This probably would have been a nice stay if the advertised amenities were actually available. The pool and hot tub were closed for several weeks. The restaurant was suppose to be open for lunch wasn’t. The breakfast was meh.

We enjoyed the view on 5th floor, room was very clean nice set up but the elevator stoped to the 5 floor so had to take stairs to 4th floor to get down. But other then it was awesome!

Everything was great. If you want the breakfast id recommend paying for it with your room rate! Only complaint is the pool chemicals were so strong we could barely stand to be in there for 30 minutes andnour eyes were burning!

This place is spic and span clean!! All the little details are taken care off. Hotel looks good and smells fantastic. The cleaning staff take great pride in their work! Front desk is amazing as well. This is my second time staying and I will be back.

The room was very spacious and overall ver clean. However our AC was making really loud noise so we had to turn it off, and the room started to smell really bad (probably from carpet) also found some hair under the cover..

The employee who checked us in was not very friendly and he didn’t bother to inform us that the hot tub was closed. We were on the 2nd floor and the room above us was extremely loud all night and it kept us awake. The electronic shades didn’t work in our room so we couldn’t let any sunlight in. But it was clean and very nice other than these few issues.

The first room that we checked into the TV did not work notified the front desk they told us that they have been having problems with that particular TV and there wasn’t anybody there that could do anything about it so they upgraded us to a junior suite we get into that room. The blonde on the window is broken a plastic piece that keeps the water from coming out of the shower was broken and then we find out later on in the evening that the television in the front area of the room is also broken, we called downstairs about the TV. They tell us that they’re having trouble with the satellite provider and someone supposed to be out to fix it next week and we’re really sorry the staff was extremely friendly.

The air conditioner was too loud to sleep with it on and there was no opportunity to have outside fresh air. This alone will keep us from returning to this hotel. There is no safe in the room which is very unusual for a hotel. The room was for two and there was only coffee for one. The room is only cleaned every other day. The computers to print out our boarding pass were pads which did not respond to touch well. The printer was out of toner and the hotel did not have any replacement toner in stock. I spent an hour on a simple task which usually takes ten minutes. The staff were helpful but I had to send my passes to the manager to have her finally print them out. Please either attach keyboards and mice to the pads or return to a normal computer for the guests to use. The staff were friendly and helpful but had no control over the underlying problems. There were no towel bars in the bathroom so there was no place to put our towels after use which was especially difficult because of the every other day cleaning of the room. The restaurant was good and accommodated my family of 7 easily with a separate dining area. The hostess and the waitress were friendly and made sure that we were all happy with the experience. It was a disappointment that the breakfast was not included so we went elsewhere to eat.

We stayed here because my daughter went to a concert that I had driver her to and then wake up Very early for work the next morning. It was supposed to be convenient. It was until we got back at 1 to a very disruptive and very rude neighbor. Around 2 we started to call the front desk and never got an answer. Around 2:30 we went down stairs to the front desk to notify them of the extremely loud noises coming from next door and finally around 3 it quieted down. Just in time for my 5 am alarm. I understand it wasn’t the fault of the the property but the convenience factor of the whole stay was blow away with the smallest inconvenience of rude and loud neighbors that don’t respect the hotel etiquette.

The front desk staff was friendly. But our room was not ready for check in at 6pm. (Check in is 3pm) had to wait almost an hour before we could get our room. The coffee machine was broken. They charge $200 a night and then they charge you another $13 per person for breakfast. The TV has no guide, so it’s a pain to find something to watch. There was only decaf coffee in the room…..There was waters in the room but they charge you $2 per water, for $200 a night, water should be free…… the water in the shower doesn’t get hot. It’s only luke warm… the pool closes at 10, would be nice if at least you had till 11. The restaurant in the hotel is nice, but the prices are too high for the quality. The cell service in the area is terrible. They charge for wifi…… I would not stay there again. I stayed at a home 2 suites by Hilton the night before and the service, amenity’s and quality far exceeded this hotel. And the home 2 suites was $70 cheaper. Sorry but this place dropped the ball. They try to be to fancy and in exchange it’s a huge let down.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly however we arrived shortly after 4pm and our rooms were not ready. We waited in the hotel bar until 5 but they were still not ready. We were changed to a different type of room so that we could get changed after a long day of travel. It was disappointing that we could not get our reserved rooms that late in the day when check in is supposed to be available at 3pm.

The property is newer and has a great restaurant that is connected to the property, which was a plus! The service was quite bad! We asked for maid service one day out of the four days we were there and no one ever showed up. I asked for extra toiletries as well, with none delivered. The heater was making a huge loud sound all night and we asked on the first night for someone to come look at it. No one ever did. We just turned it off for the rest of the stay. For the price, I would think that we would get a continental breakfast but that was all extra. Also, the beds were TERRIBLY hard! I never slept for more than an hour at a time. I don’t ever leave reviews but I would want to be aware of the accommodations, if I were looking to stay.

After we went to bed people were given the key to our room and entered two nights in a row. They didn’t clean the room, empty the trash, or replace the towels during our stay.

The system apparently went down so they couldn’t initially provide us with a key card. Tye first desk clerk we talked to wasn’t very patient and came off rude. The younger desk clerk was very helpful and got us what we needed. Overall stay was good though, good area and nice clean hotel.

We were on the backside of the hotel closer to i25 so traffic was loud, but to be expected. Other than that everything was wonderful. Close to many restaurants and shops. Hospital or large ER was right across the highway.

You can’t pay for extensive cable or satellite? There was 68 channels and from channel 53 through 68 was unavailable. Motel 6 had more channels than you guys did. $110 per night and then $13 for a continental breakfast of old eggs and cold sausage? How about free? Why should I stay at this hotel again over La Quinta?

The breakfast was not complimentary like stated in the add $42 for 2 people for a buffet. The day staff was extremely rude. Blinds in room did not work so we were downgraded to a smaller room. When we tried to talk to the staff she was very rude. When I said “I probably wouldn’t stay there again” her response was “OK”. Would consider staying somewhere else next time. Not happy at all with the day staff.

The property was very clean and the front desk staff was very helpful on several occasions. We didn't eat breakfast in the morning, but our dinner in the steakhouse was fantastic. All four of us loved our meals and the bar/serve staff was terrific. The outlet mall and other shopping/dining options are very near by. Pool is smaller but pool and spa were up and running. We will definitely start here again if in the area!

When I booked the stay it said online breakfast was included. When I checked in, the front desk breakfast is not available. Otherwise the hotel was just ok. Nothing fancy but certainly not remotely the best. This is your standard 2-3 star stay.

Property was great for a staycation. Room was okay... Shower didn't stay hot long, phone didn't work and TV was a little wonky. Went down to ask about the phone and TV, employee basically said the phone has never worked. The restaurant downstairs was incredible! Not so expensive and absolutely delicious. Totally worth it!

Our room, number 310, was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, and everything functioned perfectly. I was pleased that our room was situated on the side away from the main road, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere. The bathroom was well-maintained and offered pleasant amenities. The staff members we encountered were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. There are numerous restaurants and shopping options nearby, many of which are within walking distance, including a Freddy's right next door. The hotel also features a steakhouse, where guests receive a 10% discount upon presenting their room key. We did not dine there. A continental breakfast is available at the hotel for a fee of $12.95 per adult and $5.95 per child. We found the price to be a bit high for a continental breakfast, so we opted to eat elsewhere.
