Very disappointing experience. The employer was extremely rude and unhelpful when I simply asked to extend my stay for one more night. Instead of assisting me, they hung up while I was still speaking. Very unprofessional and unacceptable customer service.

Original room was not good. Management moved us from 127 to 116. Second room was way, way better. Glass door was very hard to open and close, shower wouldn't cool down, was very hot. Food was good, bed was good, TV was ok (no football on a Sunday???). Area is a little sketchy. Parking lot was very well lit up at night so that was good. Didn't have time to use the pool. Waffle maker works great. Staff are cool.

The room was as expected. It was fairly comfortable. Pool wasn’t very ready for use. We ate elsewhere.

Room was only clean on the surface. There was old food under the bed and nail clippings. Clearly no one had cleaned under there in an age. In a pet-friendly room old and accessible food is a health hazard. The sheets on both beds had human hair from previous guests. If it hadn’t been so late We would have left. We had to sleep on top of the bedding.
