This property has always been a good value if youre looking for a clean and safe place. They have since stopped providing breakfast and the pool was filthy and full of algae

Pool was closed do to construction/repair.But we were not told that until we asked at check in.

The property exceeded my expectations for the price. The pool and rooms were very clean.

The room was very clean. The check in and check out process was made very easy with the front desk staff. The pool was nice and clean and very well maintained.

The property was well maintained. Old school. Picnic tables under cover and had grills. Lot of family fun and all were being used. Pretty cool place quiet and safe. One way in and out. Rooms were clean and the bed was great.

Exceeded our expectations. Big old but will maintained motel. The landscaping would make a Ritz Carlton envy.

Room floor was filthy Tile flooring but came out of the shower to get dressed and feet were dirty just from the walk through the room

Good size room, unfortunately the bathroom was not clean. I had to wash the bathtub, shower head and sink before using it. Coffee residue on the wall next to the coffee maker. Dog hair on the floor. For the price I did not expect a 5 star, but the cleanliness must be there...

They first put me in building 5. Obvious mold visually and smelled. Also not sure but little black bugs under sheet , so that was scary. Then building 1. It has been updated so nicer but sure there is still mold. Major congestion now. the a/c is cold but loud. The pool is beautiful and decent coffee machine in lobby. Great location for what i wanted to do. Sad but with mold cant stay there again and probably shold not have this time.

The beds were made all nice and neat but when I pulled down the covers, there was sand on the sheets and a pile of sand at the foot area as well as dirty sheets. Gross. They had not changed the sheets but made the bed!!

The lobby and staff were wonderful. The room had a musty smell that made it hard to sleep. We were honestly worried about bed bugs because of the musty smell but grateful to see they had a protective cover on the mattress

Bed and shower was dirty. No hot water after 5 minutes. Asked for new sheets and was handed a pile of sheets at the door that were also dirty. Office staff were responsive and we had no issues.

Been here before but now never would we go back! Price reflects the room. Bathroom- paint, tile chipping. Fan dosent work, bathtub had cigarette burns along rim of bathroom. Flooring chipped. But most of all the over welming of meldew smell and cockroaches!!! No No No! Stayed 6/25.

This motel is a lot tired and in need of updating. But it was a great location for our day trips to the Everglades. The bathtub was worn and u inviting and the shower water pressure was weak. Hot water just started to run out at the end of my shower both mornings. Beds and pillows were comfortable. I might stay again just For location. Not many places to choose from here.

Customer service was great, but I had higher expectations for the room itself. It was clean, but needs an upgrade and smelled old and musty. The property is in a convenient location that’s close to the highways.

Room was clean. Internet was none existent 50% of the time, really horrible. Exterior trash was over run. Exterior common areas were clean. Room was recently renovated and had good door locks. Plenty of pillows but it was NOT a comfortable bed, exactly the opposite. Had to take ibuprofen in early AM to reduce back ache from bed. There is only 1 thing everyone does at a hotel and that's sleep. Why most hotels cannot supply a good mattress is beyond me.

The room itself was fine, and the grounds were nice and very well maintained. My only complaint was our room was in the farthest corner of the facility adjacent to two busy and noisy roads.

We stayed here before. It is time they replaced the mattresses.

Expedia listing said they have breakfast. The hotel stopped serving breakfast. The wifi Internet was terrible. On my last night, it completely turned off.

Hotel messed up my number of nights but fixed it. Bed was very hard and squeaky but slept ok. Ac was loud but effective.

There was no breakfast as promised, tv didn’t work, poor internet connection, extremely isolated location but calm and good place to rest.

First room not clean hair and black stuff in bed, The rooms stank like insecticide and something else bad. changed rooms. New rooms better but still smelled, both had smoke detectors disconnected 1 on sink the other not there. loud fighting neighbors slamming doors, my girlfriend thought it was gun fire. walking in front of the room screaming. someone saying someone was dead. Tried calling the front desk but the phone in the room was disconnected. Called the desk, they said we could call the police if we needed to. Really did not sleep much that night. Stuff in drawers like q tips, not cleaned well. Room keys did not work had to get new keys 8-10 times. They tried to reprogram the door lock but it still did not work. They don't do much for security like record license plates. The pool was nice and the maintenance man was nice. Next time I will stay some place else and be happy to pay more.

The maid service was very poor. The bed was not remade, coffee supplies not replenished, air conditioner was verynoisy. Whe. We reported the poor maid sevice, the desk clerk sai, "Its not my problem, i just came on to my shift" When asked if someone could bring us more coffee suplies, we were told we could go get them. Most of all, i had requested a firat floor room and the hotel never responded and gave us a second floor room.with a walk up. No elevator.

Check in could not find my reservation. Clerk indifferent to the problem. Told me I needed to call Expedia to resolve. I insisted not my problem as I had a confirmation. The Clerk finally call Expedia and 45 min later had a confirmed reservation from Expedia.

The doors were unsecured—anyone from the outside could open them without a keycard. The evening staff that received us was unhelpful when we explained habituation. The hotel advertised services that have been discontinued 6 months ago. Ultimately we decided we needed to leave for our safety after the security concerned was not addressed. The evening staff made it challenging to do so. It took us nearly 3 hours with customer service and hotel staff to get a refund. Overall they seemed disorganized and unequipped to take care of guests.

Very quick check in process. Staff were very friendly! Hotel has parking right in front of rooms which was convenient.

Terrible customer service. I got overcharged three times and was constantly guilt tripped to believe that wasn’t the case even when I was showing them my bank statements. I was constantly locked out of my room every time I came back from an outing I would have to call the front desk to get assistance. The housekeeping was another thing. They don’t change your sheets until the third night stay the bedding and towels will have hair from prior stays. Housekeeping wasn’t giving us any shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion, so I went to go ask the front desk and was given 3 of everything. I went on an another outing with my family I came back and realized that housekeeping had taken it upon themselves to take the extras. VERY WEIRD. I don’t care what they assumed, but to feel comfortable taking things out of our room, made us very uncomfortable. The laundry machines WILL stain your clothes. I used all 3 machines and all three stained my clothes only one dryer worked. Please make sure to lock your card and call your banks, reassure that your statements are correct because I was charged for the last time 20 minutes before my checkout. very shady. The breakfast was good.

Location of the property is so convenient. Close to the Keys, Everglades, Biscayne, and Miami. There are lots of food options, and shopping nearby. Expedia said this property had free breakfast, but that is no longer the case. Rooms are a standard motel room, and show their age. However, they were clean and priced accordingly. My fiancee forgot her engagement ring in the room when we checked out. Didn't realize til after the room had been cleaned. Very tense moment! But the ring was turned in, and we recovered it! So grateful to the staff! Thank you Fairway Inn!

Very nice location between the Everglades and the Keys, near a lot of fast-foods and restaurants. Bedroom was nice and clean, but the AC was on when we arrived so the room was quite cold.

Area is a little rough but property was good. Nice room decide and cleanliness. Given the area I would have felt better if door was sturdier. All in all it was a good place for a night or two. Good mall a block away was convenient.

Perfect location for a weekend at Homestead Miami Speedway. It is an older hotel, but was nicely kept. Expedia shows they have breakfast, but they haven't since summer 2024. I was told Expedia was advised but needs to update their listing.

All the travel sites along with their own website promote free breakfast yet that’s not true. False advertising. There were a number of other hotels in the area to choose from as similar in ratings , price and amnesties ; if we knew there was no breakfast we stayed elsewhere. Outside of this all was as expected

Checking in/out was quick and easy. The property is conveniently located on a major highway with many restaurants & gas stations nearby. The room is spacious and clean - but has overpowering smell of disinfectant. They used to have nice free Breakfast - unfortunately it was discontinued...

no more continental breakfast, will try another place next time

The hotel was not bad. Friendly staff and decent property. Be aware of 2 things. 1) It does not offer breakfast anymore. 2) It is over 1 hr drive from MIA airport.

I chose this hotel because it included breakfast, but upon arrival I was informed that breakfast service had been canceled a month ago. Hotel.com should update this information.

The place is a run down motel but the common spaces are nice. Liked the picnic pavilions and we ran around the parking lot because there was no gym. Felt safe. Biggest gripe is they advertised as having a continental breakfast but there is nothing.

I love everything about this hotel. Shopping, food, etc. are all within walking distance. It’s very convenient for tourists.
