We liked the hotel and the breakfast was really good. We had 4 of us staying in one room and we didnt like that they couldn't park in the lot. Only one car is allowed per room. We didnt know that going in.

Very poor excuse for parking at this hotel !!!! It is very obvious that parking for customers was a very distant after thought. Of my 4 night stay I had to park on the public street 2 times and received a $50.00 parking ticket from the City of Denver for parking on street sweeping day

Super clean hotel, comfortable pillows (if you like down pillows), pretty firm bed, but comfortable, good water pressure in shower, microwave and mini fridge in room, friendly and helpful front desk staff, and nice indoor pool and hot tub that stays open until midnight. Breakfast is ok, but its a free hotel breakfast so.... Plenty of complimentary water, lemonade, tea, coffe, and hot chocolate. Would stay again

The hotel itself was okay. The room was a decent size and clean. The carpet on the 5th floor was being redone while we were there, but that's not really any reason to complain. The bigger issue was that the WiFi wasn't working on the 5th floor. We let the front desk know and initially we were told that an IT was coming to work on it. When we asked again, Susan told us that the issue with the WiFi had been caused by "construction." There was no solution or compensation offered beyond, "You can use the Wifi in the lobby." We didn't particularly want to spend our evening watching Netflix in the Lobby. The pool and hot tub were thick with chemicals which made my wife itchy. Not a great end to our honeymoon.

I was really excited to use the pool and hot tub once I went to the pool area, the pool didn't look very clean and the hot tub was only warm and filled with bubbles as I turned the jets on. It smelled and I was afraid to go in as I don't want an itchy rash. I asked The gal working the desk how often they take care of the hot tub and she said everyday but that there were a few people this week complaining of the rash they got. It's a HORRIBLE itchy can't sleep rash so, NO hot tub !! I will definitely NOT be coming back to this hotel again.

Parking is a little bit if a headache. There is another parking lot but its not made obvious. Manager on duty, I believe Susan was her name was very helpful and very kind. Breakfast options were somewhat limited but very good. They had chicken and waffles while we stayed with a few other options. I have never had that at any other hotel, it was good! Pool area had a lot of water on the floor and hot tub wasnt very hot, there were a lot of kids playing so that might of been the cause of the water. This was one of the few hotels in the area with free breakfast, pool, hot tub and free parking.

The cleaning staff only check once! If you have the “do not disturb” sign on when they do, they NEVER check again. Despite our informing the front desk we were leaving for the day (at about 10:30am) and had removed the sign and despite their assurances that the room would be cleaned, it wasn’t. The front desk staff then tried every which way to blame us for this. Fortunately, there was one person still available to clean the room. If we had returned a few minutes later, we would have had an unmade and unclean room to stay in. Probably a mix of more blame pointed at us and empty apologies. The hotel MUST improve its procedures to prevent this. Keep a record of which rooms have been cleaned and go back till they are all done. Everything else was great. Fantastic location to walk to the downtown area - a long walk, about 20 minutes.

TBH we booked here to be close to where family we were visiting live in LoHi, knowing that there were fancier hotels for a good price in downtown Denver. But our whole group found the hotel to be spotlessly clean and modern with lots of recent updates. Couldn’t have been happier. Lots of cool restaurants a short distance away.

Good hotel. Everything looked nice…like it was just built or remodeled recently. The free breakfast had a good variety. Our major complaint is the occasional noise from the street next to our room: fire trucks and loud cars.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great and walkable. It’s roughly a mile and half to DT Denver. The breakfast was really good and Susan was very helpful during our stay. The room was perfect. The bathroom was a little tight. I thought it was a good value for our money

The hotel, breakfast and rooms were excellent. The only problem was the TV and its channel selection. Reminiscent of the 1980s. No streaming services(e.g netflix). No on demand. So if you want to watch something it had better be the top of the hour.. then you can watch with a healthy dose of commercials. Luckily we had tablets

Great stay! The staff were all so nice and helpful. The room was fantastic. It was clean, big, had everything we needed. Bathroom was nice and clean as well. The fan didn't work but that wasn't a huge deal. The temperature in the room was slow to get to the temp we set and we got pretty warm in the night. The breakfast was stocked well and the little I had was great. They had chicken tenders! I've never seen that. We were heading to brunch with family but I snagged a tender and some muffins to eat at the airport. All were delicious. It is conveniently located near the 25 and 70 so we had easy access. We ate dinner at Postinos only half a mile away. Parking there was extremely challenging so if a weekend, join the waitress and get an Uber. Lol.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn. The customer service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety and was well-prepared. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The location was convenient. However it was your desk clerk ( Vinchenzo) that made this the perfect stay. Vinchenzo was welcoming, prompt and pleasant and very helpful in correcting an error I had made on my reservation ‼️This is hospitality at its best ‼️

Very convenient spot, just off the freeway & right across I-25 from the Ball Arena (hockey game). Clean & fairly comfortable. Parking close by, but get your spot before dark or you'll have to park in the lot next door. Luckily, it was well-lit, but not sure about the area around it. Typical big-city vibe. Probably would be an easy Uber to anywhere in Downtown Denver. Friendly staff.

We stayed at this hotel as it was easy walking distance to Ball Arena (around 15-20min). It was super clean and the rooms were VERY comfortable. The room had a ceiling fan which was awesome. Check in/out is easy and there is free parking (most spots covered). The main doors are locked after 10pm so no random people are welcome in, only guests. The breakfast was good and everything is pretty spacious. Highly recommend!!

Room was clean and comfortable. Couldn't figure out how to adjust the thermostat but we were able to crack open the window for fresh air and to cool us down for the night. there was an area for drink refreshments (lemonade, filtered water, ect) as well as a serve yourself tap for alcoholic beverages. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay though. Fried chicken and make your own waffle station with vanilla or choco options. Sausage and potatoes were also really good. Was too full for an omelet but those looked good too. Parking was free (which seemed to be rare in this area). Amenity facilities were open late (we were too tired to use them). Overall would stay again!

Our stay was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. The beds were pretty comfortable, not perfect but I have a bad back. My only complaint would be that the dark roast coffee is not strong enough. They also gave us a card for a free beer or cider during our stay. We thought that was very thoughtful. The location was perfect! Quick access to highways and great restaurants within walking distance.
