Parking is a nightmare here!! If you have a car don’t stay. They don’t have any spots to park and construction right out front. If you don’t it’s a great convenient place to stay.

The hotel was good, well located, clean, etc. had an issue with parking in that Expedia indicated that there was parking available on-site but there is not and according to the hotel staff they do not advertise that they have it. So that frustration coupled with the construction on the street that mad it difficult to find the hotel made check in a terrible experience. Other than that it was good

Hotel was very nice- conditions and rooms. Did not eat there but did have full breakfast and bar. My only complaint was parking and getting there- lots of one way roads and limited parking on street made it hard to pickup and drop off. Paid parking was 6 minute walk in small parking garage. Not unexpected since it was in middle of downtown. If you want close to downtown this is a great option- be prepared.

The staff is wonderful, room is nice, breakfast good. Parking is difficult. We parked behind city hall in the Q-lot. Prepare to walk.

Very nice and modern hotel, it seams like a part of chain of hotels, medium priced and good value. Clean and comfortable. Good location. Vending machines and a surprisingly good bar. We never tried the restaurant but were very happy to see their offers for kids. Probably great for families. What I’ll remember most though is the staff. Super efficient and extremely accommodating and helpful. Thank you!

There’s road construction on the very narrow street at the door of the hotel, so finding a spot to pull the car over to just check in was a little tricky. Then we learned that the parking garage was several blocks and across the river, so we checked our bags before parking the car. Once in the room, we realized we only had one set of towels. I went to the front desk to get towels and the staff person had me follow her to get towels. When there were no towels on the ground floor, we went up to a room on the first floor, and then on to the second floor before finding towels. Since our room was on the second floor, I asked the staff person to check our thermostat bc it didn’t seem to work. Sure enough, she confirmed it was broken and offered to adjust it from a central thermostat she could adjust. We aren’t familiar with Celsius and she wasn’t familiar with Fahrenheit, so we just had to suffer through a warm room with fixed windows. It really wasn’t clean either. Food wrapper under the bed, etc. One positive is that we were able to walk to a great area for dinner and drinks. Just not a great experience at the hotel though.

The only complaint I would have is the parking situation! We were told the hotel had an agreement with a parking garage nearby that gave a discount on guest parking. The garage was an 8 minute walk away, which isn’t too bad, but inconvenient if you forgot something in your car. The morning my family and I left for the airport at 4am, the garage was coned off everywhere with no one working. To avoid being late for our flight, my husband moved all of the cones but then the arm wouldn’t lift to let us out. I eventually called the number for the garage I found on Google and a very nice lady helped us out. I would still very much stay here again, as the parking did not turn me away. Everything else was perfect! The place was beautiful, spotless, amazing staff and great bar! Very close to shopping and dining!

The hotel and staff were both top notch. The construction at the front entrance of the hotel was disruptive. There is no area to park a car to unload luggage safely without blocking the street.

Clean room

The room I reserved on Expedia was the not the same type of room that was reserved at the property. Expedia also indicated the room we reserved was suitable for 4 adults, the property agent said that rooms were only suitable for 2 adults even though we reserved a room with 3 beds. The room was also dirty, the shower had a brown substance on the walls and there were dirty socks left in a drawer.

Did not get our room cleaned and were told we had to sign prior as noted at the entrance…this was not noted at the entrance.

El precio y la ubicación son buenos, pero el detalle de que no hagan la limpieza de las habitaciones todos los días y que tengas que pedir y recordarles, eso no me parece un estándar mundial. Es cierto que cuentan con poco personal, pero también es cierto que es mucha la clientela. El personal es amable, si, pero los servicios de limpieza no son del todo buenos.

Rooms not cleaned daily. You need to request this service. Clean towels unavailable the 2nd night. These must be requested at reception but limited supply No facecloths, no cream or milk for coffee in room. Thermostat automatically reset at 10 pm so room stiffling during the night.

Para que te limpiaran la habitación, tenías que decirlo en recepción cada día y la limpieza, consistía simplemente en cambiarte las toallas, hacer el baño superficialmente y estirar las sábanas de la cama. No pretendieras esa limpieza incluyeran el aspirado de la moqueta. Es la primera vez que me ocurre esto en un Hotel. La moqueta del pasillo se notaba que estaba sucia y mal aspirada. La de la escalera solamente la aspiraron un día en los cuatro días que estuvimos allí. Por contra el desayuno era bueno y abundante. En Recepción tenías agua de cortesía todo el día. Y en la habitación tenías tés y hervidor también de cortesía. Los empleados españoles muy amables. Las habitaciones amplias y las camas muy cómodas. cerca de todo muy bien ubicado. Una lástima el tema de la limpieza desmerece mucho el Hotel porque por lo demás se merece un 10.

Room was spotless

Great location and comfortable room. 2 qualms with my stay - I asked for the room to be cleaned with new towels three days in a row and it wasn't done. The other thing was that there are two levels of wifi, one free and one paid. the free wifi was essentially useless. I dont think it's appropriate to have to pay for wifi in 2025, it's a necessity.

The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The parking was very difficult due to construction.

First off, the staff are wonderful! Location was good. We did not get the room we booked. A cot was thrown in as the third bed and the room was cramped. The room was also not very clean. Garbage was not emptied in the bathroom and the bathtub could have been cleaner. Breakfast was very good and again the staff were great.

Overall great but WiFi was down the entire week we were there. That aside I would book again the room was very spacious and modern.

Close to amenities, walkable to major toirist sites. Rooms were big and beds were comfortable.

Great location! Great staff! Bed and rooms super comfy . Only knock would be it can be a little loud from other rooms doors in same hallway and bathrooms above. If you are a light sleeper it could be an issue. A soft closer on hotel room.doors could fix a lot as that was the worst part.

The room was clean and tidy, very large but sparsely furnished likely because the room we were given is set up for wheelchair bound people. NOT the room shown on the Expedia site.There were emergency pull cords hanging from the ceiling next to the bed and in the bathroom as well as support rails everywhere, very off putting. The basin in the bathroom was at "wheelchair" height so had to virtually bend 90 degrees at the waist to rinse our teeth. There was no fridge, coffee making facilities, save for a jug and a couple of coffee and tea sachets. The bed was comfortable and large but the bed lamps were quite bizarre.. when you turned them off the bathrom light would come on. Had dinner in the restaurant one night. I ordered a grilled chicken breast with bacon, cheese and barbeque sauce. I got a very thin, dry, I think steamed piece of chicken which I'm certain was put under the griller to melt the cheese. The chicken had very thin, evenly spaced "grille lines"? I've never seen a pencil thin grille before. From memory cost some 20 euros. The staff was accommodating and friendly but very few around. When we were checking out, we asked about the room and were told that the rooms allocated to Expedia were all the same. The hotel itself presents well and I should imagine that rooms booked direct are of a much higher standard. Had the rooms shown on expedia been an accurate representation of what we expected, we would have looked elsewhere or contacted the hotel directly.

Really handy location for city centre, dining options and transport links. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Everything is within walking distance of the hotel.

Snotty staff not empowered to deal w an electrical power blackout ( only their hotel, not felt by others) The hotel had not serviced their electric properly causing complete system collapse w no back-up generator. Their manager

We felt welcome as soon as we walked in! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and so helpful for my teenager getting used to Irish customs. Thank you, can't wait to return!

Flexibilidade é o que falta pra esse hotel. Cheguei às 14.20 com minha esposa grávida com muito enjôo. Só queriamos ir para o quarto e tomar um banho, mas o Premier Inn queria cobrar 15 euros por que o check in é as 15h. Desci 17.55 para pedir comida, mas mandaram esperar pois o restaurante só abre as 16h (a mesma pessoa que tomou meu pedido ficou 5 minutos parada na mesma posição espera do dar 16h). O estacionamento que o hotel diz que tem, fica do outro lado do rio, 1km de distância. Isso sem falar do wi-fi, existe o gratuito do hotel que demora 15 minutos para carregar uma página, mas por apenas 15 euros eles te deixam conectar na rede de alta velocidade. Imagina se a moda pega?

The only feedback was that it seemed understaff, we had to pick up toilet paper and towels ourselves and never got the iron we requested. Also during check-in the staff wanted to charge us twice when it had been paid online and was more complicated than it needed to be.

The hotel is perfectly situated being in the centre of Cork, close to shops, bars and numerous restaurants. We loved it.

Hotel moderne très bien situé au bord de la rivière Lee et à deux pas des commerces et animations. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Petit déjeuner correct. Personnel agréable et sympathique.

Close to amenities, walkable to major toirist sites. Rooms were big and beds were comfortable.

Colazione varia e abbondante scelta, la camera era molto pulita, e con tutto il necessario (un frigo bar la renderebbe perfetta), si trova in una zona centralissima, per questo trovare parcheggio è difficile, ma l'hotel mette a disposizione tariffa agevolata per un parcheggio multipiano nelle vicinanze. Ottimo!

Servicio pésimo;solo había una persona en recepción que tenía mucha prisa para atendernos,y después vimos que también se encargaba de la cafetería. Habitación correcta,pero baño enano con cortina en la ducha y mal olor. Y el desayuno otro desastre…cola para que te den una mesa y productos mediocres. Solo le salva que está céntrico y para pasar una noche sería suficiente.

Great value and very convenient to many of the sights and shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price included a full, unlimited English breakfast which made for a great deal. We found the location (except for the current construction project immediately in front of the hotel)) super convenient for walking to all the restaurants, shops and marketplaces. Overall, a good choice for us.

The staff was soooo nice! The room was clean and pretty! If you want to have dinner and breakfast at the hotel take the meal deal!

Nice and new hotel on the river with parking being validated . Good shower pressure. Comfy bed . We had the family room with an extra bed which was convenient. We got a good deal for breakfast buffet which was excellent.

En el centro de cork y estaba todo limpio y el personal joven y muy atento y agradable. Quizás faltaba más fruta en el desayuno.
