The front staff was very friendly and knowledgeable... the gentleman who carried luggage up to room was super nice and also took us where we wanted on the beach by golf cart and picked up... room was very clean, bed was super comfy, view was amazing!! Pool was beautiful and heated, bar staff was great and fun to talk to.

The property had a great private beach access, rooms were clean and beds were comfy, the balcony was great with an ocean view. The pool was long and great to swim in. They had refillable pure water station. The windrose restaurant had tasty food but slightly expensive. They include gratuity in the checks. The only complaints I had was there was no exhaust in the room we stayed in and we had to rent the umbrellas and chairs on the beach. Usually at the other resorts we stayed in Mexico etc there were free beach chairs for use.

This is a great place to stay. Easy access to the beach and they offer shuttle services all over the island. Nice large room and very clean. We were in an accessible room for my mom, but the bed was so high we had to get a step so she could get in bed. The bed was very comfortable, just very high, especially for an accessible room. Awesome balcony view of the Gulf of America!

Overall this is a nice place. The pool was nice, although it did feel like a hot tub. The windrose had good food, a little spendy. Breakfast with 2 kids and 2 adults was $100 which i though was insane for breakfast. Lunch and dinner sure...but breakfast that was high. Beach access was easy and quiet, the outdoor shower/footwash stations didnt really work they need attention. Just dribbled water. The only thing the room had was a mini fridge and a coffee machine. A microwave would have went a long ways for reheating leftover food for the kiddos. Again, id stay there again, probably without the kids.

Everything was perfect! From the courteous front desk help to how beautiful the hotel is. Wonderful ocean view from the top floor overlooking the gulf. The pool was heated and clean. The only thing missing to me was a jacuzzi. Highly recommend.

Great resort, friendly and helpful staff. The pool area was great. we did have issues both times going to the pool and there were no towels available and had to go ask for them but other than that it was a great place to stay.

We never got our room serviced the whole time we were there and had to call a few times to get towels. I don’t think the room service people even bothered to attempt to clean. Aside from that it was a good stay.

I loved the hotel and room decor.and breakfast. What I did not like was overpriced drinks and dinner menu items. The hamburger was the size of an Macdonalds hamburger with lettuce and tomato for 15.00. Also, the maid service did not service our room the first night. We had to get our own towels, etc. from the cart in the hall.

The stay was amazing, we did the ocean view room. Nothing compares to the sunrise and sunset in the beach. Access to the beach over short dunes via bridges or 2 sand paths. The small dunes help with wildlife protection and we had a wide section of beach and other side of hotel has Bay across the street. Hotel room was large, and well decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful, Scott took our bags up, and we had Toby as a waiter for dinner, front desk staff were gracious too. Only changes I would like to see, small in room brooms for sand ( don’t want full room clean daily) and check mold in shower from INSIDE shower as area near shower door with lots of mold. Also wanted to check out gift shop but closed pretty early. Will be back again!

Decent Hotel, however the resort designation is a stretch. Be aware of surcharges at restaurant =17$. Beds are comfortable, and room was decent. No microwaves. Our shower head was broken so showering was a Challenge. Have much better stays at resorts in this price range.

Overall the hotel is great and the staff is amazing. My one complaint is the balcony door doesn’t stay open/can’t be propped, so if you want to listen to the ocean/feel the breeze at night without AC you can’t. In my option, it defeats the purpose of having an ocean facing room. There are some general design flaws in the hotel too as the foot showers from the beach aren’t conveniently located. However all this is minor compared with the high level of service from staff and room comfort

We had a great experience for a quick little getaway weekend. Every single staff member was phenomenal and very positive! We enjoyed Marshall & Brittney at the Tiki Bar, Henry was our server for dinner, and Scott the bellman was 11/10. Front desk staff were always pleasant. Our trip consisted of some very windy and stormy weather that had the pool deck a little closed up for precautions, but staff made up for it! Will definitely be back

We had an amazing stay! The property is beautiful and such a convenient location to everything. I loved that you could take the elevator straight down to parking and beach access so it’s really easy to go to and from the beach if you need to. Beautiful view on the balcony. Loved that we could rent chairs and umbrellas already set up and good to go. It was really an enjoyable stay. Only complaint is you can hear the guests next to you if they’re very loud, not anyone’s fault just something to be aware of if that’s important to you when booking.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at The Pensacola Beach Hotel. The staff was very friendly, the pool was relaxing, and the restaurant was delicious! We actually ended up eating several meals there since we were having such a good time at pool and beach. The prices were equal to surrounding restaurants. Their blackened fish was delicious, their blackened chicken Alfredo was one of the best I’ve ever had, and they make a perfect club sandwich.

Such a beautiful resort, from the moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff in a beautiful lobby with an amazing view. Love the gulf front rooms with a balcony. Amazing pool with bar, lovely restaurant and bar in lobby. Next door there is another restaurant with fabulous band, short walk to the beach. This hotel has everything you need and more, it’s one of my favorite ❤️

Fabulous resort. Amazing ocean view - nothing between you and the gorgeous white sand and stunning blue water. My biggest, and most pleasant surprise was the main restaurant in the hotel. The chef(s) are to be complemented as the food was over the top! Excellent! Cannot wait to go back to The Pensacola Beach Resort!

Absolutely loved our stay here! From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. The hotel was extremely nice, clean, and well-maintained. We stayed in a room with two queen beds, a balcony, and a Gulf view, and the room was HUGE! The bathroom was also surprisingly spacious and stocked with plenty of towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Our balcony was large, private, and had an absolutely amazing view of the beach. Sitting out there and taking in the view was definitely one of my favorite parts of the stay! The pool area was really nice as well, and I loved that they provided towels to use by the pool. Another HUGE plus was free parking! So many resorts charge $50+ a night for parking, so having complimentary parking was a major bonus. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, but I have to give a special shoutout to Taylor at the front desk! She was SO sweet and immediately made me feel welcome. She hyped me up about my outfit and my hair, and as a girl, I can appreciate a true girls’ girl! She was such a bright spot during my stay. The resort also offers golf cart rides to nearby/local spots, which is such a convenient touch. The rides run off tips, so definitely show your driver some love! Overall, I absolutely loved this resort. Great room, beautiful views, clean property, friendly staff, free parking, and so many thoughtful amenities. I will definitely be coming back and can’t wait for my next stay! 🌴🌊💕
