. We will not be returning there.

Great location and the room was fairly big. Like many other Wildwood locations, it's a bit outdated. But that is expected at this point. The front desk personnel was friendly, the pool was nice size, and the LOCATION was perfect. We saw the Friday night fireworks perfectly.

Excellent proximity to adventure pier and the board walk. You are paying for this proximity and a parking spot. If that’s your goal— this is an excellent spot to take the kids and have a beach boardwalk getaway. The beds are reasonable. The towels are small and scratchy. But you are not here for the room. The beach and boardwalk are at your door step.
