Very disappointed. I had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper, they never cleaned my room, I had to take my trash out. The electric outlets were all not working correctly, I could barely charge my phone.

I’ll keep this as short as I can. The staff were great—very nice, welcoming, and helpful. The lobby was presentable and clean, and there was plenty of parking, although I could see parking becoming an issue if the hotel is 75% full or more at night. We had one upstairs room and one downstairs room. For the downstairs room, we could hear everything going on outside. It also had a bad smell, felt very outdated, and gave off old motel vibes. It was mostly clean, but it was clear the room hasn’t had a deep cleaning in a long time. The upstairs room felt like they’ve been putting lipstick on a pig for years. It strongly smelled of smoke despite being labeled non-smoking. None of us smoke, and the smell was so strong it was still on our belongings when we got home. There was cable, but the remote was sticky, missing the battery cover, and the batteries kept falling out. The bed was hard, there was mildew in the shower, and the room clearly needs a deep clean. The furniture looked like it may have been original from the 1970s. Overall, this would be my absolute minimum standard for staying somewhere. The location is excellent, which is really the main reason to stay here if you need something cheap and close to the Strip. I would stay again only if I absolutely needed a place just to sleep, but otherwise I wouldn’t seek this place out.

The place is a bit worn down, room needs a deep cleaning and some paint/care, currently feels outdated and a bit abandoned. Staff is friendly.

• Hygiene Issues: Upon arrival, the water from the bathroom taps was dirty. When questioned, staff claimed it was due to the room being vacant for a long time—though this should have been flushed out before my check-in. Additionally, the kitchen utensils were not properly cleaned. • Facilities: The bathtub was missing a drain plug, rendering it completely useless. It felt like it was there for show rather than function. • Noise Disturbance: The bathroom exhaust fan was extremely loud. The noise was so significant that it disrupted my sleep throughout the night.

Close enough to the Heavenly gondola to walk in ski boots. Clean and comfortable bed and pillows. Good price. Small hole in the vinyl flooring in the bathroom and thin walls are my only minor complaints. Easy to hear talking in the room Nextdoor. Luckily the neighbors were quiet.
