The furniture in the room is falling apart and surface is peeling off. $25.00 daily fee for mandatory valet parking and valet parking attendant leaves at 11:00 PM. For years now, only one elevator working. $7.00 for a can of miller lite

It’s a nice location on the marina. Very short walk to the beach. The pool area is tiny. Only about 8 lounge chairs. Cute bar and eating area. Staff was nice and helpful.

The location of this property is excellent. The pool area does not have enough lounge chairs for guests. I was lucky to go out early in the morning and get one which turned out to be very beautiful. The hotel is in need of refurbishing in a lot of areas, The outdoor bar and restaurant were lovely and staff is great. I think for the price per night it was definitely worth it and I probably would return.

This was there first weekend open after a multi-month refurbishment. The first room I was in had a AC unit so loud I immediately requested a different room. The keys did not work in that room so had to go back to the lobby to rekey the cards. The floors were dirty in my and my friends room. Our feet got dirty walking on the floors in the rooms. One of the two elevators did not work on day two of my stay. The Pool and Restaurant were not open yet. They should be in a few months. The people were very nice. The lobby looks nice. It is not expensive, so maybe worth the cost.

The pool closes way to early and your not allowed to go to your car they park it for you and pick it up for you and it’s a $25.00 a day to park it. But the guys are so nice. Breakfast is in a box you have to ask for and if you have 2 they offer you one and it is a apple yogurt small muffin and water. They hold a 50.00 a day on your card until after you leave. Over all it was cute but old.

The property is under renovation. The room looked nothing like the pictures show. Walked from the bathroom to the bed and my feet were black because the carpet was disgustingly dirty. I have pictures to prove this. We plugged the iron and the power went out. Had to wait for someone to fix it. Food is very limited! Not what I expected based on the pictures The staff was very pleasant.

We got check in,went to our room and the view was awful, A roof. The lady at the front desk changed it and ended up with gorgeous views. Unfortunately every evening when we came back to the room there were cockroaches on the bar area. Upon checking out I mentioned this to the gentleman at the front desk. He said the room would have to be fumigated. We were wanting to stay another night as we love the area. I asked if we could possibly have a discount on a different room and he said they were almost full and would not offer any type of discount because he knew the hotel would fill up so we left.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the lobby looks like it was recently redecorated. Those are the positives. Our room was a premier room and it was pretty beat up. It looks like there was heavy water damage to the flooring- the entire floor was wavy from damage. The rug under the bed was extremely soiled and sticky. The front door had a 2” gap at the bottom from water damage— you could see outside through the gap. In general the room and floor was very dirty. The connecting room door lock would not lock leaving serious security concerns. Lots of work needed here and cleaning needs to be done!!!!

Unfortunately when we got to our room we found a ton of bugs on the walls, on the ceiling, and staining on the sheets so we have to assume that this room was infested with bed bugs. Brian at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly, he assisted with getting us a full refund at midnight and we ultimately decided to leave and go to another hotel. When we arrived everything looked clean and great, this could happen anywhere but it was definitely an issue in this room. Can't say if it's an issue in every one of their rooms.

Room was very dirty, bed had hair and stains throughout. told the person working the desk and received immediate attitude. They was not accommodating at all, i understand the hotel was booked out but the attitude was just not needed. I didn’t even sleep in the room from how dirty it was left at 5am to find somewhere else to sleep. Lobby and outside was very nice, but never got to enjoy it.

The first impression of this hotel is very nice. Boutique like atmosphere. However, as you pass through to the elevators, you'll see its dated. The rooms, while the furniture is nice, the window blinds let in a terrible blue light emitting from outside. So forget a nice dark room. The bathrooms are extremely small and all of the fixtures are old. The pool area on the water is very nice and the best feature.

This was an absolute awful hotel. It is very old and not in great condition. To start with I will let you know that there is a $20 resort fee per night and $25 parking fee per night. These were not included in my Expedia price. Additionally, the breakfast consist of a “box” you have to get at the front desk before 10am. The box contained a yogurt (mine was expired) and apple and small bottled water. There is not a coffee maker in the room meaning you have to go downstairs every morning for coffee. Which you better hurry because they ran out. The bedding was the worse and the beds hard with springs being felt everywhere. Even the towels and washcloths are of very poor quality. I felt that the room never fully cooled off even with the air running continuously. And the walls are extremely thin as I could hear my neighbors sneeze and talk. I walked around the property to understand the “resort fee” but the only thing it had is a pool. This isn’t a very large pool and did not look very clean. It also was full of kids when I went down. The other amenity was an onsite restaurant that had very overpriced food.m and drinks. A glass of house wine was $12 and not a great selection. I cannot express in enough detail how much I disliked this hotel. The only positive was the location but it’s still a couple blocks from the beach. You can walk the drawbridge, which opens often for the boats if you want to try other restaurants but I would just recommend staying anywhere else!

Everyone was very courteous, the rooms were clean. The view was amazing, could see the ocean and the inter coastal waterways and marina. Looked down at the pool area. The rooms are a little dated and could use some updating, the shower and mattress was fair. But overall a nice overnight stay.

Downside: The bathroom counter depth is very large so you are really separated from the mirror. Very hard to apply makeup. A bit dated also. The air conditioning unit didn’t keep a regular room temperature. Upsides. View from my room was great. Also very clean.

Great place for the price!! Room was very spacious and clean, with a great view of the intercoastal. Loved that we had a fridge and microwave as well. Lobby was super cute and morning coffee was surprisingly great. But the real gem here is the outside!! We adored the pool area and the restaurant/bar was fantastic. All the servers we had were fantastic too - so friendly and helpful, especially Steve and Tyler (?)! Location is great - such an easy walk to the beach and several restaurants. I would definitely stay here again - it was perfect for our trip!

The hotel is in a very good location. I understand the parking is hard to come by, and they make you pay for it here. The onsite restaurant is very good here. The service isn't very good, but everything else is. The views are spectacular. The downside is the room quality. The doors look like they are from the 1960s and are of that same quality. The blinds still completely block the windows. There are gaps and they were in need of repair. The mattress is super hard and springy! Would have been fun when I was a teenager, but not as an adult. The AC is the old window type unit and a struggled to keep the room cool even though the outside was only in the 70s. That said, for the price and location, I would probably come again.

Arriving at hotel the valet employee was rude! His customer service needs improvement ! How hard is it to greet a guest???COURTNEY was amazing and employees like Juliette can learn how guest should be treated ! I asked Juliette what made this hotel a resort because I didn’t receive any amenities and resorts usually include something! Juliette response to me this morning at check out was that the pool was by the water !!! The way she spoke to me at checkout was very sour like her attitude ! Even had the audacity to be sarcastic with me as I walked out and I really didn’t appreciate that at all! I booked this room to get away, as I’m grieving the lost of my father !

Booked a room for a night for work and upon arrival I was denied my room because my name wasn’t on my companies card. No refund and no room for the night. Horrible service and nothing was done to fix the issue. Every other hotel I’ve even been to has not given me this problem.

Here’s a little bit of a back story. I planned a long weekend getaway for my fiance & I because it was his birthday. We flew in around 8:30pm and checked into our hotel at 9:00pm. We were exhausted, ordered food, & then fell asleep. Around 1:30am we were woken up to strangers walking into our room with their luggage. My fiancé jumped up half dressed in shock. The couple apologized and said “sorry we were given the key to this room” and awkwardly walked out. My fiancé and I started to freak out bc someone was able to enter our room that had all of our valuable items in it. A few minutes lady our hotel phone rang and it was the front desk. The gentlemen said he was so sorry and that this hasn’t happened in his 14 years of him working at this hotel. Long story short, the manager Melissa Green reached out to me and left a voicemail. She said this was her personal line and to let her know if I needed anything. I called her back 12 min later at 11:30am in afternoon& never got a response the rest of the day. The next morning I texted her and she responded asking me what time I wanted to come in for an interview. I told her I was the person who had in incident with someone walking in room; I asked her what can she do for me in this situation and what happens considering this is a freak accident on the hotels part. She offered me a bottle of wine to be dropped off at my room to compensate. Safe to say I’ll never be back to this unprofessional, dirty, and careless place. Save ur money!

I would stay here again. They let us check in early, the pool and restaurant were great and on the intercoastal waterway. The room was huge. This hotel has been remodeled from an older hotel and work was constantly being done while we were there. Easy walk to the pier, beach and restaurants. The breakfast is a box of basics but the coffee was good. You can eat outside with the lovely view. Price was very good for the value.

Extremely disappointed of their continental breakfast ( they give you a box with a small water, a muffin and a yogurt and an apple) extremely disappointed! In my opinion they should just not provide any breakfast at all, I was looking for some eggs toast or bagel bacon or Canadian bacon with coffee and orange juice . Instead I got a white box and when I opened it ! I was horrified to see what was inside. 25$ parking fee is steep and the hotel fee was not indicated when I booked. Would I go back NO

Great vintage place. The adding of $25/day for parking and $20/day for "resort" fees is a bit much for no amenities other than a pool and bar/restaurant most hotels have and don;t add on for. The toilet above our room leaked into our room and we had to be moved. The breakfast is a "box" breakfast of yogurt, fruit, and some other little things.

Juliette at the front desk was amazing! The $10 credit at the pool restaurant is a nice offset to the resort fee and lack of a full breakfast we have had in prior years stays. Pool is great! Location is very convenient.
