This was a very nice hotel - remodeled and clean. However, I was very disappointed in the workout room, as this was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. The AC was not working (84 degrees in the room) and the one fan in the room was old with an oscillating feature that was broken, so I sacrificed in the 84 degree room and pointed the fan to my husband who was sweating bullets on the bicycle. I couldn't decide if the AC was really broken or management made a decision to save AC expenses by not "repairing" the AC.

I liked the room was quiet despite being located next to interstate 25. The staff were very professional and the room clean. The only thing was the first elevator was down for repair so the stairs or walk to the back elevator. Which was ok with me.

We were not made aware that the restaurant would not be open because it was booked for a private party. I needed to use the business office at check out was denied. I feel for the service and the inconvenience we should of at least received a discount. My husband use to love this location. We will never visit again

Property condition is quite old and not in the greatest condition. Bar on property is closed on weekends. Our room wasn’t the worst or greatest. Overall for a Hilton Doubletree, I expected more. Would not stay at this property again.

Beds were comfortable, beautiful outside patio area with comfortable seating and nicely decorated. Pool could have been warmer and hot tub jets didnt seem to be working. Older hotel but very clean and well kept.

Stayed for three nights with family. My boys loved the pool. Dad and I enjoyed the gym every morning! Only downside is there’s lots of homeless outside and around the property.

The only thing I was not a fan of was how dirty the bathroom was. I had to get my own disinfectant wipes to clean. There were other people’s hair everywhere in the bathroom. Was a little gross

Unclean. Staff didn't know what they were doing. We ended up leaving the hotel because sewage was backed up into our bath tub. We were able to get a refund which I am thankful for. It was unfortunate because my daughter named I stayed here a year ago and had a lovely experience. This time was a disaster and we will not be returning to this hotel. App won't let me upload pictures.

Overall we had a lovely stay. The bedroom was very spacious, and the beds were quite comfortable. The cleanliness of the bathroom wasn’t that great, found a generous amount of hair in the shower. Also had a problem with our checkout time. We were told our checkout time was 12, then had housekeeping constantly knocking on the door since 9:30.

A conveniently located, decent hotel. Shows its age. Cleanliness was a challenge. As a lot of hotels now, they won't even clean unless asked, and then, it's not perfect. Expensive and average dining. Literally located next to busy highway with limited views. OK.

The room with a king is on the first floor, by the pool and gym entrances. And the cleaning staff is just down the hall so there is that… I figure the Nicer rooms would be up and away from the groups of people. The bedding was nice and the blackout shade was awesome…

Other than the 2 drunk girls in the hallway, once they got into their room I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. Bed was so comfortable. The room temperature was perfect.

We stayed here three nights. Check in was fabulous! Was recognized right away. Process was expedient and friendly. Warm cookies were offered (nice touch)! Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, air unit fan was extremely noisy. Some hair on the walls in the bathroom. Restaurant was a disappointment. They were out of the bison burger (was told that they have been out over a week and a half). So, ordered a very expensive, less than McDonald's quality (funny taste and very, very greasy). Onion rings were great, and the bartender/waiter was fantastic! Needless to say, we didn't eat any other meals there. A free breakfast is not offered here. Come on, Hilton. Coffee, tea, milk, juice, and even prepackaged rolls or donuts would be nice. Overall, except for the noted things, it was a good stay. However, they need to go that little extra to earn a 5 Star rating.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious and laid out well. Would help to have more sitting options. Only had a desk chair and 1 other chair in a spice that could have easily fit a small sofa or another chair and a table. Room did have a slight musty odor but wasn’t too overwhelming. Tub is much more narrow and slippery than it looks, so be cautious when getting in and out. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will likely stay there again if in the area.

Nice work out equipment in gym. Nice big rooms, comfortable beds. The only issue was our room was next to the elevator which was loud when trying to sleep and the ac was a little loud at times too, but overall great stay, costumer service was good and cookies and water were given at check in.

I called the hotel In the morning to verify the cost and reservation of my room for the 2 nights stay. By the time I arrived that evening, they had managed to lose or delete the reservation. The counter staff was rude and didn’t seem at all interested in helping to rectify the reservation fiasco. The in-room H.V.A.C. Unit was noisy and didn’t work properly. Made for poor sleeping conditions. The shower barley worked. Needed to pull the plunger to activate the shower 7 or 8 times. Sadly this isn’t a exaggeration. For the price and location, I expected much better. I paid premium hotel prices for an “economy super 8 motel room”.

We arrived at the hotel 2 hours early. Our rm was ready, but in order for us to gain access the front desk first asked for $50. Then her manager walked up and he said it would be a $25 charge. He then told us he has disabled our rm access until the original check in time. I feel the way it was handled was unprofessional.

The lady that checked us in and worked in the afternoon was great. Otherwise I would keep looking for somewhere else to stay. We got looked in our room, our door shot really hard or it wouldn’t close, the bed and pillows where not great, the overpriced breakfast should have been free, there is a lot of homeless people close to the hotel, but never bothered anyone, inside the hotel smelled like gas and you could smell pot at different times, and some of the front desk staff was not that friendly.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was beautiful and very clean. Nice view of the mountains from our room. Drinks at the bar were just ok and expensive for what they were. Many dining options nearby including a Starbucks across the parking lot. They stated they had a lot of late check outs and our room was going to be ready 1.5 hours later than the posted check in time. It was a bit frustrating, but we found some putt putt close by to kill the time and it all worked out.
