Lovely hotel, great rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff. I booked a superior double for the balcony….it was tiny! You couldn’t fit a chair out there and should not have been advertised as a balcony. The roof top pool was very disappointing….only 2 loungers woulx fit by the pool. Loungers were on a stepped down area from pool but were covered by beams so if sunbathing for too long you’d be a zebra!

Tolles Hotel! Lage ruhig und gut. Frühstück gut. Lunch sehr lecker - Halbpension lohnt sich! Portionen riesig, haben den Hauptgang später weggelassen und waren immer noch bis zum nächsten Tag satt. Negativ: Man kann abends nicht draußen sitzen. Der Dachpool ist nicht so toll - es sind momentan auch laute Baustellen vom Pool aus hörbar.

Very convenient for breaking journey further south. Good secure parking normally pay 13€ but had a credit this time. Staff weren't as friendly and difficult to get a drink it not eating there. Good breakfasts.

The staff was very nice and the location in Salou is great. I'm not sure I would call this a 4 star hotel, but it is affordable and clean. There was a laundry bag in the room, but when I brought the bag full of laundry to the front desk, I was informed the service is closed for the winter. Strange. Additionally, our room was hot and we asked about how to use the AC, to which they said the AC is turned off in the entire building for winter. We had to sleep with the window open, which was noisy at times. The staff at the Cook & Travel restaurant were very nice, especially my guy Ice Cube.

O Hotel oferece estacionamento que fica a um quarteirão de distância e além disso é pago!! O café da manhã trinta pouca variedade. Sempre as mesmas frutas e pães. O pior foi ter encontrado baratas! O que mostra que a limpeza não é o forte deste hotel.

The team was very pleasant. Breakfast was composed of a good variety with fruits and eggs. The pool is a plus that was appreciated by the kids. Rooms are modernised but isolation still needs to be improved, we can hear some noise in the corridor.

Trevlig och välkomnande personal i receptionen. Frukostpersonalen var mindre trevliga och frukostutbudet var enkelt men gott. Rent överallt men en uppgradering hade höjt vårt betyg. Sängarna var väldigt hårda, dock underbara kuddar. En soffa eller liknande i receptionsområdet är något vi hade uppskattat (lounge area).

I was woken up at 2am by crashing and banging and people walking up and down in shoes. Also a very loud bang it’s too close to residential flats so no peace. It’s not a 4** property and lacks frills ( no tea and coffee) bedding old and worn. Certainly not comfortable.

Waiting to check into the property at guests in front of us had a complaint which was leaving them unhappy, this should have been the first red flag. This establishment is based in a back street, of a residential area of salou, surrounded buy the constant smell of cannabis and graffiti filled dark dirty streets. Tiny room and tiny balcony. Poorly staffed reception. My partner got lost and locked out in a service area in the middle of the hotel for over two hours and we were subsequently put out of the hotel the next day. Without the option to speak with management or a refund for the remainder of or stay.

Hotellet har fantastisk lokasjon ifht. strand og andre fasiliteter. Det beste er restaurant ved hotellet, som deler kjøkken med Michelin restaurant ved siden av. AC begynte å dryppe dag 4. Byggeplass utenfor hotellet startet utgravinger dag 4. 3 gravemaskiner og piggemaskin laget enormt med bråk fra kl. 8-18. Kortet til å åpne døren var stadig i ustand. Resepsjonen har en meget uengasjert og likegyldig holdning til alt. Overlegenhet!

Minimalist style but quite attractive and pleasant. The hotel is very centrally located and minutes to the ocean on foot. I did not dine in the restaurant but it has a Michelin star. The staff was helpful and the desk people spoke perfect English.
