The meals were fantastic! Definitely go to dinner and breakfast hungry because the quantity was a lot and everything was scrumptious. Service was incredible. The staff did their utmost to communicate with us, as we didn't speak Japanese. Thankfully, they were happy to use phones to translate and were very patient. If possible, book the bigger onsen, which includes a relaxing room with a massage chair. The onsen is bigger than the ones attached to your unit. The bar was also good. Their plum wine has been aged for 7 years, one of the tastiest plum wines! The rooms are well maintained, aircon works well, units are clean, amenities can be found at the front desk. Would definitely come back here again.

The room was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, and I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel even helped to issue the receipt once again, after I lost the original one. Thank you very much.

Very overpriced ! Definitely not a 4 star hotel quality. Tiny room layout with bathroom that my husband had to crouch to be able to stand up in and shower, with head hitting the ceiling. Have stayed in much better accommodation for more than $100 less. Check in non existentent with DIY check-in machine whilst many staff stood around instructing you. Although good location, Do NOT recommend.
