The Vibes Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

We liked that the hotel was very clean Friendly accommodating staff. Close proximity to Beach entrance. We didn't like the parking situation. It was not great. Limited spaces and the small parking spaces were hard to maneuver. Coffee and prepacked store bought muffins available for breakfast so plan to eat at one of the local restaurants if you want an actual breakfast.

Liked the convince to the boardwalk. Comfortable room. Good price. Disappointed that both pools weren’t open and that thr courtyard did not look anything like the listing showed

Overall, a great place to stay if you’re wanting to be close to boardwalk and the beach. The pools were great, rooms were good. Parking was a little annoying as spots are limited and very close together. Our fridge didn’t really work or get cold, but again, we weren’t in the room too much, so it was a good choice for the stay.

My room was next to linen room and there was dirty linen around the door to my room . The pool was dirty and they never came to clean it or around it . Some people were smoking weed while we were in the pool area ! Yea I won’t return !

The property was the same as the pictures online. However, for parking to be outside (non-garage) and to be charged for it upon arrival but it’s not stated anywhere on your reservation is not acceptable. Our room was directly in front of the pool and it smelled like sewer even tho it was really cold outside. Other than the smell and unknown charges the property was decent.

Pool is nothing like in your pictures on Expedia very deceptive. Second is way pool was done someone is going to get hurt slipping within pool. One of reasons went with this property was because of the pictures of pool.

The hotel property is good, clean and only a short 5-minute walk to the boardwalk. Coffee and muffins are available for breakfast. Parking is good although a little bit tight. However, compared with other hotels nearby, the parking is better. One of the pools was not clean Monday morning, Memorial Day. We saw many birds (?gulls) in the pool itself early in the morning probably before the regular day hotel staff arrived. The big letdown was the presence of other hotel guests, mostly college-age kids, who were rowdy and uncaring of other sleeping guests. Things calmed down about 3 Monday morning. We didn’t sleep well but then this was Memorial weekend. We can only wonder how worse the situation is during Spring break.

For the most part the hotel was good. Our room was much smaller than we expected, but it was fine for what we needed. Our room was clean with the exception of the shower floor was dirty. I turned the shower on and whatever was on the floor rinsed away. My main complaint was the pool. It did have 2 pools like they said. The reason I chose this hotel was because of the pool on the website. It had the built in loungers in the pool. I was looking forward to relaxing in one at the pool. Well, that pool doesn’t exist. It appears to be an ai picture that they put up. I feel that’s very deceptive and I don’t understand why they would do that.

Pictures shown on here did not meet expectations. Pool looks nothing like what’s in the pictures, neither building is wheelchair accessible and no elevators. Rooms were so small I couldn’t even get my daughter’s stroller in the room (after carrying the stroller up 2 flights of steps)!!! Pillow cases looked like they were dirty with yellow stains & on top of that our TV stopped working 10 minutes into being in the room. Great location but I know where I will NOT be staying for future visits. Do better by the people who decide to spend their hard earned money here. Rent must be expensive because the only way this place is staying up and running is because of the location.

Pictures on Expedia are artists renditions, visitors beware. Pools are dated and not well maintained. Towel service was sparse, and never available to us. No pride in property cleanliness. Garbage throughout property. No outdoor sitting areas or outdoor chess game as per Expedia's pictures. Room looks new however quite dirty. We washed the floors upon our arrival as children’s feet were immediately dirty. Towel was black (we took pictures). Fridge in the room froze all of our fruits, yogurts and food. Walls are very thin; you can hear your neighbours sneeze.

Room was dirty, especially the floors. My white socks turned black in the matter of minutes. For paying the amount of money that I did I expect to have at least clean floors.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at the Vibes hotel. It was clean, lovely staff, and even gave us a complementary late checkout. perfect location and great for a quick weekend getaway to wildwood!

The room pictured nicely but it was dirty and worn out furniture. Floors were dirty even in bathroom. Sheets were poor quality.

the second I walked into this place it was dirty and then when I got into the room it was updated but dirty the floors were so gross that our socks turned brown and when I walked around barefoot there was all sorts of things getting stuck to my feet. The sink was clogged and would barely drain. There was weird things stuck onto the walls that looked like old crusty boogers. The room was gross. For 460 a night I would think they would be better taken care of.

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay! The staff is very friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms and beddings were immaculately clean! This will definitely be our hotel of choice whenever we visit Wildwood!

We generally felt good about our stay. Room was clean and staff were helpful. We had a major issue with our room getting cleaned. We had requested housekeeping and were told we were on the schedule but returned after 5PM and found a dirty room. Staff apologized and did send housekeeping over right away to address the problem , but it did create a major problem for our schedule for the day.

No one in lobby. If you need something you call a phone number taped to the desk. No housekeeping. Towels available in the lobby. There were a few roaches in my bathroom.

The floors were FILTHY throughout the suite, there were three seemingly inexperienced cleaners seen on the property - they probably never actually cleaned anything and no one ever checked their work, or lack thereof. The upholstery on the sofa felt grimy and the cushions were very hard and uncomfortable. I guess you get what you pay for - this made me realize it’s definitely worth it to spend more for a clean and comfortable hotel. In sum, I do not plan to return to the Vibes and cannot recommend it.

There was trush under the bed

Very clean. Super convenient and friendly staff. Easy walk to boardwalk. Only gripe would be room was a bit tight with no real counter space, same in bathroom. No sink space. Only two outlets for charging. But overall grat stay.

This property is not what is listed on Expedia. It is extremely small. It is an old motel with a face lift. The door to our room didn’t even meet the floor there was a gap. It has paper then walls all the way around so it is noisy with people. Will never stay there again and not recommend it to anyone.

We had a King Size bed in a tiny room. If you sat at the foot of the bed, you can touch the bureau. You couldn't walk past the refrigerator if the door was open. Very tiny tlny room.

I have to be honest, I had higher expectations. The hotel was quaint, but super small and compact in the main building. We had less then a foot of walking room thru the entire room! The floors of the room were greasy and slippery, no clue what they cleaned it with. You had to wear socks, of which are black! Brand new socks too, completely ruined. The photos are a bit deceptive, no games or fire pit. The pools were legit, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. The bathrooms were the best part of the room. They had doors open to the public which did not make me feel safe at all. Open doorways to staff rooms that anyone could go and hide in. I wasn’t impressed, but not overly disappointed at same time. But probably will not return to this location.

The hotel was perfect for our needs. Bed and pillow were super comfortable and the hotel was in a great location. Hotel had everything we needed and was very clean. The only thing we noticed, the walls are a little thin and you can hear the people in the room next to you. If I came during the busy season, I would bring a sound machine.

Property was great. Great location, great staff. Just wish the rooms were a little bit bigger and some of the outlets didn’t work. Otherwise everything was great and we can’t wait to come back next summer!

This was the first time we stayed at the Vibes hotel in Wildwood. Based on the website info, we had higher expectations than were realized. Being a Wyndham property we expected a higher quality facility. I don’t feel that the amount we paid (for four nights) was comparable to what we received. We stayed in a king room, very very small. The room with two queen beds would probably have been more suited for me and my 6 foot tall husband. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. There was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. There was a security issue. There was no lock mechanism for the sliding glass balcony door. We were on the second floor so we assumed no one would be climbing the wall to get into the room. However, they should install one. One of the swimming pools was unacceptable for swimming. The sides and bottom of the smaller pool were quite slimy. And the ladder to get out of the deeper end of that pool was broken. However, when we brought it to the attention of a hotel staff member, they immediately repaired it. As a rather new property there are many improvements yet to be made.

The service staff were very rude. No professionalism. I had to wait 15 minutes each time at the front desk to get help from anyone. When they did come and I complained of a problem, no apology or care was given. Besides that, there was hair on my towel, a beer can outside on the patio attached to my room, and missing amenities that were listed on the page. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Great location and staff was friendly. Our room wasn’t ready on time and the person didn’t even apologized. He said the room was going to be ready in 15 mins, but it wasn’t until an hour later. The room floor was dirty. Once brought up, it was taking care of.

Hot water went out during our stay but the staff responded immediately to correct the situation and within an hour and a half hot water was restored. Bathroom tile is made of fabric not suitable for sink or shower area. Pool water was very clean. Guests are smoking outside the hotel but near the front entrance and pool area which should be curtailed. Hallways need to be sweeped and trash on floor picked up. There are not enough electrical outlets in the room for the lights and appliances demonstrated by power strips connected to extension cords. Great location and close to everything!

Checked in late at night, front desk was very accommodating. Offered two types of rooms, came and helped with tv, offered a later checkout when asked. Lobby was clean, served coffee, water bottles and muffins at breakfast. All around great stay for a last minute one night stay.

I cannot give this place and their staff a review great enough to really express my gratitude. The hotel is clean, modern, and the staff, specifically Mona and DK were amazing. Mona checked us in early and was very sweet and accommodating. The day after I got home I realized I left my laptop in the room. Not only did the staff turn in my laptop to the front desk, but DK shipped my laptop back to me and was so very responsive! Amazing customer service! Things don’t always go smoothly, but knowing you are giving your business to an honest establishment is amazing!

We booked 1 bedroom with the living room suite. The overall hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. The room looked renovated and clean except for the couch. The only problem we had was the front desk. The guy named Andy needs some extra training on the customer service. He was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful.

I was HIGHLY disappointed in this hotel. We arrived around 8pm. No one was at the counter. Rang the bell several times & still no one came. No signs or phone # to tell you what to do or to call. I ended up finding the phone # on another booking website. Called & was told my keys were in the bucket at the desk. That is not safe at all!!!! Someone who knows that's what they do could've taken the key, entered my room (leaving the door cracked since it doesn't close all the way), then taken the key back upfront and waited in my room. The person on duty showed up 10 minutes after we got there to make sure to scan my id and credit card. After we unpacked we noticed the sink plug was jammed & wouldn't drain. I told the girl upfront and she moved us to another room. She gave me 1 key and as I was asking for another one, she was running down the hall in a rush and said she'd give me another tomorrow. After she was gone, we noticed the door did not lock at all. There is no one around at all ever!!! My husband went out to smoke and called me because the key wouldn't open the front door. When I got up there, there was another couple waiting to get in too because they forgot their key (like it would've worked anyway). They too didn't know about the door situation. I have never stayed at a place where there wasn't someone around to help or have the front door lock. Information should've been provided at check in. Or at least have a sign up. Horrible experience!

Close to the boardwalk

The hotel was modern yet warm decor; the rooms were super clean and fresh; the location is excellent as its 2 short blocks from boardwalk/beach and near dining. It was quiet - aside from loud children LOLOL; the pool area was clean and the umbrellas and lounge chairs were plenty.

Staff was very nice. Room was clean. Had fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable. Location was excellent. We were down for St Pattys Shore Tour and hotel was only a few blocks from Anglesea Aleworks which was on the tour.

Hotel has been renovated. King size bed was too big for room. There was only six inches between the air conditioner and the right side of the bed. There was about 2’ between wall and the bottom of the bed. No room for a chair so you had to sit on bed. All three days we stayed there the morning danish was a chocolate chip muffin. Rooms were clean and there was hot coffee and tea available all day.

Short staffed. No one Ebro at front desk. No helpful info about town. Breakfast area is a coffee machine which had the same stains for 3 days, no napkins and trash overflowing. This was the front lobby! Floor in the room was not clean and smelled when you walked in. Like a musty smell. At least the bed was comfy! I wouldn’t stay again even though it was a good price and a short trip to Cape May.

Every thing was clean. They had a water dispenser and ice machine. The pool was clean. Complimentary muffins and coffee was great. I wish it had a restaurant.

Property was nice rooms was very nice and updated very beautiful bathroom painting as well where nice. The accent wall simply gave a warm tone. I just didn't like that it wasn't anything for breakfast. Didn't see any housekeeper either. But me and my family enjoyed our weekend at the vibe.

I paid for this stay expecting to get at least breakfast, and maybe even to be able to use the pool, but wasn't able to get either. I would have stayed somewhere else had I known I couldn't get any amenities.
