This hotel and the staff were absolutely lovely! The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located just at the beach with cute restaurants all around in easy walking distance. We loved staying here and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Katerima was a wonderful cleaner - so kind, friendly and welcoming. Always there to help. The bar man was incredible! Kind, friendly and generous. The staff made this place. We had a fantastic holiday thanks to all!

The proximity to the beach being right across the road was excellent.The windows were all covered in a white film which made it impossible to see out. There are over 20 stairs to get to the rooms - and suitcases must be carried up. Not ideal for over 70 year olds. There were not enough lights in the room - no light at all in kitchen. Kitchen had no dishes or cutlery, no microwave - but did have a fridge. The breakfast was ok if you wanted fruit and cereal but the eggs and meat options were not good at all. The cleaning lady is very nice and friendly.

Really nice place where to stay for holidays. They are still building (little and not noisy jobs). It will become great! All the personal is very very gentle. I'd probably go back there

Vi blev väldigt bra mottagna av Adonis i receptionen, det blev lite krångel med rummen pga (oss) att vi hade bokat två rum och bad om att få rum bredvid varandra vilket de fixade direkt och var jätte hjälpsamma. Servicen och vänligheten av all personal på hotellet var utmärkt. Städerskorna på hotellet var jätte vänliga och städade rummet varje dag samt bytte lakan och handdukar. Väldigt trevlig personal och ett rent och mysigt hotell. Stranden var jätte nära och väldigt fräsch. Jätte trevlig vistelse. Rekommenderar starkt! Enda synpunkten är att frukosten hade kunnat vara bättre men den funkar.

Für ein paar Tage ganz okay. Personal super freundlich, vieles renoviert. Aber auf die Details sollte man nicht achten. Frühstück eintönig, aber okay. Lage Mega direkt am Strand. Im Ort selbst nichts los. Eher einsam. Man sollte unbedingt einen Mietwagen nehmen. Pool viel kleiner als abgebildet. Zimmer sehen auch nicht so aus wie auf den Fotos. Aber für ein paar Tage kann man Abstriche machen…

Bed was so hard I still have back pain a week later, the room was horrible, no tv or anything. The bathroom had no shower door so when you showered all the water went all over the floor. There was also a strong smell of mould in the room.

Sejour OK mais pas plus, pas de grand lit mais deux lits collés, pas d’eau chaude pendant 1 semaine et même un cafard trouvé dans la chambre. Localisation correcte et staff agréable. Petit déjeuner très simple.

Breakfast was a highlight, good voice of food. Maria did an excellent job with the cooking and presentation of food. Ekaterini was immaculate with her cleaning efforts & preparation/presentation of our room. Overall, our stay at Yria Beach Hotel was both relaxing, quiet & close to the beach, restaurants & facilities. Highly recommended.

The location was amazing. The house keeping was fantastic. Katarina, who made our room, was both very nice and kind, but also very good at keeping the rooms fresh and clean. The service at the hotel was good, but it was very hard to get in touch with the hotel in before hand. They didn't answer to e-mail until serveral days afterwards and they didn't answer the phone at all. The hotel was very cozy. Not luxurious, but we found it very charming and cute.

The best maid ever Katerina! So energetic and thorough! Working all day long on 30°C and smiling all the time!? Need to replace towels or shampoos, they are there before you have chance to ask! Antonios, the receptionist, very helpful and informative! He has the answers on all of your questions and he can get you whatever you need!

Principalmente destaco la amabilidad de Antony y la increíble atención y dedicación para guiarnos en lugares para visitar la isla y en todo lo que necesitamos en la estancia! Un lugar muy tranquilo frente al mar desde el cual se ven unas puestas de sol increíbles!! El desayuno fantástico y la habitación también muy bien!! Recomiendo este lugar sin duda y seguro que volveremos.

Personal war das beste an der ganzen Sache Sehr höflich und freundlich. Saubere Zimmer und Standort ist top und in der Nähe gibt’s alles was man braucht( Supermarkt, taverna, Bus Station und weiter). Beste Taverne auf ganze Kreta liegt auch neben an( ambrosia Taverna)

Personnel très compétent et professionnel; petit problème de climatisation à l’arrivée vite résolu avec un changement de chambre le lendemain (vue sur la plage, piscine et au calme). Hôtel familial aux petits soins pour ses clients. Un peu plus de variétés au petit déjeuner serait un plus.

They didn't answer to e-mail until serveral days afterwards and they didn't answer the phone at all. The hotel was very cozy. Not luxurious, but we found it very charming and cute.

The best maid ever Katerina! So energetic and thorough! Working all day long on 30°C and smiling all the time!? Need to replace towels or shampoos, they are there before you have chance to ask! Antonios, the receptionist, very helpful and informative! He has the answers on all of your questions and he can get you whatever you need!

This hotel and the staff were absolutely lovely! The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located just at the beach with cute restaurants all around in easy walking distance. We loved staying here and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Personal war das beste an der ganzen Sache Sehr höflich und freundlich. Saubere Zimmer und Standort ist top und in der Nähe gibt’s alles was man braucht( Supermarkt, taverna, Bus Station und weiter). Beste Taverne auf ganze Kreta liegt auch neben an( ambrosia Taverna)

Für ein paar Tage ganz okay. Personal super freundlich, vieles renoviert. Aber auf die Details sollte man nicht achten. Frühstück eintönig, aber okay. Lage Mega direkt am Strand. Breakfast was a highlight, good voice of food. Maria did an excellent job with the cooking and presentation of food. Ekaterini was immaculate with her cleaning efforts & preparation/presentation of our room. Overall, our stay at Yria Beach Hotel was both relaxing, quiet & close to the beach, restaurants & facilities. Highly recommended.

Principalmente destaco la amabilidad de Antony y la increíble atención y dedicación para guiarnos en lugares para visitar la isla y en todo lo que necesitamos en la estancia! Un lugar muy tranquilo frente al mar desde el cual se ven unas puestas de sol increíbles!! El desayuno fantástico y la habitación también muy bien!! Recomiendo este lugar sin duda y seguro que volveremos.

Sejour OK mais pas plus, pas de grand lit mais deux lits collés, pas d’eau chaude pendant 1 semaine et même un cafard trouvé dans la chambre. Localisation correcte et staff agréable. Petit déjeuner très simple.

The proximity to the beach being right across the road was excellent.The windows were all covered in a white film which made it impossible to see out. There are over 20 stairs to get to the rooms - and suitcases must be carried up. Not ideal for over 70 year olds. There were not enough lights in the room - no light at all in kitchen. Kitchen had no dishes or cutlery, no microwave - but did have a fridge. The breakfast was ok if you wanted fruit and cereal but the eggs and meat options were not good at all. The cleaning lady is very nice and friendly.

Vi blev väldigt bra mottagna av Adonis i receptionen, det blev lite krångel med rummen pga (oss) att vi hade bokat två rum och bad om att få rum bredvid varandra vilket de fixade direkt och var jätte hjälpsamma. Servicen och vänligheten av all personal på hotellet var utmärkt. Städerskorna på hotellet var jätte vänliga och städade rummet varje dag samt bytte lakan och handdukar. Väldigt trevlig personal och ett rent och mysigt hotell. Stranden var jätte nära och väldigt fräsch. Jätte trevlig vistelse. Rekommenderar starkt! Enda synpunkten är att frukosten hade kunnat vara bättre men den funkar.

Great location, on a beautiful sandy beach with a few tavernas close by. Quiet. This hotel was rated a 4 star but it would be lucky to get 2 star. The morning buffet breakfast is the worst we have experienced in over 50 years of travelling to Crete and other parts of Greece.
