We loved our stay at the Hampton Inn! We stayed for 5 days and this was the perfect spot. Loved the location and how walkable it is to restaurants and walking on the beach, bars etc. We went with our little dog and it was great. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff was so lovely and friendly. The breakfast was lovely and the breakfast staff was so sweet and helpful. Overall, great stay. Will definitely stay here again. Also, what's great is you get a band that gives you access to the pools, hot tub, to the hotel next door, and other Hilton hotels.

Our room was very spacious with many flat surfaces to place things on. They are right on the beach. You have pool privileges at the several adjoining hotels. The staff was incredible, especially James Dean at the front desk ( yes just like the movie star). The hotel called me ahead of my stay as a courtesy to let me know that there was a daily parking fee, just in case I didn’t know. I really appreciated that! There is free coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7 in the lobby. They had a small retail section in case you needed something on your trip.

The room was clean housekeeping was great the outdoor pools had a few leaves in them but it kept storming off and on so that was expected the breakfast was great every day was something new so that was nice and they allowed us access to multiple different hotel pools which helped with the beach having red flags in the mornings we would get up and watch the sunrise from the pool deck over the beach and that was amazing

Good view, good hot showers with great water pressure, good breakfast. Over $16 a day to park in an open parking lot in Jan is just greedy. The outdoor "hot" spa pool was less than 100 degrees and felt cold and was unusable. After talking to management, nothing changed.

Two pools and two umbrellas. Asked for an umbrella at the pool and they said that was all they had! Tons of outdoor seating but no shade provided! No patio umbrellas for shade. Also, place needs a facelift. Curtains stiff and dirty. Carpets in room dirty. Nice staff, though. Good breakfast.

The room was clean and had a good view. Everything in the room worked. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The beach view was wonderful. The first day there we watched a wedding on the beach. I love the fact the we were able to use the facilities at the neighboring hotels. The pool was clean. We enjoyed our stay.

The room smelled horrible. The one day they only gave you 2 clean towels and no bath mat. The assistant chair for the shower had black mold on the legs. For the amount of money it cost it was the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered.

Our room was covered in mold. Do not trust the other reviews. You are playing roulette with your stay because there's a good chance you'll have a moldy room too. I've read other recent reviews that had similar issue. I suspect the building is old and the air units do not keep up with the humidity. Save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere else!

Convenient beach front. For what i paid, the room was mediocre. They put me in a mold infested room. The ceiling was blackened with mold. They didn't move me until mid week, and i have zero maid services the whole week other than the move to a new room. Worst hotel room I've ever stayed in in my life. They claim mold can form in 2hrs. Yeah right! Maybe two weeks, but 2hrs? No way. Something is amissed with staffs and cleaning people who never noticed a blackened ceiling and still put me in it. Awful!

We were supposed to check in at 4pm, that didn’t happen until 6:20pm. The entire Fourier was full of people trying to check in. There were 3 carts for luggage, but people had them already full and were sitting in the waiting area. So the people who did get checked in didn’t have a cart to put their luggage on. Once we got checked in our room, here’s where it went down hill. Our air conditioner was full of mold (pictured below) our bathtub had mold under the corner unit where you could put a bottle of shampoo or soap (picture below) our sheets were dirty. We went back down stairs and spoke with the attendant at the desk, I told him about room and showed him the pictures. He had me email them back to the hotel. He then put us in another room. Once we got into the new room we just cleaned the air conditioner the best we could. The same corner of the tub had mold. I understand that it’s humid and the ocean is right there. But I’m asking myself???? How are you getting away with this mold situation with the board of health in Pensacola Florida??? My husband has sarcoidosis of the lungs. We clean our air conditioner once a week. My bathroom has never had mold,or black mold. Hampton Inn we have really enjoyed our stay at every other one of your hotels. My son got looking at reviews for this location….. it would appear that we are not the only ones to voice these complaints. You have a Fantastic location!!!!! Please do Something to help yourselves!!!!!

I was kind of disappointed in the breakfast. The quality has decreased since I was last there. Also, the TVs are really outdated. I wish that the TVs allowed for things like Netflix, Tubi, Hulu, etc. The elevators are really slow. I wasn’t as impressed this go around.

Going to the beautiful area of the beach was excellent! Staff very professional and helpful. Cleanliness great as well as breakfast. However, the king size bed even with extra padding was NOT comfortable which made sleeping NOT productive or steady. In what you pay for all the amenities, sleep & rest on vacation is critical! Wish it would have been addressed accordingly.

Checkout was at 11:00am and housekeeping just came into the room at 10:00am without knocking on the door even though I had a sign on the door. They had this older male Hispanic housekeeper that starred my young teenage daughter down as she passed in hallway. Very creepy!!! Won’t be staying at this place again.

Was hit with unknown fees from the hotel upon checking and charged almost 400 dollars over the cost of the stay, talked to and heard from other families with this same issue. Had to beg the front desk to get our roomed cleaned and then all they did was give us toilet paper, towels and empty the trash.

This hotel is in a great location, kid friendly, with an awesome beach, but the facilities and staff left a little to be desired. The room itself was okay, except for our curtain being broken and dirty sheets our first night. The staff seemed to be preoccupied a lot of the time, but were very helpful once you could grab their attention. One of the metal pool gates caught my heel, bruising me and making me bleed quite a bit. I asked the staff for a first aid kit and was brought a tiny bandaid instead. One of the elevators got stuck twice during our 3 day stay and the ice machine was down on our floor the whole time. Overall experience was okay. Will not stay again though.

Everything about our stay was ok, except our check in. We didn’t ask to check in early even though we arrived early, but, we did not get our room until well after the check in time. They kept telling me it wasn’t available, but a couple that had just rented their room 45 minutes prior to their arrival were given keys before we were and we had gotten our room 9 days prior.

We stayed at this hotel last year and loved it. So when I started planning our vacation this year, this was the only hotel I considered. Big mistake. I don’t know what has happened, but we did not enjoy it nearly as much as we did last year. I would think that if you pay $3000 for a five night stay, you should not have to call the front desk and beg for housekeeping. They told us when we checked in that housekeeping only cleans every other day. On our third day, my husband saw one of the housekeepers in the hall and asked if we were scheduled to be cleaned that day, and she said we were not. When we called the front desk, Patricia was so rude. But somebody did finally come and make the beds up and empty the trash. The beds were very uncomfortable, and we woke up every morning sore. When we checked in, they charged us $332 for “parking and incidentals“. The only great thing about it was the view, which was fabulous. We definitely will not be back.

Clean property with a delightful staff. Daily breakfast had variety and food was fresh and tasty. You get to the beach through the back lobby door. Very convenient. Parking was room key access so you felt safe secure. Great experience.

The bed were extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The view was awesome and the location was perfect. We were beside CRABS restaurant. We walk next door and had a delicious seafood meal the night we arrived. This will be our regular hotel when we visit Pensacola from now on.

Hampton are always clean and well maintained, so I’m always confident when booking. This one had a great breakfast area and breakfast each day, very friendly staff and the location is excellent. I didn’t know it until we arrived, but guest are actually able to use the Hampton’s pools (on the smaller side but EXCELLENT for parents with smaller children who need the best sightline if they are not actually in the pool with the child) as well as the 4-5 hotels beside it, (as long as you have your hotel wrist band) which have elaborate lazy river style pools, resort like chairs/umbrellas, etc and poolside bars…very nice surprise! The beach access is very easy and the stretch of shoreline is really beautiful in this location. Housekeeping was supposed to pop in every other day, but didn’t come at all during our 4 night stay but the front desk was fully stocked with towels and wash cloths, etc. if you stopped by to ask. We were there as a family with school aged children and appreciated the atmosphere and professionalism of the staff. Maybe they do this all year (we were there for our spring break), but were especially surprised by a few of the perks during our stay (had a dj by the pool one day and a hair braiding/henna artist in the lobby another (for a fee))- my daughter loved that! This is a GREAT location, very nice hotel, reasonably priced- wry glad we stayed with this Hampton.

Stayed in this hotel a couple of years ago and it was great. That’s the main reason I came back. Hot breakfast ready to go from 6 am until 10am. Coffee bar available all day/ night for those like me that love coffee(a plus). Cleaned rooms, kind and friendly staff. I highly recommend to stay here by the beach. Plus you can use all the other pools in the neighboring hotels.
