This was such a welcoming establishment. Shout out to Nayeli who was so professional, friendly and accommodating! Everything was perfect, the room was spacious and comfortable. The pool area was also very nice. Will return!

One elevator went down only leaving one for the entire hotel as well as 2 of the 3 ice makers were down. As a person with mobility issues and using a wheelchair the elevator issues were huge for me.

Enjoyed this property and its proximity to the Baytowne Wharf. The bar was limited and was disappointed that the Applebee’s in the parking lot was closed so we could watch the football game. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. Laundry service was perfect too!

Sand was everywhere even in the pools. Not enough towels for my family. No extra towels, they said they were bringing some to the hotel and never did. Hot tub was full with sand

Every amenity was helpful. The Bistro was amazing, with great food and service. The pool served is purpose for rest and relaxation. Not far from Miramar Beach, fine dining experiences, shopping, and entertainment. Only regret was I didn't get a chance to use the fitness room.

I noticed a few stains on the top left of the bed after my first night’s stay under my pillow. I showed it to housekeeping the next morning, and she said she would take care of it. When I returned to my room around 5 p.m., it still hadn’t been done. I notified the front desk, and they said housekeeping had already gone home but could give me fresh sheets. I ended up having to make my own bed. That was disappointing.

The only thing appealing about this property is the updated decor. Do not pre-pay for their breakfast, it is slapped in the microwave and is horrible…we tried to get our money back for the remaining breakfasts but Courtyard wouldn’t oblige. Hotels.com did give us a credit for future use, which we appreciated. The room looked nice however, the pillows are super flat…bring your own pillow if you want a good nights sleep. The coffee/tea station was in the bathroom, I moved it to the desk. Upon considering making a hot tea, I discovered old water filled to the top in the reservoir, that grossed us out. The shower had a previous guests black hair on the tiles…was it even cleaned? I suppose no hotel is perfect, but this one had too many issues for us to return.

Our room was immaculate, one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, and parking was easy. It was close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. I would definitely stay there again if I ever decide to revisit Miramar Beach.

I like the location of the hotel. The cleanness was very poor, with dirty towels and shower had hair all over it. Our toilet got stopped up and the AC unit stopped working had to locate a maintenance guy in the hallway to fix it. We had to ask every day to get our room clean.

The location was amazing to everything we wanted to do. Very clean and everyone was very respectful. Neither my wife or myself could sleep as the A/C would work only when it wanted to and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I did not complain to the front desk because my wife absolutely hates confrontation. I am sure it was just the room we were in because the hotel itself was really great.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Not very sound proof, can hear the people walking on floor above you and down the hall. Few minor things..new pillows would have made a world of difference, the air conditioner unit was very load and noisy. I asked for a balcony room but the screen door did not shut.. seemed to be rusted open. On my last night I had to call the front desk as people were partying and it was very loud. They did take care of it promptly.

The hotel was clean and nice. Very upscale atmosphere in the lobby. The room was clean and nice, BUT the AC was not functioning correctly. Every time the compressor kicked on it rattled the entire unit and made a god awful racket. We ended up having to switch rooms at 12:45 AM. Thankfully the new room was equally clean and the AC unit functioned properly. We would definitely stay here again but I'll stay away from room 200.

I booked a King and they put me in a room with two queen beds. I asked them and they said they didn’t have any king rooms available. And I asked for some sort of a discount, but they said because we booked through a third-party they could not offer any discounts. Disappointing.

This was a nice hotel. The staff was friendly and check-in was good. The only thing is they don't do daily housekeeping, it's every other day, so u have to ask for clean towels and stuff but the stay was great.

From the moment we walked in the staff was extremely polite and helpful. The hotel itself is clean, is bright and inviting, and has plenty of amenities for the price. $8 a day to add breakfast to our package was well worth it and the bistro/cafe staff were so friendly. Drinks were a little pricey but to be expected for the convenience. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing to make for an overall fun and enjoyable stay. We visited a beach only about 10 mins from the hotel as well as plenty of dining options,shopping, or different activities.

I enjoyed the shops surrounding the hotel! My kids (18 yrs old) walked to restaurants and to the movies, and I didn't have to worry because we all felt safe. The hotel was quiet which we loved. The beach was only a few minutes away which was also nice altho the hotel staff didn't help very much with giving directions so we went to another hotel to ask where to go for things to do. I gave my overall stay a 3 because the hotel staff were not nice or helpful with anything, so we had to figure things out on our own. It also didnt help that the elevator didn't work. I am on crutches and had to walk down 3 flights of stairs. At check out the guy never acknowledged the inconvenience or simply saying, I hope you enjoyed your stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard Sandestin at Grand Boulevard. The rooms were very clean and the overall service was AMAZING. We were on a family trip for my son's birthday. When I booked the room, I asked if they could decorate it for his birthday. The room was so beautiful and I appreciate the hospitality from the staff.

This hotel is our go to for getaway weekends. The lobby has been remodeled and looks fantastic. The staff at check in were friendly and efficient. The room had a balcony and the room was clean and the beds comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to visit the Sandestin or see 30a without the traffic and prices

This was our third stay at the Courtyard Marriott Sandestin at Grand Boulevard, and it’s consistently a solid choice. We’ve tried most of the nearby hotels (Hyatt, Effie, Residence Inn), and Courtyard always delivers. The lobby is nicely designed and spacious, the rooms are a good size and comfortable, and check-in/check-out is always smooth and efficient. Service has been reliable each time. A coffee station in the lobby would be a nice touch, as many hotels in this category offer it. That said, the open bar/kitchen does serve coffee until around 11 a.m., which works just fine. Overall, it’s a well-run, dependable hotel in a great location - a short walk from great shopping and dining options —we’ll definitely be back.

The property was centrally located. Very clean upon arrival. For the amount of money being paid room should have been cleaned daily when we were out and a complimentary breakfast should have been available. Front desk staff was nice and respectful, but the dining area staff was rude and it was overpriced. Will not book there again for those reasons. But for those that don't mind no complimentary breakfast or an overpriced dining area, I would recommended.

Bath towels were HARD. Pool towels were warn out and HARD. Bistro staff was not pleasant and the food took at least 40mins every order (breakfast, lunch and dinner alike). Front desk staff was pleasant.

My only complaint is that the tub could use a little refurbishment but other than that everything was great. The starbucks combined with the bistro was perfect. I think I had starbuck every morning. There was plenty of dining, activities, shopping surrounding the hotel. It is literally in a great spot and the price was reasonable. I will tell anyone purchasing a balcony don't expect a bay view or water view other than the pool. However it still is a great feel to just wake up and just step outside and get fresh air while drinking coffee or just a moment to think while sitting or reading on the balcony. My view was near the golf course and pool so I was blessed. Either way the hotel is a good hotel. I would definitely stay again. It is about 3 to 5 minutes away from the beach .

It would be nice if they offered at least coffee in the lobby for breakfast. I’m not a huge Starbucks fan and that was the only option in the hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
