I couldn't possibly say enough good things about this hotel!!! the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, everything we needed was provided the pool was clean it was beautiful outside very well kept and clean grounds, they have security on staff to keep you safe.. great family destination... I would highly recommend staying here!!.. if I had to say one negative maybe that they can use more pool towels out by the pool section but seriously that's like it this place is amazing!!

I recommend the hotel but they need to upgrade tv to smart TV's. Staff was excellent and very good breakfast. The only thing we didn't like was that in our 1st day we went to the pool and there were 2 people smoking weed inside the facilities and also inside the hotel and there were no supervision at all for these type of situations. People with kids need to leave because of this inconsiderate persons. They should put more attention to this situations.

Check in was quick and easy. Elevator worked fine. Room was clean. AC got cold quickly (we wanted it cold). Beds and pillows comfortable. Linnens super soft. Spacious with desk and chair, plus room for our luggages. Bathroom clean. Dove hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, & bodywash all provided. Housekeeping came daily. All staff friendly and helpful. Coffee & tea available all day. We didn’t eat the breakfast but it smelled great. Eggs, sausage, bacon, breads, cereals, muffins, juices, milks. The pool was clean with pretty pool area. Plenty of parking around building. Fastfood right near hotel. Definitely enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone, including families.

Very good hotel, super clean, nice breakfast. Good location for the Keys and Everglades. A few minor complaints: pool was closed, room key-cards kept getting demagnetized, they couldn't lend us cork a corkscrew.

Great find. We were really impressed. Very updated. Bathroom was spacious. Local easy to get to restaurants. Parking was easy and well lit.

Breakfast was not so good. Chaotic and running out of food so quick. Felt like fighting for food. Gym was being remodeled so I was not able to use it. Cleaning crew cleaned our bedroom and took the towels away so we had to go to the frint desk and ask for towels when my my daughter was still waiting for a towel. Best price compared to hotels around.

Hotel was under renovations but was told our room was already completed. No place to hang any towels (bath or hand) in bathroom other than over the shower rod. Extra small toilet seat on toilet, felt like I was sitting directly on the toilet bowl rim. Some crown moulding missing on window wall. Carpet was dirty and I doubt it had been vacuumed before or during our stay. First time out of shower and walking on carpet, my feet were black and covered in crumbs. Made sure to always were my sandles whenever in the room..fresh out of shower or getting out of bed in morning. Breakfast was strictly continental with NO HOT protein options as they said their oven was broken. Only one elevator that was extremely SLOW with terrible peel and stick plastic tile sheets…very tacky

I had a truly enjoyable stay. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The shower had great water pressure, and the staff was consistently courteous and helpful. The continental breakfast was also a great touch. I have no complaints at all and will definitely return.

The front desk clerk, Gabrielle, I think, was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. We commuted to key largo for our scuba diving and couldn't of been happier with our choice.

Only good thing was convenient location. The hotel was very dirty with misty and moldy smell in the rooms and hallways. The carpets in the room were stained with sticky spots. The towels were stained. Phone was not working. The toilet flush was extremely week. The water flow in the shower had a very low pressure.

The breakfast was great with a lot of choices. The room itself was good, however the carpet was disgusting in our room and in the hallways. Otherwise staff was pleasant and the room and bathroom were very clean. One other thing was the bed was very hard, felt like an older kind with the springs still in it. I felt like I was sleeping on the floor, hard.

Roaches in the bathroom! Also the hair dryer had exposed wires! When I checked out, I told the receptionist and shared pictures! She assured me that the manager would contact me! 5 days later, I’m still waiting for his call!

We reserved a king sized bed. When we arrived, Thursday evening, they said they were out of king beds and gave us a double. The room looks nothing like ANY of the pictures they have online. The bathroom was outdated, with the old plastic tubs, not the nice showers with the tile and glass doors. There was a car alarm that went off all night long , for two nights right outside our window. My sister flew in Friday night and was given a king room that she had reserved, she left Sunday Morning, and we thought we'd be offered her King room. Not even when the hotel emptied out Monday did they even offer us a king room that was obviously available.

The first morning of my stay the water pressure was so low that only a trickle of water came out. I had great difficulty in getting ready for the day. Breakfast was great and the bed was comfortable. Room cleanliness was OK too.

It doesn't feel like a 200 usd property. Pros: Rooms are big. They have a microwave and minibar where you can heat/chill food. Bath amenities are good (Dove) and they provide you with toothbrush, soap, and other amenities. Cons: The property seems to be old, and the service is not good enough.

Breakfast was good, room was adequate for stay along the way as part of a larger trip. Staff was very kind. Hotel was older so the finishes were a little rough and there was little to no sound proofing as the door wasn't completely sealed. It was suitable for what we needed.

OK, so for the most part, the people were super. I think it is management who are to fault with any shortcomings. I had driven each day awaited lot and wanted to chill at night in my hotel room watching TV. That's the problem. No where in any material does it say they do not offer but 4 channels due to their negotiation with cable or satellite complain its. The room was $606 for three middle of the week-non holiday- nights so I paid a lot of money compared to other properties. The other huge problem was the heating or AC unit. If would help if I could set the thermostat for a temperature but I had to figure to turn on heat or cooling, fan speed, and there is no way to tell what the room temperature might be. I caught a terrible cold from this that ruined a good bit of my vacation exploring Kew west and the Everglades due to congestion and a running nose. All I wanted to do was get my room with 4 channels. OK for good, breakfast was in this category--the typical continental fare.

The property is fine, but upon arrival they told me they didn't have the type of room I rented and gave me another one with two beds. They didn't take any care of the inconvenience, which shows no professionalism.

The neighborhood around the hotel wasn't great, but I was pleasantly surprised by the inside. It was newly renovated and very clean. The rooms were big and the staff was great! It was a little bit of a drive from Key Largo, but the drive was worth it since it was a quarter of the price of the Key Largo hotels.

Would rate it 5 stars except there was no breakfast the 3 days we were there. The note said the oven was broke. Another thing house keeping only came to clean the room at 4:30 and we were back everyday at 4 so the room didn’t get made up, but place was clean and the staff was friendly

This was a pretty disappointing stay for a holiday inn. Not sure if they are trying to compute of business; change ownership but it felt like they are just getting rid of inventory and not restock . The worst was that they let us check in without a word of the shortcomings for a 4 day stay, no word of apology, warning or offer to make up for it. Looking through previous reviews it seems it’s not the first time this happened; and while there are responses suggesting management has read the suggestion to bring in wrapped breakfast sandwiches or give coupons to ihop next door; nothing at all ; and no change in 4 days… all the front desk suggested was to talk to the manager; but no info on when where and how to meet them. I would expect better than that from a holiday inn. On a positive note the room itself was pretty nice.

We had a one night stay while traveling. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable. The room felt very clean. The morning staff and breakfast were fantastic! I would stay again the next time traveling through. My only negative. The adjoining room door was loose.
