Everything is very clean and new. The pools and hot tubs are wonderful. This is a great hotel for families. We had a problem one night were we had no power in our room overnight. The night shift people did not handle our situation well, but the manager made things right the next morning. We will definitely stay again.

This was the best beachfront hotel stay on Pensacola beach. The facility has large fitness club, lobby bar, restaurant with beach view, lazy river, spa and pool. Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable and views are amazing. Breakfast was excellent! This hotel is new. I am dreaming about coming back!

Went here for a mom-cation. The hotel was clean, including the moment I opened the door to my room, which smelled clean and fresh. The staff at the desk were super friendly and helpful. I wish the umbrellas and chairs on the beach were charged to the room so i could keep valuables in my room and not on the beach, but not big enough for me to take points away. Good food options nearby and within walking distance. The gym was a big reason I selected this hotel and not others nearby. It is by far the best hotel gym I've ever been in. Overall, I do plan on going back, hopefully bringing my family, but if not, I'll be back for mom-cation again. Oh, and if you're lucky you can see the Blue Angels from the beach in the distance, or take ride share over to the base which is about 30 minutes (give yourself time to get through the gate which can be an additional 10 mins).

The room was super clean and spacious plus a great view of the beach and the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a bit of an unusual experience when the power to the hotel went out along with a few neighboring hotels, the manager Grace helped get my step dad (who is in a wheelchair) downstairs. She definitely went above and beyond. By the time we returned the power was back on and we had a great rest of the trip! The breakfast in the morning is good, typical options of eggs, bagels, waffles, cereal, yogurt and of course coffee. The pool is heated which was great during a bit of a cold snap and the lazy river is fun. I’ve stayed here twice and definitely will be staying again.

Room was spotless. The view from our balcony overlooking the Gulf was amazing along with seeing dolphins just about every morning from our balcony. The hotel and the grounds were very clean. There seemed to be some type of cleaning going on at all times of the day. The housekeeping crew was very courteous and friendly, as was everyone else on the property's staff. The beach was amzing along with the pool area.

The staff is super friendly and helpful and the property is beautiful. However, I didn't give this a 5 because the building is hard to find. There are some reserved spaces in front of the building and you have to enter through the parking garage to take the elevator to go to the lobby to check in. This was confusing and took a bit to figure out. The front desk staff was friendly but they gave us a handicap accessible room which I did not request which was odd to me. The room is nice and the beds and pillows super comfortable but the sheets were sandy! It wasn't us as it had rained and we didn't get to the beach until the 3rd day. The morning breakfast was decent. The coffee was surprisingly good. It was odd they didn't have toast to go with the eggs but there were other food options available so there was a good variety. The pool area was clean and a lot of fun.One hot tub wasn't working and a sign saying so would have been helpful.The bigger hot tub was working fine and was kept clean but was often filled with unsupervised children. Some were even snorkeling in it. It concerned me. There's a beautiful fire pit and the pools light up at night which is really cool. Fisheads restaurant is steps away and they supply the food at the bar. This restaurant is amazing and worth checking out. All in all this was an enjoyable experience and we would stay again.

1st we WILL be staying here again! The property and amenities were amazing. The rooms were spacious but not cleaned the best. Overall it was fine but there was some trash and food behind the couch and crumbs around tables and beds. And had to chase down bedding for the sofa bed. But the location, amenities, and cost more than made up for that. This is like a mini resort! The pool and lazy river were perfect for the kids and teens. The breakfast was well above your typical Continental breakfast! The bar/restaurant on site was awesome and affordable for being on the beach! I think the only thing that really bothered me was having to wear a plastic bracelet the whole visit to show we belonged on the property. I saw many without theirs on, but I was asked about mine when I had it on my bag instead of my body. All things considered, we will be back!

We love the Fairfield at Pensacola Beach! Not only is the facility beautiful, the staff is wonderful and so welcoming, my girls and I especially loved Grace at the front desk. They looked forward to seeing her smile every time we got off the elevator. The coffee was always hot and fresh and the breakfast has a wide assortment of things for most palates. It felt like home away from home!! This was a family trip to meet up with another family from out of town, so 8 of us in total. My only two complaints are the floors in the room felt very sticky/not the cleanest, could definitely use a carpet shampooing (not just the spray I saw housekeeping using in the rooms they were cleaning - but I made do and wore socks if I didn’t have my flip flops/sandals on), and next there was only a few floats for the lazy river. I will definitely plan to bring one next time! But otherwise everything else was spectacular and we look forward to our next visit already!!

Dog poop sat in the hallway all night and caused odor in the hallway and wasn't picked up until the next day horrible to smell I feel the dog owner should have taken it out of call for service. Overall nice stay rooms was not what I expected as far as size

Front desk was nice and pleasant and beach access was nice. The pool is littered with party people and unattended teens. Cool if that’s your thing but I was there with my kids. Worse part though is on a 4 day stay we never had our beds made/changed once. And we were gone for most of the day.

We did NOT have a beach view. I think if you don’t book directly with the hotel you don’t get a beach view. Our room was very small without a couch. The bathroom was very nice but the shower door handles were extremely loose and one of the toilet paper holders was gone. This hotel’s lobby is on the second floor which was very odd. Breakfast was very lacking. The Hampton Inn is MUCH better. Pool was nice.

Incredible stay. This is by far the best of the chains on this little strip. I was torn over not staying at the Hilton, because of some extra services (room, etc) but the hotel is beyond dated and rooms are not what youd expect. Rooms at Fairfield are of the distinctly modern brand ilk and perfectly arranged. We had beautiful views of bay and gulf from our corner balcony on floor 9. Front desk staff were super helpful and accomodating. Breakfast offers healthy options (turkey sausage, spinach feta quiche, etc). Pool usually has seating at any time of day. Will be staying here from now on while in Pcola.

We enjoyed our stay. Only thing we noticed in our room was that there was a lot of condensation on the balcony door every morning as if the insulation was affected. The room used to become cold at night.

We were on the 10th floor beachfront- view was amazing! Breakfast was good, coffee was good-enjoyed trivia night at the hotel bar. Ate lunch at Fish Heads a couple of times- awesome friendly service! We are in Pensacola Beach at least 4 times a year and this was one of our best trips ever!

Beds in room were not comfy. Slept horribly. Bartenders at fish heads were very rude and dismissive. Bfast is very standard in my opinion. However we did go during a very busy week so I'm taking that into consideration. Not sure we'll stay again though. Grace was absolutely amazing and she went above and beyond for us, her kindness is not forgotten and the main reason I gave a higher rating.

Arrive at 2:30 and was told my room was empty and should be ready soon. watched numerous people check in with no problem and went to ask at 3:30 when my room would be ready. Lady at front desk had an attitude telling me she didn't have to check us in until 4. Finally at 3:45 was allowed to check in. Lady acted like she was doing us the biggest favor getting us in 15 minutes early as I watched her letting other people check in hours early. Bad front desk service. Room was nice and the balcony was awesome. Bed was supposed to be a king but it was the smallest king I have ever seen. All chairs and the bed where very uncomfortable Best thing about hotel is breakfast is free which helps a lot with not having to spend money eating out 2 times a day can just eat breakfast and a late lunch and be good. Overall a 2 to 3 star hotel charging 4 star prices due to location.

So we arrived at 4p.m to check in and the receptionist told us our root was not ready. We asked if they knew when and she asked if we did an early check in and mentioned that I used Expedia so I said it’s after 4 why would I do early check in? We said in the lobby for an hour while family after family walked up and immediately got there room. Finally I asked why is our room not ready and why the haven’t contacted us and another employee interrupted and had a attitude with me even though I hadn’t been rude or raised my voice I just asked a question. Finally we got our room but the view was terrible it was over the back parking lot even though I paid extra $$$ for a view .

Everything about this stay was great! We were able to check-in early and online, which helped tremendously. We traveled roughly 10 hours to be there and having the chance to get into a room sooner was phenomenal. The staff was super sweet and friendly. We didn't come across one person who was rude or without a smile on their face. Wonderful stay!

Abigail at check-in was so cheerful and very informative ! She explained everything about the hotel and our surroundings! It was our first trip to Pensacola Beach and our stay was excellent in all areas of cleanliness including our room and getting extra towels ect. Every person that works there was always nice and going above in asking did we need anything! We will definitely stay there again and recommend it highly!!! Thanks to everyone for enjoying your job!

Superb hotel in every way with a TON of nice touches. Can't think of a negative other than one of 3 elevators broke and they had it fixed the next day which is actually a BIG positive! Staff was super!

Everything was wonderful. Also the front desk clerk checked us in and out on departure. She was so very kind and had her hotel greeting down to a tee. Workers were also very kind. Walking distance to everything. We never had to move our vehicle.

Location of property was perfect for our Anniversary trip. It was in walking distance to attractions. Enjoyed the pool and activities at the property. The beach was right there. We walked out to the beach. There was restaurants and bars on the property which was convenient. Rooms were clean and nice. Great customer service.

Enjoyed the amenities of the hotel. Pool was amazing and the easy access to the beach was great. The onsite restaurant had some tasty options. Our only complaint would be the breakfast options and parking. Not super impressed with what was offered for breakfast but we were easily able to adjust to getting breakfast elsewhere. I did not see where parking was $10 plus tax a night until I got my bill after leaving. I may have missed that information but wasn’t even told when checking in. We will definitely be back.

Everything is exceptional, location of the hotel beach ocean is crystal clean. Only complaint I have is with a Fish Heads restaurant is very unprofessional and under staffed. Food is over cooked.

We had a great weekend away. The room was very clean. We had a room facing the "back" and it was very entertaining to watch all the action on the "strip". We ate at the restaurant on sight and never needed to leave the hotel. Would stay there again.

So we booked our room during the air show weekend so it was really busy. During our stay our a/c went out. And although Maintenance was very helpful and fixed it, they were in and out of our room for 3 hours and our room was obviously uncomfortably warm until it was fixed. The breakfast was just ok. Instant oatmeal was offered for oatmeal and then the usual bagels and muffins. They had waffle makers but with the crowd the wait was very long. My husband had the pre-made breakfast sandwiches and said it was flavorless and muffin was burnt. During our stay I went over to the restaurant on site to order a couple of drinks at the bar because the one bar in the hotel didn’t serve blended drinks. One bartender never acknowledged me, although walked past me several times, and the other who did, said she would be right with me. But then ended up helping another couple who walked up after me. I thought surely she would come back to me once she served them their drinks, but no! Instead she helped the next couple that walked up after them! I just left without the drinks. They had two hot tubs in the pool area. The one closest to us wasn’t warm at all and I prayed the other was. And it was! So glad. But kinda stunk having to walk from one side of the pool area to the other because the closer one was cold…so was it worth the $1000 I paid per night? Not in my book. And I will stay somewhere else next time.

Great location, modern rooms with great ammenities. Perfect place to view sunrise, dolphins in the ocean. Lazy river was relaxing and warm. Only downside was the bar and restaurant closed by 9 every night, couldn’t get a drink at end of night .
