We stayed just one night. The place where you check in was a mess. He gave me a card for our door and wrote down the room number on a piece of paper. It read 339. Went to the room and it would not open the door. So all the way back to the check in building. I told him it wouldn't open the door and reprogrammed it. Went to the room and this time it opened but I could tell right away that it was already occupied. So back again. This time he asked me to see the slip with the room number and he said no, that is 334. Really? So back again. Oh this is on the 3rd floor. Of course the eleivator didn't work. Our room was OK, but not very clean. Bathtub had rust stains in it. The hardware is corrodid. You had to pay for parking and also had to pay for Ice of all thing. Also they don't provide complementry breakfest. But the pool was nice.

This place is not a hotel but a truck stop! I was the only one that did not have a 18 wheeler! No back-up lock on doors, only 10 TV stations available (NO ESPN). Terrible bedding and no comfortable chairs in room on metal desk chairs were available! complete Loser lodging place! t

This is the kind of place that makes allllll the other places look good Was horrible No handicap parking, put handicap man on 3 rd floor no elevator, NO TOWLES the entire time I called and the said they would bring them right up !! Never showed !! We had to leave at 430 am ,, i called again , and they said if want towels come get them ,,, to the handy cap man they placed on the 3 rd floor !!! They charge a $50 deposit, but dont tell ya until after ya book it !!!! Thats fraud in Florida!! The office is NOT attached or Marked !!!! You have no idea were to vheck in ,, then when ya do , the line was out the door !!! And took forever because they were busy with the $50 SCAM, that ISNT on the site !! This place is the reason I will NEVER use Hotels.com Expedia or ANY other family of them I demand a full refund and apology!!

This hotel is older, but in decent condition. There are thungs that were updated, but not done well. The pool looked nice, but we juat saw it at night and as we left in the morning. To get a decent night's sleep and a shower - it was fine. The bed was more comfortable thanI expected. The area was quiet, despite some police involvement near the hotel for reasons unknown. We juat saw a few police cars pull the lot next door, but never heard one thing until the housekeeping carts rolled by in the morning.

Our room was filthy. The carpet threadbare, dirty and stained, the bathroom had something running down the wall, the floor was dirty, there was no vanity by the sink, the faucet handle came off, there was a large hair in the sink and holes and stains in the upholstery of the chairs. The good thing about the room was the bed was clean and comfortable (of course we got there at 3:30 am evacuating from Hurricane Milton so we were very tired). All in all this was the worst place we have ever stayed. We had booked 2 nights and because of the condition of the room wouldn’t stay the second night. They denied our request for a refund for the second night.

This is a warning to anyone checking out this hotel. There were rats fighting in the ceiling at night and rat feces all over the carpet and cupboards. Also I have video of actual bugs crawling around on the carpet. The whole room smelled moldy and musty like they never clean the carpet. Also, the bathroom plumbing didn’t work. I tried to get a refund for the two days that I moved out because of the conditions, and they refused. Very unethical! The front desk chuckled when I told them there was rat feces like it wasn’t knew information.

There was a roach in the room we found and hair in the shower along with dried dirt stains in the shower wall. My girl and i could not stay here and needed to leave after 20 minutes of being in that room.

The room was very outdated the wall under the sink had bad water damage check in was a lil difficult because the front dosen't look like an office its totally separate from the hotel there was no signs where check in is and there where semi trucks all in the front so it dosen't look like the hotel entrance it looks like a trucking business

This hotel is dangerous and dirty. I booked a room online but when I got there a group of robbers were in the parking lot smoking and looking for people to rob. I didnt check in because I was in fear for my life. I requested a refund and the hotel manager denied it although I basically just drove in and out and didn’t check in.

The kind of big Hispanic guy at the front desk was very unpleasant. This place was already a last resort for me and his attitude and unwillingness to be accommodating was sickening. In all my years of working in the hospitality industry I have never experience such a laid back careless front desk person. I will never return to this place (willingly)

Check in was un welcoming not 10 minutes into entering the room they accused me of smoking in the one of the guys in the front came into the room saying that someone reported smoking in the room how can they tell in a closed room that im smoking in the room i was smoking outside on the porch 2nd there was no control in the room theses people have no shame at all i really dont know what game they are playing like they trying to charge my card for cleaning smoke out the room they should be concern about the prostitution and drug selling in the back of the motel.

We booked this place for 2 nights because we evacuated our home on the Wesr Coast due to Hurricane Milton. We arrived after dark and when our GPS said we had arrived at our location we were stunned to find it is a dump in one of the worst neighborhoods in FL. I parked in front of their building and was debating whether or not to go in and check out the place when 3 hookers started walking toward our truck. As I was leaving 2 guys in hoodies were also walking our way.

The hotel is situated behind a gas station and is not very visible from the street Reception area is all closed up with plexiglass and you have to talk to the receptionist through a hole when you arrive at night time. After flight cancellation we booked this hotel as there was nothing available near airport. Uber driver brought us there. We witnessed boarded up doors, inappropriate transactions happening outside and in lobby which made it very unsafe for myself. I never checked in and had uber driver take me elsewhere. Do not stay here!!!!

A very sketchy area. We couldn’t even go in to check into the hotel. We had to do it from a window. It was late at night and the hotel receptionist wouldn’t let us in. It’s probably one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed in. Tv remote didn’t work. Very noisy. And overall super sketchy. I slept with my pepper spray under my pillow. No. I’m not joking. I do not recommend.

This hotel is older, but in decent condition. There are thungs that were updated, but not done well. The pool looked nice, but we juat saw it at night and as we left in the morning. To get a decent night's sleep and a shower - it was fine. The bed was more comfortable thanI expected. The area was quiet, despite some police involvement near the hotel for reasons unknown. We juat saw a few police cars pull the lot next door, but never heard one thing until the housekeeping carts rolled by in the morning.

the hotel was ok. No restaurant or anything else. The pool had chairs at least to sit. The bed was comfy so for staying for a night to just sleep it's good.

We stayed just one night. The place where you check in was a mess. He gave me a card for our door and wrote down the room number on a piece of paper. It read 339. Went to the room and it would not open the door. So all the way back to the check in building. I told him it wouldn't open the door and reprogrammed it. Went to the room and this time it opened but I could tell right away that it was already occupied. So back again. This time he asked me to see the slip with the room number and he said no, that is 334. Really? So back again. Oh this is on the 3rd floor. Of course the eleivator didn't work. Our room was OK, but not very clean. Bathtub had rust stains in it. The hardware is corrodid. You had to pay for parking and also had to pay for Ice of all thing. Also they don't provide complementry breakfest. But the pool was nice.

You do get what you pay for. No hot water after asking 3 different times for the issue to be addressed. No towels - took 2 trips to the office just to get that. Even the remote for thr tv was missing... In short, if a person has ANY other option, dont stay here.
