With the exception of the appliances, this was a bare minimum hotel stay. No red flags, but the cheapest linens and furniture, everything was extra, including replacement of a lost key card and kitchen items for the stove.

When I checked in, they machine to make room keys was down. I was walked to my room but never brought a key. I had to go to my car to grab my phone charger and ended up getting locked out because the girl working the front desk would not answer the phone. All night. I called another location and was told "she must have fell asleep." Okay? What am I supposed to do about that! So I slept in my car. Still had to drive to work the next morning 45 minutes away on NO sleep because it was a terrible night. I was told I was getting a refund and they STILL had the audacity to charge my card!! DO NOT STAY HERE!

The room wasn't what I booked nothing worked in the room, they didn't have room key cards so anytime you wanted into your room you had to get the front desk to open your door, checked out after two hours of being there complained to front desk they said talk to hotels.com and hotels.com representative called them and they told them I never put in a formal complaint so no refund.

Functional and adequate. Sheets changed weekly. Clean sheets or towels earlier incurs a small fee. Washer and dryer on premises. Good staff does the best they can for the guests. Be sure to put your parking pass on your dashboard. Tow trucks are active.

Reserved a king suite and was given double. Staff said that’s all we have. Elevator broken and no help with 3rd floor room. Poor lighting in room. No bed stand in room. Parking lot full of cigarette butts and beer bottles. Only two small pillows on bed. Sheets worn and threadbare. Very noisy at night. How do I get a refund?

The microwave had to be unlocked to use, no coffee pot in room, no coffee anywhere on premisis even rhough description said coffee/tea 24/7 in common areas, felt like a drug rehab center not a nice hotel and certainly didn't deserve the 8.8 rating you have.

For a new non-smoking hotel, we were extremely disappointed. The first room we got reeked of cigarettes. We asked to be moved. The second room was clean, but the room was VERY plain. No art on the wall, chipped paint, no dishes or utensils in the kitchenette (though you could get a set at the front desk for an additional cost. We decided to leave and go somewhere else.

On the floor we had candy wrappers, gumballs, chips crumbs, what looked to be mouse droppings in the corner, a cigarette, something red and sticky coming from the fridge. The toilet didn’t flush. And there were metal prongs sticking out of the outlet between the beds. When we asked for another room, we were told the hotel was fully booked and there were none available. We left immediately.

Room never got cleaned. The pillow on the bed appeared to have blood droplets on it. The rooms looked fairly nice, but just a lack of service and cleanliness, the hotel was also in a bit of a rough looking area.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. There were cops in the lobby or the parking lot every night investigating a call of some sort. The halways smelled really bad, and they tried to cover it up with Glade Plug-Ins but it didn't help. Then, after I was cleaning up my room, I noticed dried boogers all over the wall next to the bed. I will not stay at this location ever again.

Inside, the whole facility was dirty. not cleaned once in our 4 day stay. The room smelled terrible, like if they had mopped with dirty water, I had to go buy a mop and supplies to clean it myself. I was not able to remove the stench, like if it was already penetrated into the room.

The floor in my room was very sticky my shoes stuck to the floor and it was like a gross film on my socks after walking on the floor but other then that it wasn’t a bad stay staff was nice and helpful.

Cigarette smoke absolutely overran this place. Our non-smoking room when we walked in smelt like wet smoke and even after a full can of febreeze the smell would not go away .

This hotel had hair all over the bed and floor, towels were very dirty and had brown stains on them. Floors were sticky and you could see fluid stuck to the floors. Would not recommend staying here at all

My room had a small shade or window screen that didn’t cover the whole window so people could see in side the room. Cleaning was horrible, food on the fridge also the room smelled bad. Animal or dog smell.

I stayed for one week. Worse hotel I've ever stayed in.The hallway of the property leading to my room stunk. It smelled of possible animal urine and from time to time it smelled of cigarettes. The floors exiting the elavators were dirty and sticky. The elavotor was dirty. People lived at this property full time. Pets are allowed. I don't know how the employees don't smell the funk (a strong musty smell) and they don't mop the floors on a regular basis. I think the employees ignore the mess. The inside of my room was okay. It was clean, but after seeing the outside, I took it upon myself to clean it and disinfect it. I do not recommend.

After a 6 hr drive to the hotel all I wanted was sleep. The rooms on all sides remained noisy til 10:30. Beds were lovely. The room was clean. The service was good. Overall it was just loud!

Since fairly newly built, the finish out was nicely done. You could hear the people through the walls and ceiling. The guests overhead you could hear all their steps and waking me up several times at night. Not a restful experience. Staff did not have office open when I left property at 7:15AM so left key under the counter door.

Definitely a one time visit. Dog barked all night in the room next door and nobody in reception to discuss. Poor quality bed and real Motel 6 level bathroom. Felt like the property needed a good scrubbing.

Tried to call to complain no one would answer the phone had to get dressed T 10:30 at night to go to front desk to ask if she could please have them quiet down. She said she would call. I don’t m is if she did but it did not help the noise. Got up at 11:30 and left having to drive all the way home extremely tired.

Management are thieving liars, booked for 2 weeks for work ended up being moved after less then 1 week IF YOU LEAVE BEFORE 630 AM YA WILL NOT FIND ANYONE TO CHECK OUT WITH with that being said they ask if you check out before your check out date to go to the front desk check out well when no one is there YOU CANT DO IT!!!!!! so i called 4 times spoke to same person and informed her (foreign name and accent could not understand) told her the room i was in and that i had to check out she said OK I WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. rest of the story they owed me close to $1000 for un used days spoke to and was very rudely spoke to by one of the reps and was informed NO since i did not speak face to face with someone i was not getting anything after multi calls to corporate and back and fourth with front desk i only received $400 of $1000 back corporate stated someone would be in contact with in 48hr.... guess what week later and STILL NO CALL... guess managment knows what they did and dont wanna come clean!!!!!

Overall, this property is maintained very well, and the staff and maintenance crew are very professional and attentive to the guest issues when they arise. For example, I did have an issue with a dog that tried to attack me when I was walking down the hallway on the first floor to get to my room, the owner of the dog was able to keep the dog under control since it was on a leash, but the dog was extremely aggressive and would not let me pass to get to my room until the owner and the dog went into there room. The next morning I asked management to move me to a different room to avoid any more unexpected encounters with this dog for the remaining time of my stay, and they accommodated my request in a timely manner without any questions or issues.
Overall, this property is maintained very well, and the staff and maintenance crew are very professional and attentive to the guest issues when they arise. They were always in the back and when we arrived I had to clear my throat so they knew I was there, the lady come out and says, “ Is there something I can help you with?” Only gave us two towels, had to ask for the remote for the tv then it didn’t even turn it on or off. I didn’t even bother to ask for a refund or anything because I had absolutely no valid complaint. I just felt a weird energy and my brain screamed…girl, leave, NOW. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were awful, flat and very uncomfortable. There were a variety of people hanging outside the hotel doors, some appeared to be impaired. The hotel had an odd smell with strong marijuana smell in the elevator. Our floor was sticky. This is not a great hotel for families.

As a business traveler, I leave very early in the morning and the coffee machine was out of order. No other options so I left after I paid for my room and found another hotel. The microwave had to be unlocked to use, no coffee pot in room, no coffee anywhere on premisis even rhough description said coffee/tea 24/7 in common areas, felt like a drug rehab center not a nice hotel and certainly didn't deserve the 8.8 rating you have.

For a new non-smoking hotel, we were extremely disappointed. The first room we got reeked of cigarettes. We asked to be moved. The second room was clean, but the room was VERY plain. No art on the wall, chipped paint, no dishes or utensils in the kitchenette (though you could get a set at the front desk for an additional cost. We decided to leave and go somewhere else.

Well one of the young ladies at the front desk was not very friendly. She didn’t know policy and procedures what can be dont and what can’t be done. It was an extended stay. They provided not a damn thing. The only thing the offered was a coffee machine down stairs. I stayed 10 night had 5 cups of coffee because the rest of the time the machine only produced hot water. I will not recommend or will I stay there again.
