Two big pools around the main building. there's a third building across the street where I was given a room. There's a pool in this third building but it's smaller and virtually no one uses it. The rooms are all very big. We had a two bedroom that was huge. The bathrooms are huge with big showers and one had a tub as well. We used one as an extra room for our infant to sleep in a pack and play. On that note, we requested a pack and play in advance for our late arrival and it was not provided. When I complained, they gave one only the next day and offered to refund my entire parking charge $20/ day. They also offered an RCI two hour talk with promise of benefits just for attending. When I cancelled before the session, they did not respect the cancellation and kept notifying me about my booking (multiple calls and door reminders). Not professional at all. The pools were very nice. One had a slide open from noon to 6pm. There were hot tubs beside both big pools. There were several activities a day which we did not participate in. The kids activity center was underwhelming. Not very busy and seemingly limited supplies for kids independent use and play. It was never busy or occupied as a result.

The kids loved the pool, the slide, the mini golf, free snow cone and the activities... I also loved the shuttle and free access to the sister property at the beach... Perfect for families! Well done!!! :)

Loved our stay. The condo was great and had everything we needed. Kids loved all the things to do and the activities. I enjoyed the gym, but the sauna was not working.

This property is great! The rooms are clean and spacious. The pools are fantastic. There are 4 pools and one has a water slide. The balcony is huge. We loved this hotel. The staff however is very very sales oriented and tried to sell us into the timeshare program constantly which was annoying and relentless.

I loved everything about this property. The amenities were superb!! 10/10. Would stay again.

The room size and its amenities were great. Having gated entry-ways made the property feel more secure. It is also located within walking/short driving distance of several stores and restaurants.

Check in staff were friendly, contrary to some posts. They delivered a birthday basket for our son. The VIP desk wasn't overly pushy for attending a "welcome meeting" but did call twice by cell and to the room and texted following up. The pool seemed to be well maintained although the slide is no longer there. Hot tub jets didn't work. No ice machines. Beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. Really would appreciate a complementary breakfast, that's the only thing that would hit this hotel out of the park. Parking isn't cheap at $20 per day they tried to tell us it shouldnt have been charged during the timeshare sign up and attending the 90 mins "survey" would allow them to refund it, which was frustrating. Close to Walmart and some decent food. The CONS our son left his shoes at the pool and they were missing in the morning. We advised staff we were leaving for the airport and asked if they could help. We asked them to radio the housekeeping because the ones my husband could find didn't speak English, it was a no. We asked to see the lost and found carts to see if the shoes were there, because we were leaving on a plane without any shoes on my sons feet, again a no. We asked if they could assist at all and all we received was an apology. Cost us a trip to Walmart and $20 to replace shoes that could have been there. Our fault for forgetting them by the pool but they literally made zero attempt to help.

I wouldn’t stay again. You can tell they’re trying but just stay elsewhere. The rooms are antiquated and not fresh and airy. The rug in our room was so dirty, our white socks were black. We had to wears shoes around the room because it gave us the creepy crawlies.

We enjoyed staying there and the pools. However we stayed in room 350 and the carpets was very dirty. we could not take out shoes off and the bar didn't open until 1pm and closed at 9pm. we would consider staying again

The staff was very professional and the property well maintained. The room was excellent, and very clean. Live my stay and I will be returning.

Was not as convenient nor clean of a room as last time I stayed was a very disappointed. Was supposed to have washer and dryer in unit along with Jacuzzi. The second you left any food out in the kitchen there was ants everywhere even in the Cupboard where food was supposed to be stored. Also black mold in the bathroom from the shower leaking water every time it was used.

Basic and dated. No daily housekeeping. Not all studios have a balcony as shown in pictures.

Clean rooms

Did not know we were purchasing a stay from an owner of the resort. Which led to us being signed up for a timeshare seminar. Had to pay $20 a night to keep a vehicle on site. Was charged $40 if we did not attend the seminar. The building we stayed in was not cleaned very well. Elevator and outside Elevators always had trash. The room was clean but I would never recommend staying here if you are not a owner of the resort.

No maid service for entire stay, 7 days for more than $2,000 should have had at least one. Desk service as we came in was a bit not cooperative.

Overall the resort was beautiful and offered a bunch of amenities but there were some bumps in the road. 1) there was a cockroach in our room 2) lunch/bar doesn’t open until noon 3) our whole stay there were teens in our hall yelling/blasting music into the early morning hours and nothing was done about it 4) when checking in we learned that we had to pay for parking per day in addition to the room price.

3rd time staying there. Loved it! The rooms were very spacious. Our visitors were impressed. Everything was exceptionally clean and neat. It was like home. Didn’t want to leave. Would recommend it to anyone.

We checked into the 'Queen' building, room 104. Found an infestation of small bugs around the kitchen stove, along the counter top. The bugs had gotten into our food that we had just purchased. (Pictures available) The front desk did not want to help in any way because we booked through Expedia. Could not get in touch with the Manager, no manager on duty. Very frustrating experience considering we paid almost $800 for three nights at this property. I had to basically argue to get any help. I would never recommend this property.

Be aware of where/what part of resort you are booking. The listing did not specify where the room was and my condo wound up being across the street, not in the vicinity of any amenities nor behind the guard gate. It was a drive to the actual resort complex where all the other rooms are. It looked like they bought a row of apartments across the way and called them 1 bedroom condos. When I realized this I asked to be moved to a room within the grounds and was accommodated.

Liked - two bedroom was large, plenty of space for the three of us Disliked - shared laundry room down the hall. Had to wait multiple times to do laundry which delayed us being able to leave the resort. This was one of the reasons I booked a stay here only to find out laundry was not in our room. Had to rent a car because surrounding area is very limited to food options within safe walking distance. On top of that, had to pay to park each night at the resort. There were a few bugs in our room, which did surprise me because overall things seemed pretty clean.

The property was nice overall. Upon check-in there is a fee for parking. After that they send you to another desk which tries to upsell a timeshare. They were pushy and told multiple times no. Push to get you to take a meeting for 90 minutes. Did not do it but spent 15 minutes saying no before I got my hotel keys. Other than that the property was nice. The room was a very good size. With a 1 king bed had a view over the pool. 2 full bathrooms in the room and a full kitchen as well. Had a sofa bed too but didn’t need or use that. Supermarket right next door which was nice for getting things. Over all a nice place. Getting to the main entrance was a little tricky as GPS took you to a side gate you could not get into without a key card. Make sure you pull into the hotel/resort area. Otherwise it is big with houses and villas so could be a little confusing if you are not paying attention. Overall got it at a decent price.

Staff was super friendly. I was able to check-in early which was helpful. The studio I stayed in was great - very spacious and had a full kitchen.

Booked this property for an adult children family stay. We were absolutely duped and bait/switched. Thought we were getting a 2BR condo on Wyndham resort property but we were placed in an off property, non secured 2 story(no elevator) building. Very disappointed

I have stayed at this property several times before, and I have enjoyed each visit. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel has great amenities. I loved my spa treatment. My son had an awesome time sliding down into the pool. The only thing I would suggest is that there needs to be a more organized evacuation plan in place. I had the experience of evacuating my room due to a fire alarm signal. Thank goodness my husband knew where the stars were. So many guests were confused as how to access the stairs.There need to be more visible signs as how to access the stairs as well as management presence needs to be visible. We were outside for a while before other guests said we can return to our rooms. There should be someone from the property directing us to get back inside. In addition, there should also be access to use the stairs to get back to our rooms. It was very chaotic returning to our rooms because everyone was trying to access the 2 elevators. Thank goodness it was a false alarm, and everyone was safe. However, I will definitely suggest management taking a look at their evacuation plan. Nevertheless, our stay was truly amazing, and we all look forward to spending time at this property again.

Easy quick and smooth check in. Front desk mentioned to us about parking fee being waived and other bonus if we attended 40 minute presentation, since we would mostly be out with our family who live nearby we could not commit. No pressure from ANYONE, I was quite pleased as reviews said otherwise and I’ve read some horror stories. We decided to stay one more night but unfortunately no availability through Expedia although we were informed by staff that there was availability and we could stay in same condo but reservations could not be made by them. Expedia agents were quite helpful but sadly could not fulfill our request 😔 stayed at a holiday express closer to our family for the extra night. Loungers around pool could use replacing. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

Dayja from the outside pool bar was extremely rude, my family and I will never visit the resort ever again because of the way we were treated. I stay at Wyndham resorts at least 3 times a year and have never had such a horrible experience as this one. Dayja manager was nice and helpful with handling our concerns but even after her talk with Dayja she was still rude!

Staff was great! Friendly and welcoming. Amenities were exactly as described and I enjoyed all of it.

1st interaction with reception staff on the right when you walk in. Staff: Poor and I was treated as I was there for a free timeshare vacation. My condo was paid for in full for the week. Not friendly and had me go back fourth between desks and waited 2 hrs till 4:30 pushing a presentation and tell me it was not ready. I was livid complained and its ready all of a sudden. 2nd interaction: staff at blue buliding in the phone unattentive and unhelpful. Fire alarm goes off in building at 8am having to evacuate. Why someone frying fish. Other than that it was ok

Everything was awesome...best staff(especially front desk). Nicest room and resort if ever been to

When we arrived at reception to check in we were diverted to a different desk and hotel staff were trying to persuade us to join a 90 minute presentation on time shares the next morning. We told the receptionist multiple times that we’d been travelling all day and just wanted to check into our room. She then proceeded to call our phone in the hotel room 5 times the next day to get us to attend the presentation. This spoilt our stay and we felt uncomfortable staying here for this reason.

The staff went above and beyond in making our experience a memorable one. Our check in and check out went smoothly. The staff accomodated our needs. We loved our one bedroom apartment. It was extremely spacious and the kitchen had so many utensils. My son had so much fun at the pool. I was only a little disappointed that the slide was closed. He was really looking forward to sliding down to the pool. I definitely plan on visiting again.

Good hotel once you get through checking in process, where you get the ' hard sell' to attend a timeshare presentation. Took us 40 minutes before they would issue room keys after very persistent attempts to get us to sign up for the presentation.

The resort was amazing. The beach was about a 20 minute drive, the immediate area wasn’t the best but I would still absolutely stay again!

We went for our family vacation party of three. We just didn’t like how Expedia shows pictures of the hotel, but does not tell you that there’s three different hotels on the same property but nonetheless, the one we ended up with the spa was very comfortable and cleanly will definitely stay again. We also like that they had sister locations that were on the beach that you could use their beach, chairs and umbrellas. The only part that I did not like was when I went downstairs to the front desk at the main hotel. And I asked them how come we were not giving a room at the hotel that was listed on Expedia the front desk woman had an attitude and was very snotty and said “ this is a resort it doesn’t matter which hotel you end up in you have access to all of the amenities” and I was like OK, but that’s not what your advertising on Expedia and basically they push the blame on Expedia.

The actual property is great for a family with kids. Lots to do, our unit was newly renovated and spacious, responsive front desk via text. Once you leave the property, however, the area did not feel safe. I would not stay here again for that reason. The property itself and its staff, however…..no complaints!

This is a great property for a family vacation. It’s very residential, so not many dining options in the area. No bars within walking distance except the bar on premises. Going out is a 10-15 drive minimum.

Place has potential. Units need some updating. Got asked for Id 3 times during check in. Had to go to three different counters to complete the check in. It says you don’t have to sit through the sales pitch for time share but they ask/sell you to go. Keep saying no. Pools were nice. Slide was closed because we there was no life guard yet the kids could swim in the pool. That didn’t make sense. Snack bar is ridiculously expensive and does not accept cash.

When we got to the hotel late at night with our young kids, they placed us across the street out of the gated area because they overbooked the hotel. They then made us leave our rooms and said our original room we booked/paid for would be available that day. They then said we needed to back across the street to the rooms they just made us leave! Our room we booked was never available to us. They also did not have a lot of food/beverages available. They did not have in stock what was on the menu. They did give us $150 credit card for the inconvenience.

Nothing is open nor is anything around. Have to wait until 9am to get a coffee if youre out for a stroll. Buildings smell and has a cell block feel vs a comfortable stay.
