The proximity of this property to the Convention Center is why I chose this hotel. It didn't disappoint- the place is clean, the courtyard they have is a plus, the pool is also well kept, the staff is very courteous and helpful. Would definitely come back.

Giving two stars because of the staff. When we first checked in we were accidentally assigned dirty room for both of our rooms. We went back to the front desk and the staff was very apologetic. The set us up with new rooms and upgraded us from double queen to double queen plus sleeper sofa, so everyone could have their own bed. They gave us the bedding for the couches and we went up to our room. The first room had a weird smell and when we pulled out the couch there was no mattress cover and the mattress was so incredibly stained I told everyone no one was sleeping on it. We went to the second room and it smelled much better but we once again pulled out the sleeper sofa and found a dirty sheet crumpled on the bed. When I knocked off the sheet the mattress pad and down through the mattress had a blood stain on it. The once again put the couch away. My son talked to the front desk and they apologized but there was nothing else they could do to keep us on the same floor as each other. Thankfully the other beds were clean so we just doubled up like we originally planned. Outside of the rooms, the hallways smelled like weed something awful. I was disgusted the whole night but only sleeping before flying out. Spoke to the front desk upon check out and they were apologetic again but that was it. Trying to give some grace as there was signs saying new owners just took over so hopefully these issues will get fixed but we will never stay there again. The pool was nice and courtyard too

Booked a room here after having trouble on other sites and hotels having them accept my card. Hotels.com took my card, staff at the hotel were very calm, cool and professional. I will be coming back here anytime I need a room. 10/10 would recommend staying here. Also parking was simple and very open, loved it.

Very dirty pool and very old rooms

Great hotel. Higly recommended for those who dont like people cleaning up your room. Very clean decor is outdated but in great condition. Great customer service and fitness room is mainly cardio machines.

great room and service for rooms. clean and comfortable (the most comfy bed i've ever slept in at a hotel!) breakfast was okay but the grill/bar had superb food. at breakfast the sausage didnt taste like sausage at all and the hashbrowns were super crunchy like hard candy pool was really cold, but i'm used to warmer pools at my workplace (a swim center). spa was lovely. some particulate matter in the pool but it was a late swim on a windy day so no big deal thanks for a great stay! would absolutely book again

The property inside was very nice and the room was very roomy! Coffee and juice in the morning was excellent! Wanted to go in the outside hot tub but it was not hot! Overall a great two nights!

Quiet convenient on site restaurant fitness center and laundry room all very convenient

The property was very close to the airport. Breakfast was mediocre at best with limited options and no fresh fruit and stale cheerios. The dinner was good, and the bar tender/food server was great and very attentive. My family was not happy with the stale air from the air conditioner. I have stayed there several times and like the uniqueness of the property. The patio area is very nice. There are many property options in the area, so they have work to do to stay competitive with the other local hotels.

We chose it for its pool and hot tub, included breakfast and closeness to the airport and one form of public transport and it meet those needs. We also chose this hotel because it was a 2 queen sized bed with a divider and a pull out couch, giving many potions for comfortable sleep and privacy. The room was spacious for 3 and more. The beds and pillow created incredibly restful moments. The wonderful added bonus was the front desk staff who were helpful from the moment we entered until we left. Also, the courtyard in the center was lovely with the fountain and many options for seating. This hotel was also accessible to a few eating places that were in walking distance. Appreciated that! Overall, great place and great price for a family of 3.

Room was filthy. Carpet stains everywhere. Bed sagged on the ends. Strange smell throughout the hotel.

The front attendant was rude and disrespectful when we arrived. The rooms were loud and had roaches crawling around. The toilet handle was broke and the laundry room was right across from us, and the doors were constantly slammed.

This is probably one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve stayed at. The towels were dirty, the carpet was dirty, there was hair in our shower. It was disgusting! Glad it was only one night and we were staying at another hotel for the rest of our trip. Felt very uncomfortable.

The carpet felt like it hasn’t been vacuum in weeks the bed had a lot of dirt as if someone had jumped on it with their shoes tub had hairs no extra toilet trees

Staff checked us in to 2 dirty rooms before giving us a clean room on the 3rd try. So we had to lug our bags back and forth 3 time. We called for towels and they never brought them. When we asked for towels from housekeeping in the hall she seemed annoyed and asked us to bring her our dirty towels. The carpet was awfully dirty. The sheets so thin you can see the pattern on the mattress. Mold in the bathrooms. Dirty and wet sugar packets in the coffee station. AC had a weird smell that became stuffy.

We found one of the beds in our room did not have clean sheets. The staff promptly corrected the matter which was appreciated. There was hair in the bathtub. The carpet throughout the hotel needs to be replaced. It is past cleaning & smells bad.

I had stayed at this hotel in the past and found it acceptable, but my recent visit was very disappointing. The quality has declined significantly. The sheets and the bathroom were dirty, and the room's furnishings were old and worn. Furthermore, daily housekeeping is only done if you specifically request it. The iron provided was so filthy that I chose to wear a wrinkled shirt rather than use it.

Great room! Had 3 adults and one teenager in the King Suite with separate bedroom and it was a perfect fit!

Quick and easy check in with courteous staff. Decent breakfast but limited on food choices compared to other places we have stayed at. Suites are large and clean but could use some remodeling as they are a bit dated.

Go for the deluxe room! Wonderful tub.!

Size of rooms

Room was big. Nice bed and bathroom. It's very convenient to the convention center. The room had a bit of a funky smell when first came in. Like something spilled near the fridge...

Lovely pool area, room was clean, bed was comfortable but everything could do with an update (bathroom especially).

The hotel was wonderful. The only reason for not a 5 star rating was the fan-air conditioner was extremely loud.

The paintings were adorable, the room size was great, parking was easy. Only thing concering was noise from the upper floor. It was constant jumping or walking, even during night time. The room cooler stopped qorking on our last stay.

Nothing unique. Service was poor in general. Front desk staff had attitude at checkout. Requested extra towels at check in and was told they would bring to room, but they never did. I finally had to track down staff & get them myself the 2nd day. Problem since disabled with mobility issues in handicapped room. Could not call front desk or anywhere on room phone since it didn't work along with bedside lamp. Towels were extremely worn and torn or shredding. AC didn't work and it was 90 degrees. No info in room about hotel services. Every time we had a question had to go to front desk and wait in line. Staff unsure what services were and there were language barriers. Ended up leaving day early due to poor services despite paying for 3 days and not getting a refund.

Room key deactivated 3 days on our 6 night stay. We liked the breakfast. Would be nice to have more choices like a bagel or waffle station. We asked for room clean x1 but no one serviced-reason for 4-5. We will come back!

Hotel Review I recently stayed at this hotel for four nights while attending an event at the nearby convention center. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to the convention center and other key spots. The staff were friendly and polite, which I truly appreciated throughout my stay. However, there were several cleanliness and maintenance issues that need improvement. The hallways had an unpleasant smell, the curtains in my room were visibly dirty, and the towels were stained. The water in the bathroom was cloudy, and the floors in the room were dusty. Additionally, the bed sheets were so thin that the mattress underneath was visible. I also noticed a lack of basic amenities like facial tissues and extra bar soaps. Despite requesting that the non-functional phone in my room be fixed, it remained unusable throughout my stay. On one occasion, I was provided with a single box of tissues, but the problem with the phone persisted, making it difficult to reach the front desk. While the location and staff were definite highlights, I strongly recommend that the hotel prioritizes improving the overall cleanliness and maintenance of both the rooms and common areas. With some attention to these areas, this could be a much more enjoyable place to stay.

I recently stayed at the Azure Hotel & Suites, Trademark Collection by Wyndham in Ontario, and was thoroughly disappointed with the breakfast service. The lady serving breakfast was unfriendly, unapproachable, and seemed utterly disinterested in ensuring guests had a pleasant dining experience. Unwelcoming Atmosphere: Walking into the breakfast area felt like entering a cold, unforgiving space. The server's demeanor was curt and dismissive, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. Lack of Basic Courtesies: Simple greetings, smiles, or offers of assistance were nonexistent. Requests for refills or additional items were met with reluctance and hesitation. Unpleasant Interactions: When I politely asked for a refill on my coffee, the server sighed audibly and slowly made her way to the coffee station. The tension was palpable. Consistency Issues: Unfortunately, this wasn't an isolated incident. As a frequent guest, I've encountered this same server's unfriendliness multiple times. Hotel, Take Note: While the front desk staff were exceptional, the breakfast server's attitude and behavior fell far short of expectations. A warm, inviting breakfast experience sets the tone for the day. I hope the hotel will address this issue to provide a more comprehensive, enjoyable stay. The location was very convenient for getting around. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is dated but the area felt clean and safe. The staff was fine enough. It is very close to the airport making it very convenient for out late flight in and early flight out, and surprisingly quiet . I would stay again

This place is fine for a 1 or maybe 2 night stay. It was fairly clean and quiet. It is right next to the airport and there are places to eat nearby.

Really enjoyed the breakfast had good basic hot foods and options

The room was extremely hot. The room took forever to cool down. Its clean but the room has some wear and tear. The breakfast buffet is not special at all and I expected more. No waffle station, no muffins or danish, no bananas. Scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal and toast, that not really a buffet so I was very disappointed in that.

PROPERTY WELL MAINTAINED & CLEAN, BUT NEEDS UPDATING. AS SOON AS ONE ENTERS THE LOBBY ONE CAN SMELL THE MUSTINESS OF AN OLDER PROPERTY. EXTERIOR PAINT MADE IT UNIQUE. COMFORTABLE BED WITH GOOD SMELLING PILLOWS. FRIENDLY & RESPONSIVE STAFF. BREAKFAST ITEMS SIMPLE.

Our stay was comfortable. Breakfast was the same menu everyday.

Advertised “free hot breakfast buffet” was a very meager scrambled eggs and French fries. (Literally French fries, not hash browns.) One could make some plain white bread toast and they did have orange juice and coffee available. Restaurant is closed (no lunch or dinner) on Sundays.

It was a very spacious room and very clean. The hot breakfast wasnt as good as last time we stayed. No fruit or yogurt. or waffles. Only scrambled eggs sausage and bisquit. There was juice and coffee and oatmeal and toast tough. Still good. But last time was excellent. We used to stay one a quarter before covid for biz. Would recomend Azure for the value.

Thai hotel was ran down and dirty. The carpet was stained the floorboards looked dirty. The room was hot and stuffy. The fitness room smelled like cat urine. The food was not good. The eggs and sausage were slimy. The staff were the only good thing about this hotel. I would never stay here again.

Great Staff, the Grille and staff for dinner was great. Room carpet was a bit old and dirty looking but everything else was good. Overall not a bad place to stay! Front desk staff were great and helpful!

Big rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff

We checked in late and the hotel was kind in holding our room. Our stay was comfortable but the vending machines didn't work so we couldn't buy water. We had to use plastic cups and get water from the water dispenser. Also, we didn't have hot water in our shower and the breakfast doesn't have enough options. The meat options only have pork.
