Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice relaxed atmosphere, staff was very wonderful. Pool and jacuzzi need much deep cleaning, the film on the tiles and bubbles . Felt very dirty.

Way more than a hotel stay. The rooms were spacious and had a full size fridge and coffee maker. I loved the "happy hour" with free drinks and apps. The property is newer and very stylish. Definitely worth paying a little more for.

Nice, newer property. In-suite kitchenette was convenient. Suite was good size and well-laid out. Staff friendly, coffee and hot breakfast was very good. $75 pet fee was a surprise expense, otherwise great experience.

Short walking distance from great outlet mall! Breakfast buffet was well appointed, clean and Many options. Room great with full kitchen, eating peninsula, seating. Separate bedroom with closing doors. Everything very clean but all fabric covered things dingy, stained.(this included our couch and seating in the lobby/dining. Pull out couch frame bent so it dipped towards the head. Loved the towel bars and hooks in the room for hanging coats/towels. Property has cool outdoor and indoor areas/seating/indoor pool/hot tub. They refilled towels at pool promptly and area clean with plenty of seating to watch the kids. Staff very friendly and tried to help. Bad news was hopefully just a one time thing. Power went out day after our first night. Power came back on that day. But, For the next 3 days we had NO water pressure (would not build enough pressure to come out of the shower head. Just dribbled out the faucet.). And no hot water!!! Did contact front desk. Something was damaged with power outage. Gave us a room key to shower on 3rd floor. Had minimal water pressure but still no hot water. Finally able to comfortably shower on day 4. It was the entire hotel. Not just us. Otherwise I would totally book this hotel again.

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first trip to CO and we stayed 5 nights. Family of 6 with 3 small kids. The staff was amazing. We drove over 14 hours and arrived just before 5am. We were allowed to nap in an available room until ours was ready for normal check-in. Our room was clean and spacious. We were in the 2 bedroom suite. There is an indoor pool and hot tub which we used a few times during our stay. It was definitely needed on the snowy day. There’s a laundry room and it was free to use. Breakfast was served every morning and there was a nice variety of hot and cold options. There was a social Mon-Wed evenings with small bites and drinks, also included. We were in the outlet mall area so lots of food and shopping places in walking distance. We highly recommend.

The hotel and its staff were amazing. Check-in was a little rough, and not welcoming, but the stay and everythingnelse turned out fine. I think the person was just about the business and hardly welcoming. The property was clean, loved that they have aa few socials a week. A great way to recongnize fellow occupants. Daily breakfast was ok, free laundry and gym were quite a bonus!

The only thing that is good about this place is the front desk person he was very nice. My room was not clean, the kitchen had food stuck on the stove and walls the utensils were very dirty

From the lobby door to our hotel room shower door this place is super clean!..All the staff I interacted with was courteous.. the breakfast buffet had a nice spread of items and was good!..I'll definitely stay here again!

We booked through expedia, and our room was given to someone right in front of me as an upgrade, and we were given the scraps. Expedia made it right by crediting the difference in price, but the staff could not care less about whay you booked third party.. also found someones old dirty fork under the nightstand when I sat down to put on my shoes. Gross.

Hotel was excellent think it must be quite new. Check in went smoothly although receptionist was having to put phone calls on hold to check me in. Room was spacious and very clean. Excellent facilities with a couch, large fridge, microwave, hob and dishwasher. It is right next to Denver Premium Outlets with a couple of fast food places you can walk to. Breakfast had the best selection we saw on our trip to the states and plenty of seating, there was even free beer and wine on one of the evenings we were there for an hour or so. Overall an excellent stay.

The breakfast was very disappointing. The pasteries, toast, muffins, fruit, juices, coffee, cereal, waffles were fine. The hot foods tasted really bad. We skipped the breakfast the second and third day which added expense to our trip that we had not counted on. Very limited staff in the later afternoon and evening. Desk was uncovered, phone ringing but nobody was there.

We were downgraded from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom with no reimbursement because we booked through 3rd party. We then requested late checkout and they said no. The staff was not willing to accommodate much of anything.

The front desk folks were absolutely amazing. They were very welcoming and helpful when we arrived. Whenever we needed something they not only helped right away (giving us extra trash bags and tissues) but we always had really nice conversations that were always sincere and made you really feel welcomed.

Great location! Right off the Interstate but quiet. Right by a shopping outlet center. Still only 20 minutes from Downtown Denver. Loads of eating establishments a few blocks away or In N Out in the same parking lot. Beds so luxurious you won't want to get up! So clean! The breakfast is enormous! I'll be back!

The only downside to this location was the traffic jam to get to the hotel due to the popularity of the In ‘n Out Burger. Cars were backed up into the street we needed to go down to get to the hotel. Not the hotel’s fault. Otherwise this was a clean new place to stay.

It was an amazing stay. The only complaint would be the breakfast. Setup is great but the eggs anyway they were fixed lacked. Scrambled… they were dry and mostly burned. When you served omelettes they were very dry and overcooked and 2 times I bit into crunch egg shells and it just ruined it for me as well as our other members. If it wasn’t cooked it was great!

I enjoyed the options were available. I have to eat free of gluten, sugar, dairy. I also have to minimize certain fats which I can’t digest. I was pleased to have peel and eat eggs so I could be safe with the whites. I also took plain oat only packets to room and cooked with fresh blueberries. My husband enjoyed yogurt. Berries. Scrambled eggs with cheese. We didn’t get to dine today because we had a very early flight and departed at 4:10am.
