Bellafer Collection Hotel & Resort

This place was a breath of fresh air! They had everything one could need to feel right at home. The food was out of this world, and the room included all the amenities you could ask for. They even offer 24-hour room service. The pool wasn’t too noisy, and both the water and jacuzzi were at the perfect temperature — not too many chemicals, either. This will be the new staple for my visit to Mexico.

Super clean, great service and very quiet. Pool area was awesome and close to el centro but far enough that it’s quiet.

Wonderful experience. I would 100% recommend this place to friends and family. Very safe and secure as you have to go through 2 security checkpoints to enter bellafer hotel. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Hot water . Clean rooms. Free Atv ride around the compound. Excellent service . Very attentive . Great food and drinks. Family friendly . It’s more relaxing and less traffic compared to hotels on the main strip in Rosarito. I am definitely going back soon.

It was the best experience ever , the suite it’s fabulous, we got to enjoy our private pool and jacuzzi along with a fire pit , the staff is amazing and the hotel was great! Coming back soon for sure

I like the place the only thing I don’t like is because you don’t have access to you car you have to be call the ballet park every time when you need you car.

There’s a large pool surrounded by two hot tubs, both conveniently located near the on-site restaurant perfect for ordering drinks and bites while relaxing. As the sun sets, the beautifully lit fire pits and romantic lighting around the pool area set the perfect vibe for lounging and capturing Instagram-worthy moments. The decor throughout the property is beautifully done - charming, inviting, and perfect for couples or friends looking for that extra touch of luxury. It’s only a 10-minute drive to Downtown Rosarito, but honestly, we hardly wanted to leave. Security is top-notch, we always felt incredibly safe, and the staff made us feel like family. stayed there opening night the wifi didn’t work directions was horrible to get there got lost tv didn work and shower smell like sewage told the manager the problem and all he had to say was ok i’ll check it out rude service not worth the money

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at this beautiful property, we somehow missed the property is in a pre-opening phase. The reception desk is located in the middle of their beautiful restaurant, there is no actual check in lobby (it hasn’t been built yet, according to staff), we had to wait by the pool (our choice, we thought is was a bit awkward to be seating in the restaurant while other guests were eating) our checking was at 3, we got in our room about 3:40 pm. Once we were in our room, the AC was not working, so after talking to the front desk twice, they send someone to fix the AC. Once the maintenance left, we tried to use the restroom and the restroom door did not close, the bottom part of the door was too wide and simply did not close. I talked to the front desk, they send a maintenance guy, then three maintenance guys took off the door and had to shaved the side of the door until the door was able to closed. At this time, it was after 5 pm, we decided to go get something to eat, while they fix the door, we came back at 8 pm or so and the front door was left wide open, apparently the last maintenance guys forgot to close to the door. Both days, the key had to be reprogrammed to open our door. There were several type of bugs in our room, no trash bin in the room, no hangers in the closet. Water from the sink and shower, had sewer like smell. Property has potential, staff is attentive and friendly, I hope they can fix all the issues.

We had an amazing stay with Bellafer. The staff was amazing, very helpful and polite. We will definitely be returning soon. Beautiful and super clean room with an amazing view. Our experience was 10/10, and we highly recommend it. Thank you so much.

Place is beautiful but the rooms have sewer problems. They upgraded our room on the third day because we couldn’t take the smell anymore and it solved the problem. We went for breakfast and they ran out of coffee. They don’t have a lobby to check in. It’s awkward to check in at the restaurant. Staff is nice.

Our stay at Bellafer Collection Hotel & Resort in Playas de Rosarito was a mixed experience, balancing between some setbacks and pleasant moments. We were informed that check-in was at 3 PM. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 5 PM, our room was not ready. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we finally received our room key. Despite this hiccup, we were eager to settle in and enjoy our stay. After changing, we headed to the poolside area for some food and drinks. Although the service was slow, the quality of both the food and beverages made up for the wait. The pool, approximately 5 feet deep, is ideal for non-swimmers and casual lounging. The area also features two jacuzzis and plenty of lounging spots, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Later, when we returned to our room to shower, we noticed an unpleasant smell coming from the drainage. This was a minor inconvenience, but the overall room was nicely furnished and provided access to a terrace where we could hang out and enjoy the view. For dinner, we opted to sit again poolside by the fireplace. The food was outstanding, making for a delightful dining experience. Overall, our stay was okay, considering that the hotel is preparing for its grand opening. Once they iron out the initial kinks, I believe Bellafer Collection Hotel & Resort has the potential to offer a fantastic experience.

This is a barren bunch of buildings. There is a guy who meets you in the parking lot and takes you to your room. The property does not have a front desk or reception. There is no manager to reach; only voicemail. There is NO hot water in the shower. We tested a different room (so we could stay at least one night) but no hot water there either. (They may have an issue with the main heater in the building.) In short, we checked in at 8pm and left at 9pm after trying to shower in two different rooms. Avoid at all cost. Not sure how they got any of their decent reviews.

Had an excellent experience at Bellafer. When we arrived we were greeted by Mitzi. She was very nice and helpful the whole time we were there, she definitely made us feel at home. The whole staff was super friendly. The resort is beautiful and super relaxing. Rooms are very nice, spacious, quiet and the beds were very comfortable. They have a nice restaurant and bar. We did not try the food but the mixed drinks were excellent. Definitely looking forward to visiting again.

The hotel is beautiful. It’s brand new so not very many guests. Be careful when booking thru this site because I booked a luxury studio suite and they tried to give me a regular room. If I didn’t say anything I would have lost the extra $150 I spent for the suite. I feel like it could have been an honest mistake still kind of sketch to me.

This place was so beautiful the rooms were really clean it has a modern up to date look and they even had a little hot tub outside your room , the staff is very helpful they’re very nice it feels like a hotel/House because you just literally get greeted and go to your room smooth process lol sadly it was raining majority of the time of our stay so I really didn’t get to enjoy the pool but other than that this is a great place to book

Jean Petit and Mitzy were like our own personal concierges, they were very attentive, courteous, and professional. The food was excellent and the drinks were phenomenal (try the maracuya mocktail). Our room was perfect with a partial ocean view and excellent distance to pool and restaurant. This place has it all quiet, safe, great food, drinks, service, hot tub, and heated pool. This will forever be my go to spot in Rosarito.

My gf and I had an amazing amazing experience here at the Bellafer hotel. Mitzy, the manager at the property went above and beyond to make our stay here special. She was kind and helpful in check in process and even held our bags after check out so we could explore the city before our departure. I can’t say enough about her. Someone give this woman a raise! It’s one thing to have an exceptional hotel and resort but it’s a step beyond when you have such high quality staff to bring warmth to the guests experience. It leads to memorable experiences. We will definitely return here on our next trip. We got such great peace and tranquility from our busy work lives. Thank you Mitzy and the rest of the Bellafer staff for making our stay so special.

Overall property was great. The staff service was above and beyond. The food options and selection could have been better but the food itself was amazing. There was a celebration at the hotel on Saturday evening that got a bit out of control. People were so drunk that they started jumping in the pool after it was closed. Initially the hotel staff tried to get them out but eventually brought them towels and let them keep swimming. More ppl began to jump in the pool fully clothed and then the videographer started recording them. In my opinion you have to choose the type of environment you want to present and this felt uncomfortable for me as a guest. I didn’t book this hotel to party. I booked this hotel for service and class and that was lost due to that.
