I have spent years in the hospitality industry and this property was truly excellent. Our suite included a full kitchen, two bathrooms and a large, comfortable tub. Every conceivable amenity from cooking utensils to skin lotion was provided. My wife and son have limited mobility. The Front Desk Manager assigned us a room right by the lobby and parking no more than 30' away. Thank You! We'll definitely be back.

The units are spacious and in very good condition. Mine was nicely appointed and very clean. It's right next door to one of the Palm Springs best restaurants (Manhattan In The Desert) and adjacent to a drug store, pet store and grocery store strip mall. Set back from the street, the units are quiet and the common area is dated but nice. However, in 102 degree heat I had to wait 90 minutes to check in from 5:30 - 7pm. The front desk clerk goes on a 90 minute dinner break and their answering service gets no response with phone calls. By 7pm there were 5 people waiting to check in and therefore the hotels.com listing should say no checkins during lunch and dinner hours. The prolonged checkin experience ruined my evening dinner plans and really soured me on these boutique inn properties. This is the second hotels.com Palm Springs property where it took me 90+ minutes to check in.

First of all, let me compliment the staff for their friendly attitude and their willingness to go beyond the usual expectations to provide excellent service! It’s rare that I wish for higher numbers to rate a hotel of this caliber! Had I known about it before arriving we might’ve spent our entire vacation here! Can’t wait to return

I was extremely busy during my stay and didn't have a chance to enjoy the crystal clear pool, or other amenities, but absolutely enjoyed the clean, spacious suite with two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Some of the staff were wonderful, notably the chief engineer and the office manager, but the desk clerk on duty over the weekend was purely awful and lowered the rating by two full stars. She went out of her way to be unhelpful and nonresponsive when I asked, for example, to have a broken toaster replaced or for information about reserving rooms for a family gathering in October. If you are unfortunate enough to encounter her, hold on to your patience and know that the rest of your stay will be worth the effort of finding someone else to answer your questions or help you out.
