Such a beautiful and relaxing home for our mini-vacation! It was a pleasure coming back from our excursions around town, kicking back on the porch and seeing the setting sun on the lake, and being able to actually see the stars at night! All 3 beds (1 king in master bedroom, 2 queens in other bedrooms) were extremely comfortable and we all slept like babies. Had we wanted, each of us had a room to go to (other than our bedrooms) for quiet time. The whole wall behind the dart boards in the Dart Room is covered in cork board - great for poor dart throwers like us! Although we didn't use it (too cold), the swimming pool was clean, sparkling and inviting. James, property owner, was very responsive to all our questions. Hope this home is available the next time we come to Lake Havasu City!

Had a great stay for Thanksgiving with my husband, kids and dogs. I grew up in Havasu and my parents still live here but with our 3 dogs and the kids it’s nice to rent a bigger house so we can all be together. The house is spaced out nicely so I could go to bed and it be quiet while everyone else still played games on the other side of the house. The dart room was a huge hit and we also liked playing fuse ball in the garage. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could think of. We made breakfast for my parents and our family and a few items to bring to a friends house on thanksgiving. We had forgotten to buy foil but they had it there! The host provides a book with lots of recommendations in Havasu and easy instructions on how to care for his home. I’d say my favorite part was the couch on the upper deck. The Mountain View is beautiful esp for coffee and a drink at sunset. Pool is nice but it was too cold to use at this time of year with no heater. My son did one jump off the diving board but went straight into the hot bathtub I had waiting for him. Haha … he wanted to try! Definitely would recommend this home.

Great home, James is very good at communicating, the home has everything you need for your stay. Pool is clean and inviting for a hot summer swim James allowed us to park our boat trailer on the property while our boat was in a slip down at the marina. Will definitely book this home again. Big plus is allowing us to have our dogs in the home We won’t stay anywhere without our dogs

This house was perfect for my family! We loved the outdoor seating area and the pool! It was a nice place to relax, cool off, and enjoy some sports on the TV. We also played lots of darts in the dart room. And it’s so clean that it smelled cleaned. We loved that! Would definitely come back to this house again!

Great place to stay and unwind after Saturday/Sunday on the lake. We spent several hours lounging in the pool after sunset. The house was clean, rooms were nice size, beds were comfortable, and bathrooms super clean! Kitchen was accommodating and loved the coffee keurig! The covered patio was perfect for our dogs! Loved how there was a basket full of clean pool towels. The circle driveway was appreciated! We enjoyed our stay — very comfortable and cozy. Excellent communication with host. Reasonably priced location.

The home was very clean, kitchen well stocked, beds are comfortable with nice linens. The pool was great, although we didn’t use it because of the cool temperatures. The neighborhood was quiet and in a good location to downtown, golf and SARA park - a few of our favorite places in Havasu. The covered patio out back was a fun place for refreshments and sunsets in the evenings. Tv was on Roku which we weren’t familiar with but James helped us work it out. This a perfect home for 4 people comfortably. James was easy to communicate with and helpful. We would rent again!

My family of 7 recently stayed at this property and every amenity you could think of was provided. The house was spacious with lots of room for our family and very clean. The location was peaceful and only a few minutes from the London Bridge and beautiful havasu lake. We will definitely be staying again next time we head down to havasu.

My family stayed in the property in May 2025. We were a party of six adults and the house was more than big enough to accomodate all of us. Check InChecking in was a breeze, James, the host provided us with the code for the keyless entry system the day before arrival and we were in the property seconds after pulling into the covered driveway. The house was fully stocked with towels and fresh linen.The houseIndoors the house lives up to its description and more. We had everything we needed for a two week stay. The air con provides respite from the 100 degree heat outside!! OutdoorsThe outdoor area of the house is where we spent most of our time at the property and it is amazing!! The pool is large and is professionally cleaned once a week. The covered raised patio is great and offers lovely views of the mountains. The sunrises and sunsets are perfect. There is also a TV which was nice to watch the news with a morning coffee. The lower patio has another seating area with canopy and the huge barbecue which we used every day. SummaryThis is a beautiful propety that has been well looked after and maintained and has all you need for a lovely stay. Its on a lovely quiet street with shops and bars minutes away and the lake a 5 minute drive away. We are already planning our next stay!!

We had a lovely stay in town while visiting the grandparents! Our host was easy to contact and nice, and the pictures represented the house well. The Wi-Fi was really reliable, which was important for us since we were working while there. The pool was awesome, and there was plenty of space for us to hang out and work. All in all a wonderful place to stay. Thanks for the hospitality!

The pool is large and is professionally cleaned once a week. The covered raised patio is great and offers lovely views of the mountains. The sunrises and sunsets are perfect. There is also a TV which was nice to watch the news with a morning coffee. The lower patio has another seating area with canopy and the huge barbecue which we used every day. Easy to book. Great communication with owner and if you don’t understand his rules from all the communications you receive…that’s on you. He explains them very clearly numerous times. House is as described and was very relaxing.

Great place to stay and unwind after Saturday/Sunday on the lake. We spent several hours lounging in the pool after sunset. The house was clean, rooms were nice size, beds were comfortable, and bathrooms super clean! Kitchen was accommodating and loved the coffee keurig! The covered patio was perfect for our dogs! Loved how there was a basket full of clean pool towels. The circle driveway was appreciated! We enjoyed our stay — very comfortable and cozy. Excellent communication with host. Reasonably priced location.

My family of 7 recently stayed at this property and every amenity you could think of was provided. The house was spacious with lots of room for our family and very clean. The location was peaceful and only a few minutes from the London Bridge and beautiful havasu lake. We will definitely be staying again next time we head down to havasu.

We left our house in Montana with 5 feet of snow! We decided to go to Lake Havasu !The house was wonderful! It was spotless! We love having the pool with the great patio with lots of shade! We did a lot of cooking ! The kitchen was well equipped.The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. I would highly recommend this house! James was a great host! We will be back!

This was the perfect place for our getaway. The owners were very nice and helpful when the pool vacuum fell apart. The only con is lots of the outlets don’t work even with the lights on.

This home is close to so many amenities- grocery, highway, etc but far enough from them that the traffic from them weren’t a bother. We enjoyed the pool. We appreciated that there were a variety of options for outdoor seating. We loved having coffee on the back porch. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, spices, etc. (Only thing missing was an iron and ironing board.)Host was extremely responsive.
