Lovely hotel , nice rooms , good pool and fitness facilities, close to the airport , great for a short stay . Nothing anywhere around the hotel , so you’re kind of stuck there . No shuttle from the airport & only till 2 pm to the airport . Transport is expensive- relative to other things , it only takes 5 minutes to get to departures ! Breakfast was a massive spread , pastries and coffee very average . Staff very absolutely fantastic, all go out of their way to accommodate and help you , despite the slight language barrier!

Lovely sized room and clean, but it had a very damp smell which spoiled it. Great pool and surrounding area. Staff are great. There are 3 restaurants but all had the same menu so there wasn’t the choice of food that I’d hoped.

It’s a 10 min ride by shuttle bus from the airport. This is a large resort style property set on a lake. Adequate gym. Breakfast buffet is decent. There is only one restaurant on site. My room was on the ground floor and had doors opening on to a garden. However, the room had a lot of mosquitoes inside which was uncomfortable. It was also very noisy even through the night. Staff are helpful and friendly.

My stay was excellent, despite getting “belly problems “ which needed medical treatment. The staff were amazing and I could not have received better care than what they delivered. My room was lovely and over looking gardens in a central courtyard. The pool was really clean and the area relaxing.

This is a very nice hotel. Lovely pool area and gardens. Really nice layout. Rooms are large and comfortable.Staff are so friendly and so helpful over every detail. The only thing is the hotel details list laundry facilities and this is not true and should be removed so hopeful travellers such as myself won’t be disappointed.

Flott hotell med nydelig bassengområde, nære flyplassen. God mat, men litt dyrt. Frokosten var fantastisk, det samme var servicen. Et lite minus er at rommene var veldig fuktige og luktet mugg. Våte klær tørket ikke og rene klær ble fuktige av å være i rommet. Meldte i fra og det skulle sjekkes opp. Var slik i begge våre rom, men mulig vi bare var uheldige. Hotellet anbefales absolutt, og vi bor der gjerne igjen.

Excellent spacious and comfortable rooms with plenty of amenities. AC was wonderfully cold. Towels were thick and washcloths were provided, unusual in Indonesia. Plenty of bottled water was included too. The only minor negative was the pooling of water in the shower which caused the floor to be wet. I would highly recommend the Sheraton!

職員10分友善，因為航班延誤未能趕及酒店安排的定時shuttle，但酒店都很貼心，專門讓司機等我。另外酒店早餐10分豐富，很多選擇這亦是我很滿意的地方。但是酒店房間真的10分舊，看到很多歷史的痕跡。另外因為有大量花草樹木，就算開了防蚊設備，仍然給蚊子咬了。房間的設施比較舊，空調聲音實在太大，這亦會影響睡眠。本人不是太喜歡太有‘歷史’的酒店。

The room was great expect that it did smell a bit moldy. The shuttle service to and from the airport was very useful. The driver kept us informed where he was via WhatsApp. The location of the hotel is quite convenient. The front desk was attentive and very helpful. I respect the fact that they asked for criticisms and suggestions for improvement, at the end of our stay.

Einfach tolles Hotel mit außergewöhnlichen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Flug nach Jakarta war deutlich verspätet, was kein Problem war. Der Shuttle-Fahrer hat gewartet und uns um 01:00 Uhr morgens abgeholt! Kommunikation über E-Mail und WhatsApp hat bestens funktioniert. Beim Check-In hat der nette Herr an der Rezeption alles versucht und uns ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür für die Kinder rausgesucht. Late-Checkout war auch im Preis mit drin! Das ist Top-Service! Meine Kinder waren so glücklich, weil es noch ein Spielzimmer und das Angebot gab, dass sie die Fische in der Gartenanlage füttern durften. Der Aufenthalt hat uns so positiv überrascht, dass wir überlegen, vor der Abreise noch 1-2 Übernachtungen einzulegen, obwohl unser Abflug erst spät am Abend ist.

My husband and I loved our stay when between flights to and from CGK! The room was very comfortable and clean, the aiport transfer was wonderful and most especially, the staff were incredible!! Every single staff member was lovely and welcoming, from the shuttle driver, to the front desk, the porters, cleaners and staff at both restaurants!! All were above and beyond expectations! We enjoyed ourselves so much that we stayed a second time before flying home to Canada. We would highly recommend staying here and send genuine thanks to all the staff!
