There is nothing around this hotel - shops, restaurants. It is in a business area. Airport shuttle stops at 9pm and doesn’t start till 7am. Be aware for any early or late flights.

Hotel rooms were clean and well kept. Exterior needed cleaning maintenance was doing what they could. But it looked a bit neglected needed a parking lot sweeping with a machine lots of tree debris leaves etc. With wind blowing service was good. Employees were happy to help when needed. Pool was nice and clean.

Overall, not a bad place to stay, if you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay near the Phoenix airport. The one thing that was a drawback is that their shuttle service ends at 9 PM, and this wasn't communicated very well (if at all) on the reservation website. So, when our plane arrived at night, we had to make our own arrangements to get to the hotel from PHX, at our own expense.

I stayed on the 3rd floor , the shower was not working as the shower head was loose.the water was over flowing i asked the reception To fix and they told The plumber will come after 8 00am.o had to leave for the airport b4 8.00a.m. In the advertisement on your website the hotel says they hv suttle to the airport.when i checked in the front deak, they i have pay $12.00 for it. They did not say this on the website. The standard of the hotel does not justify for a 3 star hotel.

It was filthy. My feet were black after two minutes. Roaches EVERYWHERE. Product left all over the bathroom. The meter breaker had sour milk. rotten apples, and more roaches. The bathroom in the lobby never worked our five day stay. Maids just walked in. The pool was filthy. WiFi was non existent. TV just glitched. And the guide was completely wrong. The few plugs (3) each had a malfunctioning outlet. The air conditioning didn’t work in the first room. We had to move. It was by FAR the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and strongly recommend you not book here. Run, as fast as possible. The roaches are right behind you.

Everything felt so dirty. From the stained carpet to the hair on the bathroom floor. Mold on bathroom ceiling. I would highly recommend you drive a little further down the road and pay more.

One of the worse hotels we have stayed at.Carpet filthy, black dirty stains everywhere, couch, chair mystery white and brown stains, desk chair, torn back.Too much about bathroom to list here, bed big hole in middle, lumpy. Trust me, DO NOT STAY HERE! We had early flight and decided to just go to airport and rest there instead of sleeping there. Horrible place.

I really like la Quinta where I came from South Dakota, they are clean. This particular la Quinta was not clean or comfortable. I couldn't sleep at night, i was bit and wasn't sure what bit me. I had all the lights on and just as i set back in the bed a bedbug ran across the pillow. I killed it and took a picture of it on my phone.

We arrived late from Boston and stayed a night before heading to Sedona. We knew at this price point we wouldn’t be walking to the ritz but thought we could count on something clean. The room was in desperate need for a rehab. The rug was filthy and stained everywhere. The sheets were dirty on one of the bed and the bathroom was clearly not cleaned when the room was switched over. It seems the soaps were replaced and towels were replaced but that’s about it. We left first thing in the morning. I wasn’t comfortable grabbing anything for breakfast at that point.

Riom 217 that i was put in had bedbugs that bit me 9 times after just a few mins after being in the room. I went to the front desk and told them and showed the bites and was moved to another room. The new room number 141 was better but the ac did not work well and was very noisy which was disruptive to my sleep. When i checked out i was told that corporate would contact me within 48 hours about what happend it has now be 4 days with no contact. I will never stay at any of their locations again.

Three good things: 1) location is right next to PHX airport. 2) everything basically worked, hot water, refrigerator, basic breakfast, bed was OK. 3) free airport shuttle. Three not so good things : 1) Location is in an industrial area with an abandoned old Denny’s in the same parking lot. 2) Every morning, House Keeping congregated outside of our room and was loud and talking and they start early at 7:30 AM. 3) Definitely need some upgrades. Hotel is showing its age and the bathroom is the smallest I’ve ever had.

Outdated hotel with chipped painting. The shower head in the bathroom was well suited for someone that is around 5’ tall. I’m 5’9” so that didn’t work too well. Thankfully, we were only there for one night and it was close to the airport. The front desk staff was very friendly and the AC actually went low enough so I could sleep.

This is a very sad and tired hotel. But the rooms are clean and very large. The bed was comfy and it included a refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was medium. Bagels were fresh and there was cereal. Also eggs and sausage patties. The coffee was decent, but no half and half. The front desk were very nice and very helpful. Angelica in the morning was so very nice and really helped me out. The outside of the hotel looks a little sketchy , but I felt safe. No loud people or people hanging out. Suggest they update their locks, as they worked, but needing some jiggling some time.

No microwave, no refrigerator. VERY small bathroom, molding near bathroom hanging loose. No plug in sink. The room had an overwhelming smell of a cleaning product. Elevator not working. For a “non smoking” room it did have the smell of cigarettes. I expected more from this hotel. Never again.

Check in was terrible. My room wasn't ready until 5:30pm and then the lock was broken, first it needed batteries and then it needed to be repaired. I reserved a king bed but the staff insisted the queen mattress was indeed a king. I had a meeting & then dinner staff had to let me into my room because the lock hadn't been fixed. At 10:30pm i was switched to a toom with a king size bed. Terrible. I feel ripped off.

Unhappy with the lack of room housekeeping. had to ask to get someone to do the room and the last day all we were given were bathroom supplies (given to us at the door entrance) after 2 days of nothing. Front counter staff were super and helpful and very friendly.

I had a terrible experience at the La Quinta. Our flight was delayed, and we didn't arrive until about midnight. At that time, despite having a reservation, we were told that there were no clean rooms available. They were cleaning rooms, but we waited for over 2 hours to be granted a room. At that time, it was 2am and my 2-year-old had been wailing, "I want to sleep!" in the lobby for that long. We checked into the room at 2am on the day of checkout and found it to be dirty - there was a drawer full of dirty clothes and a cigarette lighter on the bureau. It was very late, and since we knew there we no other available rooms, we slept for about 4 hours and then packed up and left. The breakfast was poor - they were out of milk for cereal, creamer for coffee, and we found a small piece of glass in the waffle we made. I will add that I also tried to pursue a refund with both the hotel and with Expedia, and at this time both have refused. I would not recommend staying at this hotel or booking with Expedia due to very poor customer service.

The staff through our stay (3 nights) was quick and responsive, it was quiet (no noise from any room), the pool was clean and maintained. The bed was great. Parking always available and the location provides good access to the freeways. We will stay again in the future.

Convenient location. Free shuttle to and from airport. Rooms are dated and need some maintenance. There is a courtyard with nice tables and umbrellas, but it can be a little loud on that side of the hotel if others are out there. Request a room on the other side of the building if you want to sleep in!

Close to the airport, but in a somewhat isolated area. The Denny's next door is closed, and no other food is available close by. If you have a car, you'll be fine. Get to breakfast early or you may not get food. They ran out of almost all food an hour before breakfast was supposed to be done being served. Thankfully, we like cinnamon-raisin bagels, lol, or else we'd have had nothing to eat 3 of the 4 days there. Our room was clean-enough overall, but the carpets were in dire need of being shampooed, as evidenced by our grimy socks.

Hair dryer broken as I dressed for funeral, ran to front desk to ask for replacement and they said they would send one up. I was there for three nights and never had a hair dryer. Breakfast was gone by 8 am the first morning. No one was making plans to refresh it. Cereal available the other two mornings but milk was gone. Guest were searching through cupboards to find coffee cups and other supplies. Worst La Quinta I have ever stayed in.

Continental breakfast, small atrium/ patio area on property. Quiet, clean and elevators. The only problems I had was the volume button didn't work on the TV remote control but I didn't have time to inquire about it. I could hear the TV, but I couldn't adjust the volume. Another note, I drove there, and parked my car right outside, the front of the hotel to check out and one of thr other guests was mad because I was blocking the airport van transportation to the airport. The sign was not that noticeable to not park right outside the front doors to check in/out.

This hotel has the basics you will need for a short stay. My room did not have a fridge or microwave, so that was inconvenient. Laundry room was available for $3 wash and $3 dry. Breakfast options were very limited, but always had fresh waffles and juice. Only a few ice machines were working. The pool was kept nice and clean. The staff were very friendly, especially the young lady at the front desk with red hair. She was so helpful and nice! I would stay here again.

I love staying at LaQuinta because of the breakfast but I was a little disappointed I stayed for 3 nights so I had access to 3 breakfast and every morning it was under staffed and breakfast items were always missing Like waffle batter , syrup , eggs, plates , utensils I think on weekends especially there should be one person designated to keep the breakfast area full
