The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful from the time we got there until the time we left. There is a great pool and an amazing beach. Do yourself a favor and have a blue agave margarita!!

Excellent pool and lazy river with easy beach access!! Friendly staff who let us check in early and check out late. Breakfast is not free and they charge $18/person so we did not eat breakfast. Easy to walk to restaurants or within a five minute drive. Lots of families with kids, but some older guests as well. Good bar with reasonable prices on drinks. There is an ice cream shop and restaurant inside the hotel as well.

This property is AMAZING.. the pool is also shared next door with and to this property.. the pool areas are GREAT! Everything amazing!! Great location.. great staff ! Walking distance to many restaurants and convenience stores… beachfront balcony room while overlooking the pools was beautiful!

Waiting 15 minutes for an elevator was unacceptable. There was no luggage carts available. That was such an inconvenience. Other than that our stay was wonderful! The resort the staff was great! I would recommend to anyone. The staff was the best part of our stay. They were awesome and so helpful.

Right on the beach! Outdoor Pool/lazy river. Tiki bar. Indoor pool. Restaurant on site, the food was good. Ice cream shop & small gift shop on site. We were there at a very busy time and the hotel was clean, room was quiet and all the staff were super friendly & helpful! Parking lot was kind of small, but there’s several restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Would def stay there again!

Can’t say enough good things about this hotel/resort. Amazing staff. Everything is so clean and well kept. The views are breathtaking. Our kids and us had the best time in the pool and taking the board walk to the beach. Love the quick access to get there. Housekeeping is so wonderful. Making sure all our needs our met. All around top notch. We will be back as this has now became our favorite hotel/resort!

The property is in an ideal location. Great amenities for the kids and the beach is amazing. Our room was not very clean with hair balls next to the refrigerator and the bathroom. Asked to have it cleaned. They came and still left hair behind. The vacuum appeared to be from the 80s. Feet were dirty after walking on the carpet so we wore flip flops in the room. Would like to see the pool be a lot cleaner. The water was pretty cloudy so we only went in once. The service at restaurant is very slow and food is a 2 out of 5. Lots places deliver to the location though or a short drive. Opt for a high floor is you have young kids due to noise. There was entertainment daily at the pool which was nice. Overall we would stay there again.

There was still trash in the room when we arrived including milk in the fridge from previous guest. The shower floor looks incredible dirty with hairs. I also tried turning the air all the way down to 60 at the lowest it could go and we are both burning up in the room so don't know what's wrong there. We were woken up in the middle of the night by a false alarm reporting us to use the stairs (we're on the 9th floor) and exit the building. So yeah I'm completely over this place and just ready to check out. Complete waste of 279 dollars.

The restaurant food was excellent. We were on the 7th floor and had a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. Our room wasn’t cleaned on first day and when I inquired with the front desk, I found out you have to tell them if you want your room cleaned each day. I like the wall dispenser with hand soap in the bath sink area as well as the tub. Plus makeup remover pads were left each day. Overall, we loved Pensacola Beach and plan to return and stay at this hotel.

I enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola. The staff upgraded my room so I can have an ocean view for free. The room was huge. I like the design and the colours of the hotel and the very nice pool outside. My room was not as clean as I'd have liked it, there was hair from a previous guest on and behind the side table as well as in the bathroom. There were food crumbs on the side table as well. I called the front desk about it and they sent someone one up to clean it but it was a bit gross.

We stayed here for three days, and have zero complaints. We had a balcony room overlooking the pool and beach and it was beautiful! Our room was only a couple of doors away from the elevators, so I was concerned we might hear people coming and going but I never heard a single person go by our door. Same with the pool - some places you stay where you can see the pool means you hear people partying in the pool all night, but it was completely quiet! The staff were helpful and polite. And my daughter LOVED the ice cream bar downstairs! We easily walked to restaurants and shopping, but there’s a trolley if you want to go further away. Absolutely will stay here again!

The property was immaculate and almost everyone was incredibly nice. My room was a bit loud, but I was at the end of the building and that may have had something to do with it. There was no lobby coffee, which I think is a first for Holiday inn for me. Also, the cage that had coffee in the name had no coffee for sale. I was told I could go to another property to buy Starbucks. The wifi didn't recognize my name/room number combo to sign in. I didn't bother to go to the desk to figure it out since I was mainly at the beach so i just did without. The alarm clock woke me up at 530, guess a previous guest had an early departure time, or thought it was funny. The drink machine wouldn't take cash on my floor so I had to go back and get my card and pay the higher rate. The drinks and bartenders were great. The pool was gorgeous and perfectly maintained. I accidentally locked my key in my room and Thomas? was super helpful and followed the safety protocol. Not all hotels do(I'm bad with keys) and that made me feel very secure. Overall, nice hotel, lovely staff, but a little lacking in details usually present at that price point

The bathroom was very dark, no light over the sink just on light on the ceiling for the whole bathroom. Can’t even put your makeup on in the room. Stopped by the front desk in hopes of having the issue addressed, there weren’t any “extra lamps” for the bathroom and couldn’t get moved to another room. Very disappointing especially with how high the rates are there.

Our family loves this property! The staff are beyond courteous and helpful. The facility is beautiful and clean. I have a 12 year old son with autism and the lazy river is his favorite. He hops from pool to pool all day and is in heaven. Since it’s gated I feel safe as well. I even found him at the Tiki bar the other day and he had ordered himself a virgin strawberry daiquiri without knowing his room number. Blake was patient and kind with him. That speaks volumes for us!

My family has been spending vacations at the Holiday Inn Resort for years. This year was very disappointing. Some of the staff were rude to us and it felt like we were burdening them when we asked for help. At breakfast, we elected to order from the menu instead of eating from the buffet and it was like we had committed a crime. Fifteen minutes after we ordered, we STILL had not received our food even though it was a relatively simple order. Not sure if this had any bearing, but we were the only black family in the restaurant. My husband had to ask a server (not ours) about it. SHE was nice and attempted to explain the situation. However, we decided to cancel the order and eat in town. Our server then acted as though we were a major inconvenience and became defensive and rude. There was construction on both sides of the property which was not their fault but we were not informed of this at booking. All in all not the best visit.

The property was nice clean and convenient to food within walking distance, the staff was super friendly and the hotel was right on the beach with beautiful views. There were two separate hot tubs and a pool with a lazy river our stay was very enjoyable we would absolutely recommend this resort for all ages!

The shower leaked all into the bathroom floor as it was handicap and the breakfast was not enjoyable. The staff was amazing, but the food was less than good. French toast was old and hard and the potatoes were hard as well. Not worth the price they charge for the buffet. The facility it’s self was great! The only issue was the food.

The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because not having free breakfast was a bummer and we had to walk across the strip to a very small and crowded gas station for breakfast food. Other than that, our stay was wonderful! Staff was so nice, the resort was so clean and so fun! Most of all the super fast walk to the beach was the BEST part! Will stay there again when back to Pensacola Beach!

Everything was top notch. Felt like we were on an island resort. The only thing I can say was not great was the food. Ordered pancakes and they were not done so I asked for them to be redone and the new ones were not done either. The chicken nuggets at lunch were processed chicken meat like at McDonalds. It would not keep me from going back though. The best part was the people that worked there. They acted like they were truly happy to be there and happy for us to be there. Love it!
