This is a great choice if arriving late into CGK or if you have an early flight the next morning. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Signage from Departures/Arrivals is not great and it took a while of going back and forth to find the hotel as the signs say Bandara Hotel rather than Anara Hotel! The hotel was also able to storage baggage between my flights out and back to Jakarta at a very reasonable cost. Very small point, and quite amusing as I look back on it. On all three nights that I stayed (individual nights over a two week period), the Hotel said they had run out/sold out of wine! This is a large international hotel!

An older hotel that is extremely convenient for medium length layovers. I was able to get an earlier check-in for my 14-hour layover before my midnight departure. I LOVE in-airport hotels. There was a nice coffee/bistro in the comfortable lobby; convenient while I waited for the room. You can "trolley" your luggage right to the front desk, and the bellman put my luggage back on it when I left. Room was clean, updated, comfortable, dark and quiet. Would definitely recommend! If only they had a pool ...

Very convenient, safe, and nice for an airport transfer/quick layover. Enjoyed the small gym. Television was difficult to figure out, but we are not super tech and it was a smart tv. Staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast was fine, but restaurant for evening meal was not really good. Staff was lovely, food was not! But, we would stay here again, definitely.

We stayed overnight connecting from an international flight to a domestic flight. The hotel is on the first floor in terminal 3. There are signs for the airport hotel which we followed to get there. I have stayed in airport hotels which have very small rooms. This room was larger, like a regular hotel room. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant. It was good and surprisingly inexpensive. The included breakfast was also very good. The buffet has many choices. We had several bags. At check-in they offered to hold some of them for us, which saved us having to bring them to the room. Checkout was quick. They brought the bags and provided us with luggage carts to use to bring all of our stuff to the airline check-in counter. I was very pleased with this hotel and would use them again.

This is a great hotel for transit. Easy to get to from Terminal 3. Staff is always very helpful and polite. The room is big and clean. The breakfast is very tasty and have a wide variety of food. The dining room is big and clean. Definitely my go-to transit hotel in Jakarta airport. Highly recommended.

Connected to Terminal 3 of Soekarno Hatta airport and 3 minutes walking just next to arrival terminal at 1st floor and departure terminal at 2nd Floor. Awesome room service menu and very good breakfast. Still a new property and clean.

The hotel was great. Clean, well equipped and conveniently located. It could use more gym equipment. For example, there is a bench press machine but no free weights, so it can't be used. Other than that, I was very happy with this hotel

Very handy location for an overnight when catching a connecting flight, overall tidy, sheets were clean and bed was comfortable, booked a non smoking room but I could smell cigarettes smell when sleeping but my partner could not, not sure if that was from the bed or from a neighbour room, shower was a bit smelly from the drain, shower hot water was hot and then cold but no big deal. Staff were great and very friendly.

The room was tidy. The carpet and the bathroom need more than a quick clean. We went to breakfast at 8.30. There was not a lot left annd some of our looked very stale and unpalatable. The hotel had a couple of big groups staying, so they should continue until close of servoce to replenish the food. As a couple travelling we would have paid mote than people in the big groups, so why not look after us as well?

トランジットて宿泊しました。深夜到着便だったので外に出るより日本からだと同じターミナルなので、とてもらくでした。到着口からエレベーター、または坂のエスカレーターで2階へ上がり駐車場側に歩くと右側にホテルの入り口があります。部屋は綺麗ですが、洗面所風呂場はカビだらけで臭く汚いです。しかし早朝便の搭乗なのでかなり楽でした。

The hotel declined our cancellation request due to a massive riot in various parts of Indonesia. Though it is natural as there was no cancellation clause, it was within 24 hours of our reservation, and other hotels did comply to our request out of generosity. I know it shouldn't be expected, but I'm gonna be giving a thumbs down for the manual-like response anyway.

I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you need to and have a departing flight from Terminal 3 the following morning. We booked a taxi through the hotel front desk and were 3x overcharged compared to what we ended up paying when just hailing a ride.

This was our second stay here dueing our travels, actually could of stayed at another hotel at companies expense but chose Anara based on experiences of past stay. Staff is far superior than mist area hotels, they try hard to please you and to make sure your stay is 5 star. Arrived around midnight with 7 very large and heavy luggage, as soon as they saw us approaching they came up and started to assist by taking luggage and placing in storage and asking about connecting flights, which we were switching to donestic and another terminal 10 minute drive away, luggage was over 300 lbs total. Hotel staff arranged hotel shuttle to transport us next day along with picking up luggage and taking to shuttle to make it so eaay, costs were cheaper than hire of taxi! (Too much to take on shuttle bus or train). Now the breakfast buffet is the best, food and service is 5 star and it opens at 2:00AM for those early flights. Can't go wrong with Anara Hotels.

Grab pick-up point is quite a walk from hotel and have to descend down to arrival hall which is 2 levels down. The dedicated Grab point is outside the T3 aircon area and in the humidity can be quite unpleasant to get to especially for 1st timer. Need to look for it as signage is not very prominent. But at least the walk is completely under shelter and Grab staff stationed at pick up point is helpful & ready to offer assistance.

This was a one night stop while travelling from Manado to Bali. We arrived at terminal 3 and the directions to the hotel were good but because they are renovating the terminal we had to go outside and come back in at the far end to go up the lift to the hotel (which confused us a bit). There isn't much signage for this hotel but people pointed us in the right direction. Once there the hotel was fine for one night and had everything we needed. The aircon and wifi were good and we ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant on the mezzanine level (wine is very expensive here). Our flight the next morning was from terminal one so we had to make our way back along the other end of T3 and go up a level for the Sky Train.

朝ごはんが2:00から利用可能なのが非常に助かりました！4:00ごろ利用して、品数はかなり少なかった(バイキング形式だけど半分トレーが空)ですが、それでもパン・オムレツ・ソーセージが食べれて非常にありがたかったです。他の方のクチコミみて空港3階から移動しましたが、ホテルは第3ターミナルの1階からのみ移動可能なのでご利用の方ご注意ください。 1階から直通の通路(橋) があって、そこを渡ると案内の看板が出ているので右に曲がるのみ。空港にはinformationもあるので、分からなければそこで確認すればたどり着けます！空港スタッフ英語すごく上手なので、事前情報何も無くても問題なくホテルにたどり着けました。ご参考になれば。
