Beware of paying extra to have breakfast included. We did this for our family of five—two adults and three children—and it was absolutely not worth it. Despite paying for breakfast, we were told we could only choose from three specific items on the menu. My children wanted chocolate chip pancakes, which actually cost less than the breakfast items they were permitted to order. Even more frustrating, one morning my husband and I went downstairs before our children were awake and simply wanted two cups of coffee. The two employees working in the restaurant took our breakfast vouchers in exchange for two cups of coffee. They told us that if we came back “soon enough,” they would still honor the vouchers for breakfast. Why should two cups of coffee use up breakfast vouchers that we had already paid for? I’m not sure whether these restrictions are the hotel’s policy or the restaurant’s policy, but either way, the entire setup felt unnecessarily rigid and certainly not reflective of the price we paid. For what this hotel costs, I expected much better service and more reasonable accommodations for families. I would not pay for the breakfast package again, and based on the overall value and service, I would have a hard time justifying spending this kind of money to stay here again. Definitely not worth the price tag.

I went on a five-day vacation with my daughter, and to my surprise, the power went out; they didn't have a backup generator, so we were left without electricity for over an hour. Also, upon checkout, I was charged for parking even though I never had a car. As for the service, only one young man at the front desk was very kind to us. The room cleanliness was good.

The tiki bar would benefit of a better vibe. Also the food and drinks can be of better quality and taste! Besides that the hotel is clean and well maintained.

Some of the pool areas and big part of the beach are occupied by a company that they said that they are not linked with the hotel; so, you have to pay extra to be able to use the chairs in the beach. In addition, the restaurant also mentioned that they are not related with the hotel either; so, no happy in the way that this hotel is managed. Poor experience.
